We had never cleaned our roof in the 31 years we have owned this house. Prior to installing new skylights, pressure washing was a requirement and Pinnacle was recommended by our roofer. The owner, Kris, was helpful in answering questions about how soon the roof would be walkable after cleaning. He also was responsive about rescheduling a couple times. Ray, our technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. The crew was quick and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. We were concerned about pressure washing because we had read horror stories about damage and also were concerned about losing the color of our tiles. Kris was very reassuring and the tiles just look cleaner, not less colorful! Very satisfied with the service. Can't speak to price because we did not price shop. Did not take before pictures but here is the end result. read more

Pinnacle Pressure Washing - After pressure washing - Pressure Washers Near Me - Elk Grove, California

The job (by one person) took about four hours, non-stop. He did a great job, and did as much cleanup as was possible (washed parts of the house that had gotten dirty, such as soffits, windows, walls). He even asked our next door neighbors for permission to clean up a bit that went over there (homes here are very close together). In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days? read more

I had Pinnacle come out to clean my roof and my solar panels in early August. I felt like I was not getting as much solar production out of our panels (from age and dirt). So after 2 months of comparative tracking, you can see that my panels out produced prior years after the solar panel cleaning I recommend Pinnacle. The back office was friendly and easy to work with and the service tech left the home area clean after his work. read more

Thanks also to my nextdoor neighbor Sherrie who recommended this company. We're grateful for the exceptional work done by Jessie. We had our tile roof cleaned and treated recently. Our home is 18 years old and we started to notice limited algae buildup in certain visible areas. After shopping around, I selected Pinnacle Pressure Washing. The gentleman you did the work was very good. He spent over 6 hours doing the job. This included mold & moss removal and treatment, heated wash of roof surfaces and adjacent concreate and .... general cleanup. While doing this work, he identified and photograph 6 damaged roof tiles which I am having replaced. read more

I just had a service from this company. Communication was very clear, provided a quote with affordable price over others. Reminder email and texts before and on the day off. They also called ahead of time when they were going to be a bit earlier than the scheduled time. Also got discounted services other than the roof washed. Definitely would recommended. read more

Honestly, we have nothing to complain. Mike was the man, he is decent, gentle, and takes his time. He was able to do the job, and leave with a clean roof. Most importantly, he didn't leave our neighbors yard looking like a mud pile, he cleaned up everything. He wasn't rushing to finish to get to another job. he took his time to do it properly. He has all the gears neatly in his truck, he works with dirt and muds but his truck is so clean. It just shows they care about their equipment, and the care can hopefully transfer to their work, which it did. Price wise was 1 hundred more than my other bid. You know if I don't have to feel like I need to clean after them. I am okay with that. read more

I had some unique needs with two skylights, and the roof overhang close to the swimming pool. Kris and his team came out, and were able to address that, and had my roof looking like it was just installed brand new. Extending the life of my roof is going to save thousands in cost, and I'm extremely happy with the end result. We've got more natural light now, any trace of moss growth is history, and I don't have to worry about any long term issues thanks to their low pressure treatment that kept everything intact and away from the pool. Thank you Pinnacle! read more

Pinnacle Pressure Washing came out to clean my 100 year old house. Not every pressure washing crew can do the work needed to take care of a 100 year old house. with a different crew they can peel the paint or damage the windows. I was glad I hired this crew as they were able to tell what pressure to use and where to best use the water where it was needed. My house was covered with years of dirt and dust, mildew and mold. My roof was ok but still needed some work. They couldn't get up on my roof but were still able to get cleaner up there to make it fresh and nice. They only needed a few hours to get everything done. Afterward, the house looked great. The cobwebs were clean. The paint looked fresh. The exterior looked amazing. It was an easy crew to hire and schedule. They were on time, professional, and considerate each step of the way. I will definitely be using them again. read more

I searched for a local company and found these guys through a Yelp page for a different company, Pressure Wash Sacramento. Turns out they acquired this company and have the same high ratings as the company they purchased. The price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I got and I even added a house wash. The photos don't lie...mine or the ones from others. The employees Ray and David were awesome and hard workers. They even washed the crud from our roof down the street gutters in front of my neighbors' homes. All debris was removed from our patios and driveway. I highly recommend them and will save their info to pass along. I would hire them again. read more

Ray from Pinnacle just left our house and I was so impressed that I wanted to immediately give my 5-star review. Our roof was a mossy mess! Not only did Ray clean it all off, he also did an excellent job cleaning the mess left around my house from everything that was earlier on my roof! Everything was very clean when he left. Ray was very nice, competent and professional. He was here all day and was still smiling at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company. read more

Pinnacle Pressure Washing - No more moss or lichen on our roof. Thanks Pinnacle! - Pressure Washers Near Me - Elk Grove, California

We had Pinnacle clean our roof and gutters since 2020 and also had the roof sprayed for moss with a chemical that is supposed to last 10 years. The first couple years they did a great job but I did notice that when they cleaned the gutters the guy threw all the crap on my lawn. Last year we had the same guy come out again to clean the gutters and I asked him if he could throw all the debris in my waste container. He said that that's not what they do and that it's too far for him to do that even though he has to walk by the container on his way out of the yard. I called the owner Chris and told him about this and he said practically the same thing. I was totally surprised by this but I let it go. Fast forward to this year and my wife called them up to get a quote to clean our solar panels in addition to our annual gutter cleaning. She tried calling several times over a few weeks and would always get an answering service that took her message down but would never receive a callback from anyone. Finally we had enough and went with Sierra Vista Maintenance who cleaned the gutters at our old house. They responded right away and scheduled someone to come out within a week. The guy that came out noticed that we had moss growing again on our roof even though Pinnacle told us that their treatment would last 10 years. I would not recommend Pinnacle unless you want a company whose employees do shoddy work and whose owner sees nothing wrong with that read more

We had a fabulous experience with this company in November 2021. We contacted them to clean 3 houses, 2 two stories and 1 one story. The pricing was very fair and they were able to come out in less than a week. Company interaction was great. THEN there was the tech who came out Jessie, not only was he friendly, and a genuine nice person but his attention to detail was way above anything we expected. I felt safe with him walking around on the roof and he cleaned up ALL the nastiness that came out of our gutters. He always walked around each house and showed us any issues he found. We will be using them again next year and requesting Jessie! read more

Response was quick, talked about estimate and what we wanted done. Once we read amazing reviews, we actually wanted to have more work done than anticipated. HOWEVER, even after confirming with Kris, not once, but twice, for someone to come out on a Sunday for a quote; they failed to show and even call. What' makes it even worse was there was no remorse on missing appointment for quote. I had to call Kris to cancel as I had already stayed longer than expected. I was very excited and looked forward to doing business. But, I'm not interested when they can't even show up for a quote. read more

Just had my tile roof cleaned by Jesse. From start to finish the service was exceptional. They're quick to respond, sent multiple reminders, arrived promptly, friendly service, and roof looked brand new! Jesse went above and beyond in cleaning the roof and gutters that had tons of build up. At the end he discussed and showed pictures about major and minor issues we have with the roof and made some recommendations. He also cleaned the neighbor's backyard because of a drainage issue we have that caused water to overflow to neighbor's side. So I am completely satisfy with their service! Highly recommended! read more

Phenomenal service! I contacted Pinnacle and was called back by the owner Kris who came by and checked out my property. I was interested in a roof and gutter cleaning, as well as possibly having my driveway and walkway pressure washed. I had a quote emailed to me by that evening. The two gentlemen that showed up to complete the work were on time and perfect professionals. They walked me through the process and got to work. My roof looks brand new, which is saying a lot. I had greenish-black moss covering most of it. They cleaned my gutters and checked the flow as well, even going as far as to remove a portion of gutter to bring it down and unclog it! We live under a huge oak tree, so I'm sure there were quite a few clogs and obstructions. Afterwards, they sprayed down my home and property and cleaned any mess they had created during the process. They also cleaned my neighbors property off, as there was plenty of residual mess. I would recommend this business and service to anyone who is looking for professional and prompt people to work with. I have already had my neighbors ask me about them because it looks so great. Update1: Added 2stars to review. Chris, salesmen, called me back and sent Jessie out to rinse/scrub the extra solution off of the gutters. It looks much better. I think the root cause was sending one tech the when the job was initially done. It's impossible for one person to apply and rinse solution before it dries. Pro tip: make sure 2 techs do the job. Pinnacle Pressure Washing provided a quote for cleaning moss on roof. When they got here, they said they could not do the job because the roof was too steep. Chris called back and offered to software the roof instead. Habib came out last week to soft wash roof and clean gutters. He was very courteous and nice. He worked hard and did a good job getting the moss off of the roof. Unfortunately he did not rinse the home well enough. As he was packing up I had to ask him to rinse bleaching chemical off the back windows and gutters. A few days later I noticed bleach drip marks on the gutters. I called the company and Habib called back and said he could add more bleach to lighten up the gutters to match the drip color. I declined his "fix" as I have lost trust that he will rinse the new bleach well enough and not ruin other parts of the exterior. I'm so glad we moved patio furniture away from the home! read more

State Farm sent me a letter that the roof of my house in Auburn was full of moss and debris. A roofer recommended Pinnacle Pressure Washing. Before hiring them, Pinnacle Pressure Washing was responsive and explained their process clearly. Their price was good. Their scheduling was easy. They kept me informed via emails and text messages about the schedule, including on the day of the cleaning. They use electronic communication very effectively. The technician called me to explain what they did after they finished. They did an excellent job removing all the moss and debris, cleaning the gutters, and cleaning the outside area around the house and driveway where they worked.
