Our neighbors had their roof and house cleaned by Cali a couple months ago and we were impressed with their work. Some insurance companies have been sending letters requiring homeowners to get this done, and after looking at our roof we figured we'd better get ahead of the letter. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. Next to the driveway is the walkway that goes to the side gate - which nobody uses. I told Kris to ignore it. His response - "Bruh - if I am putting my name on it, I can't leave it like that". Before/after showed about 60% organic coverage improved to 90-95% clean, backed by a 5-year warranty. Because of our gutter guards they used a two-step soft wash (instead of steam), which made the service a bit pricier--but the overall value was strong, especially since they also included our driveway, side walkways, and patio cover during the visit. After I pointed out possible residue on the highest skylight, they went back up, re-cleaned it, and even sent a video--proof they make sure every spot is addressed thoroughly. We had some build up as our roof gets some moisture from trees that run along the side of the house. I noticed a few dried soap spots after the cleaning that included 2 windows and dried soap on the wood trim that was just way too high up for me to get to.
