Cali Pressure Wash deserves 5 stars! I reached out to four different companies for quotes, and they were by far the most responsive and reasonably priced. I also appreciated that they use a soft wash process rather than harsh pressure washing, which is much safer for the roof and exterior surfaces. The results were incredible. Our roof is so clean that the original lighter color is showing again, and all of the black gunk is completely gone. The concrete looks brand new, and they even cleaned an exterior wall that wasn't included in the original quote. Kris, his brother, and his nephew were amazing to work with. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They clearly take pride in their work and went above and beyond. I'm so impressed with the results that I'm seriously considering signing up for their annual cleaning service. I highly recommend Cali Pressure Wash to anyone looking for top-quality work and outstanding customer service. read more

Our neighbors had their roof and house cleaned by Cali a couple months ago and we were impressed with their work. Some insurance companies have been sending letters requiring homeowners to get this done, and after looking at our roof we figured we'd better get ahead of the letter. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. I checked with other companies too, but Cali offered the all-in-one bundle that left the roof, screens, walls, and concrete looking great. read more

Great service all the way around. They did an excellent job of soft washing my 1920s house and brickwork, taking care to avoid fragile wood, and being careful with the landscaping. My house looks great and the brick patio looks new again! Received the quote from Chris quickly and scheduling was easy. They are friendly, efficient and exceeded my expectations. Super nice people. I definitely recommend them. read more

We had a great experience with Cali Pressure Washing! They responded quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, and took their time making sure the job was done right. Our pergola and patio look brand new! They also went above and beyond by cleaning the sidewalk beyond our patio and the sides of the house adjacent to the patio at no additional cost. Great service, great results, and a company I would highly recommend. We'll definitely be using Cali Pressure Washing again! read more

I had an excellent experience with Cali Pressure Washing! They used a low pressure washing + soft washing method on my tile roof, pergola and driveway, which was exactly what I was looking for to avoid any damage. The results were fantastic and the roof looks clean and well-maintained without any harsh treatment. Neighbors have commented it looks like I got a new roof! They were professional, efficient, and very detail oriented, taking the time to do the job right. I also got quotes from a couple of other companies offering the same service, and they were easily the best value for the quality of work. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing high quality exterior cleaning. I feel confident my roof's life expectancy has improved with this service. Thank you Kris and Raj! Great work! read more

Kris and the team at Cali Pressure Washing did a phenomenal job and completely transformed our outdoor space. We have 1,500+ square feet of brick patios and walkways, with unique layouts and sensitive plants on all sides, so attention to detail was critical--and they delivered. After reaching out to several top-rated companies, Kris was the only one who came out in person to walk the property, understand our priorities (especially around plant protection), and provide a clear, no-surprises estimate. On the day of service, he arrived on time, reconfirmed the scope, and executed the work carefully and efficiently. The team was thoughtful throughout--moving outdoor furniture and potted plants as needed and putting everything back in place as each section was completed. As an added bonus, Kris also cleaned our outdoor wood table, restoring it from a weathered gray back to a rich golden tone. Bottom line: highly professional, detail-oriented, and reliable. I'd confidently recommend Cali Pressure Washing to anyone looking for high-quality work. read more

Call this guys now! Do you remember the scene from Moana where they have to steal the hook from the scavenger (the crab)? And the crab starts singing, "Shiny!", because he likes shiny things? That's what I was saying when Chris and Raj were done! Shiny!! I found them on Yelp and based on the really good ratings I had them pressure wash my driveway and front patio. Next to the driveway is the walkway that goes to the side gate - which nobody uses. I told Kris to ignore it. His response - "Bruh - if I am putting my name on it, I can't leave it like that". So for the same price, he washed that extra piece because he takes pride in the quality of his work. This speaks volumes for the level of care he shows in his work. I highly recommend Cali Pressure Washing. By the way - they do roof cleaning as well (do not pressure wash it, ask Chris and he will tell you all about it!) read more

10 out of 5 stars. I hired these guys to clean my super dusty, grimy, cobwebby house, porch, and patio. They did a fantastic job. I feel like they just took 20 years of grime off my house! Will definitely be hiring them every year! Kris is AWESOME. He is incredibly friendly and professional. He made every step of the process easy, from the initial quote, to scheduling, to absolutely crushing it day-of. Don't wait... just call them. You will not regret it. read more

Fair price, friendly service, and thorough. Cleaned the roof, solar panels, gutters, and driveway. They performed a "soft wash", but modified to help protect the large amount of plants around our home. There's an odd (but not entirely objectionable) odor that lasts for several days afterward, and a warning that it will continue for a few months after it rains. However, it rained recently and I didn't detect anything. read more

Cali Pressure Washing & Solar Panel Cleaning provided the services exactly as they quoted. No surprises, just dependable execution of the job. I commend the employees (Chris and his associates) on their work....it was over and above what one would normally expect. They were cordial and transparent, explaining the processes. The quality of their work is impressive and the cost was worth every penny. read more

Great service and very thorough! They even removed a stain on an exterior wall and washed the underside of the patio for free.

CALI PRESSURE WASHING is what you need on your side these days with insurance companies trying to do everything they can to expand their bottom line, not caring about loyal customers that have been with them for decades. CALI PRESSURE WASHING will vigorously advocate for you with your insurance company should the time come. On my initial conversation with the owner, Krishna, he patiently listened to my concerns. He then went into detail about what to expect with their roof cleaning services (soft washing is a must for the roof, anything harsher is just going to cause unnecessary damage). At the time, I told him that I was interviewing several other roof cleaning businesses, Krishna was never once turned off by this like others and encouraged me to do so. I eventually went with CALI PRESSURE WASHING, because Krishna is very knowledgeable, meticulous, personable and transparent with their products, workmanship and rates. Krishna and his business partner, Raj, both came out to do the job at my property, which I was very impressed with their attention to detail, even cleaning my windows, walkways and gutters. Since my roof was well over 20 years, they handled it with the utmost care. Krishna gave me a full report with aerial photos and a commitment to come out at the one-year anniversary to examine my roof. I have added CALI PRESSURE WASHING to my house vendor list and will use them going forward. I highly recommend CALI PRESSURE WASHING should you need work done at your property. read more

Outstanding! Kris was proactive in helping me resolve home insurance issue in a timely and professional manner. I received the dreaded letter from my insurance company advising that my insurance would be canceled due to roof mold and algae. After interviewing three pressure washing companies, I decided to accept bid from Cali Pressure Washing based on expertise, reviews, competitive price, and most importantly the superior customer service. I'm excited to share that home Insurance company rescinded the cancellation after I uploaded the before and after pics. A huge thank you to Kris and his team for the education and outstanding service. Highly recommend! read more

We hired Cali Pressure Washing & Solar Panel Cleaning LLC for our tile roof and solar panels, and they were absolutely meticulous and truly careful with our property. Before/after showed about 60% organic coverage improved to 90-95% clean, backed by a 5-year warranty. Because of our gutter guards they used a two-step soft wash (instead of steam), which made the service a bit pricier--but the overall value was strong, especially since they also included our driveway, side walkways, and patio cover during the visit. After I pointed out possible residue on the highest skylight, they went back up, re-cleaned it, and even sent a video--proof they make sure every spot is addressed thoroughly. Excellent communication, highly efficient, outstanding results--highly recommend. read more

Chris did a perfect job. Use them! Came on time. Finished on time. Very thorough. Fair price.

I had a tenant who was consistently partying and neglected basic hygiene, let alone do basic maintenance of the property. After only a year of living at the property, the concrete around the property became grimy and also had some spray paint around the yard. I contacted a few places for a quote and Kris quickly provided a reasonable quote and set the proper expectations. His communication was great and the end result was much better than what I expected. He even sanitized all the areas, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Would highly recommend Cali Pressure Washing to all my friends, family, and neighbors. read more

I was searching on Yelp for a Pressure Washing company to clean our concrete that hadn't been pressure washed in over 24 years. I came across Cali Pressure Washing that had predominantly all 5 Star reviews. I noticed all the positive comments the company received from clients so I decided to contact them for an estimate. Chris (the owner) answered his phone right away! He asked me to send pictures of the areas to be cleaned and got back to me with a quote. Although it was slightly higher than other pressure washing quotes I received, I decided to go with him because he came across as being professional and knowledgeable. Although he was previously booked with other bigger jobs, he still found a way to work me into his tight schedule. Chris came to our house as scheduled and was able to complete the job within two hours! He and his crew did a very thorough job in removing years worth of stain and algae growth and made our concrete look almost like new again! Not only did he do what we had hired him for, he surprised us and took it upon himself to also pressure wash our driveway! When I called Kris for a quote, he was on his was way to a meeting. During that brief interaction, he educated me on what I was actually looking for and ended up getting me a quote early that afternoon. Impressive turnaround. He maintained positive contact with me all the way up to our service appointment. Our two-story, 2,100 square foot of living space, surrounding walkways, and driveway took about two hours for his crew to complete. And it looks amazing. Our HOA said that our house needed a new paint job. We thought a soft wash would solve it, but Kris informed us that we did, in fact, have a low-budget paint job and the soft-wash might not be the solution. The house still looks great though! Of course we shopped around and got lower-quotes from others, but sometimes you pay extra for excellent customer service. Kris is on point. Huge "thank you" to him and the Cali Pressure Washing Crew! Well done. read more

I can't say great enough things about Kris and his services! I found Kris through Yelp (many positive reviews!) last summer and decided to delay his service until this summer. However, I received the dreaded letter from my home insurance company the following December. Kris is knowledgeable about his craft and spoke positively of local competitors. Not only was his services reasonably priced but he is also humble and with consistent communication/follow-up. After receiving a non-renewal notice from our house insurance carrier (Liberty Mutual) for moss on our roof (taken via drone footage), we hired Cali Pressure Washing to do a chemical soft wash on our roof. We chose them because of how Kris was able to speak to the specific process, chemicals and drone photo taking that insurance companies want that have resulted in the insurance company rescinding the non-renewal. Kris and his team did an incredible job cleaning our porch, patio, walkways, and even some of the side walls of our house in preparation to sell it. Kris came out within a week of when I called, he was professional and did a great job cleaning our roof. We had some build up as our roof gets some moisture from trees that run along the side of the house. I noticed a few dried soap spots after the cleaning that included 2 windows and dried soap on the wood trim that was just way too high up for me to get to. I let Kris know the next day and he was back out within 2 days to address the issue. Not only did he clean the spots but threw in a free surface clean of our driveway and backyard.
