Another wonderful job by Masters Gutter Cleaning. A gentle reminder text was sent the day before the appointment. Forty-five minutes before the scheduled arrival time, Kameron sent an "I'm on my way" text. :) Kameron and Matthew arrived with smiles and handshakes. So nice. After they were done they updated me on anything they saw, or adjusted. Professional service you can trust and stress free. read more

The team arrived on time, very professional. I have a two-story house with a lot of windows so it did take them a little bit of time. Once they finished the first half of my house upstairs, the gentleman asked me to take a look, and if there was anything that they missed or I wasn't satisfied with, they would fix, but by the time they finished the second half of my house I was in a hurry for an appointment so I didn't get the chance to double check the rest of their job. The next day, when the sun was shining through, I noticed some marks that were missed and some water spots from areas that maybe dried before they were able to squeegee it. I contacted the company and he sent them out right away on the next business day to take care of it. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the great service! Will definitely use again in the future! read more

Very good communication, easy scheduling, and staff showed up on time. Geo Holliday was friendly and honest and even adjusted the quote as my gutter cleaning didn't require a lot of work. Made a few good recommendations as well. Will use again. read more

I am so pleased with this business as they were responsive, reasonable and did great work. They are licensed and bonded and were able to provide a quote and contract using the detailed photos I texted to them. They accommodated me with scheduling and sent me a reminder when they were on their way. Two young men showed up and they cleaned up my roof, gutters, flushed out my downspouts and cleaned up the garbage that came from my roof in less than 2 hours. They filled my green waste receptacle and additional 1-1/2 bags for me. I will continue to use this service in the future. read more

Master's Window and Gutter Cleaning did fantastic work cleaning our homes gutters this winter. I put out a Yelp Project Request and they were very prompt to respond. They arranged an appointment after we agreed on the work and estimate. We have a two story house along with solar panels which make it a bit more challenging. When they arrived they were very professional and finished the work quickly and completely. They did not leave and debris around the house as they cleaned the area well. The price was very reasonable. It was not the cheapest but considering the quality of the work they did (they provided pictures) and cleanup they did it was the best value. Highly recommended! read more

Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning did a great job for us. The company used to be owned by my good friend Brian Anderson, so I already had a good feeling going in, but Luke absolutely delivered. He came out to clean our solar panels and gutters and was incredibly efficient. I was stuck working and on calls the whole time, so I was not able to hover or play quality control inspector, but I did not need to. Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was honestly a relief to see that he cleaned out what had to be more than 20 years of gutter gunk. That is not a technical term, but it should be. We have had rain the last couple of days and the gutters are working great. Water is flowing like it finally remembered what its job was. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. read more

Some confusion going on. I had power washing done on my home. I was quoted a price by phone, but received a different, higher estimate by email. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave. read more

Several weeks ago we hosted a fundraising event at our home which is very modern with over 140 panes of glass. Since we were unable to get our usual window cleaner I found Masters with the help of AI. While talking to them I inquired about their gutter cleaning services. Following our discussions I hired them to do both services. There are no words to express how delighted I was with the outcome of both of them. My wife and I were very very pleased with the outcome. Even now almost a month later the windows are sparkling clean. We live in a very wooded area and these clean windows allow us to enjoy the scenery even more. As for the gutters I watched them while they cleaned them and was very impressed by how meticulous they were protecting my clay tiles, my gutters and my stucco walls. Over the years I've had many different outfits perform these same projects. But I must say none compare to the services provided by Masters particularly with the window washing component. So obviously I highly recommend this outfit who not only perform excellent work but do so at a reasonable price. read more

Great experience with Master's for gutter cleaning service. Whole process from quote to service was seamless. Received a very fair quote within minutes and was able to schedule service for next day. Technician Josh was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. Bill, the owner, even went as far as reaching out and providing a referral for a gutter issue that was not cleaning related. Overall, I appreciated the clear and thorough communication, excellent service, and easy payment. Will definitely be using Master's again. read more

Master's always delivers excellent, professional, and reasonably priced work. Office staff are efficient and answer the phone. They communicate throughout the process. Estimates are provided quickly. Staff in uniforms and company trucks show up on time, communicate, and do excellent work. I don't think you could ask for any more from a company to clean windows and gutters. Thank you Master's! read more

Bill is awesome, he came out to our house since I had some questions about the moss removal on our roof and very professional to explain the process. The technician, Larrell, did a great job clearing all the moss and cleaning our gutters too. We had a lot of moss buildup, they came out a second time to ensure everything was cleared off and left our roof clean. Would recommend this company for their services. read more

I had my gutters cleaned today. I was quoted 200 to clean all my gutters. After the majority of the work had been completed I was told it was going to be 150 more to complete the work. Had I known it was going to be 350 for the service I would not have done it. I told them to finish what they were willing to do for 200 and not complete the job. Very disapointing. read more

Thorough job, on time, great communication. Not sure what else to say, but would not hesitate to hire them again.

I had these people over to clean the windows and driveway and they did a good job. No issues with the work and in fact I tipped the workers. After they left though I noticed they had broken the bathroom window shade and said nothing to either of us. If they would have come to me and told me what happened I would have said no problem but they didn't. They could have said something as we paid them on the way out but they didn't. It wasn't a custom shade like every other one in the house so I am thankful for that but I won't use them again if this is the way they do business. read more

Had gutters cleaned and they did an awesome and thorough job. Scheduled an appointment quickly and they arrived on time as expected. Larrell was super friendly and did a great job. Raining today and gutters are doing well. Before the cleaning they were all overflowing. They are now perfectly cleaned. Larrell showed before and after pictures, as well as all the garbage bags of mud he cleaned out and I was amazed at how much mud accumulated and was cleaned out. We had all our windows replaced a few months ago, followed by a major remodel. The windows and screens had a pretty good layer of construction dust on them. We called around and chose Master's because of the ratings, price and availability. Larrell came out with a partner (I forget his name) and they confirmed what they will be doing and got straight to work. No wasting time, no looking at their phones constantly. They were very polite and there work was outstanding. I would recommend Master's Windows to anyone. read more

Luke showed up 5 minutes early and did a great job on gutter cleaning. He took before-and-after pics and gave an honest assessment of the situation. I had solar panels scheduled for cleaning, but he said it was not necessary. He also said my gutters probably only needed every cleaning 5 years because there are no trees nearby. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work. There was another contractor who was cheaper and also highly rated, but I am glad I picked Master's. read more
