From their quick response time for an appointment all the way to their staff that answered emails and the tech that came for my gutters. Larrell not only texted me that they were on their way, but showed up with a smile and ready to get started. He was pleasant and spend quite a bit of time cleaning my gutters and blowing off my roof debris, which was a lot after the storm we had. He even was kind enough to gather the roof debris into a pile for me, which he did not have to do! He also helped with putting a spout back on the blew off during the storm. For the first time EVER we had Christmas lights hung for us and now Hubs may never go back to hanging them himself. Getting a quote was easy - communication on arrival & process was spot on. They listened to our ideas of lights (placement, color, etc) and provided feedback/input. Nothing pushy or salesy. Installation day: Elijah and Colby arrived on time, introduced themselves, were super professional and meticulous on placements. Due to colder temps and some bulbs not cooperating it took a little longer than the estimated time (about an hour) but again they communicated well and apologized for the added time. No worries I was cleaning house and "making Christmas" inside. There were no wires hanging from the house or across walkways. Everything was neatly tucked away & secured. The result is PERFECTION!!!! Yes the amount initially feels high but they maintain the lights (no more figuring out which bulb is out), hang (no more untangling wires, super neat installation). We'll worth the price! read more

Just had Christmas lights installed today by Masters Window & Gutter Cleaning who has been doing my window and solar panel cleaning for several years now. Luke and Cameron did a great job, arriving on time and following instructions with great attitudes. Best thing about it is I didn't have to pull my old strings of lights out, checking to make sure each bulb was working and tightened, stringing extension cords everywhere, and hoping there wasn't a problem once they were hung. Masters provides LED C-9 lights, puts them up, takes them down, stores them, and provides any maintenance they may need while they're up. One thing less to spend time and effort on this Christmas season! We moved in about six years ago and decided we should ensure our gutters are in good shape. Hired Masters based on reviews and ratings. TL;DR - great service and professional. We received the proposal and a technician came out timely. While they did a great job on the gutters and took before and after pictures, unfortunately, there was a mixup. The provided estimate included disclaimer language for windows rather than gutters, excluding that awnings were not covered. Our awning gutters were a reason we went on this journey for service. I contacted the front office who clarified the typical coverage but they ensured it was rectified due to the system error. A technician (Larell) came out the next day, was super pleasant and did a fantastic job. All gutters and downspouts attached to our property look super clean and we are in good shape for quite some time again! read more

So having retired recently and getting the time to think about such things, I realized that it had been an embarrassingly long time since our gutters were cleaned. I checked out the reviews here and decided to give Master's a call. I was very happy with the results. The price was reasonable and included both our main house and the little granny flat in the back yard. They were out here within a couple of days. There was one small hitch, though. Our roof is made up of tiles that are lightweight an extremely brittle - they break if you sneeze on them. I made sure they knew about this, but right after the gutter cleaning was finished I received a text saying that they had inadvertently broken a tile. We have spares and they told me they'd be out within a week to fix the problem. They did just that, and they even moved the schedule up a day to ensure it was done before a rain storm. I really appreciated their honesty and their willingness to take care of the issue. That's the sign of a first-rate organization. So reasonable prices, prompt service, and honest people. Excellent and Amazing! Reached out to them and other companies during a small break in the storms in a couple weeks back (1/14). Though everyone was slammed, they were the first to get back to us, and the only ones with availability that was just 48 hours out. Though there was an issue with a previous client causing them to move the appointment out by several hours, they were proactive in their communication with updates throughout! I was very appreciate of this and their genuine concern and care for their customer. Their tech, Joshua text me before their arrival and did an amazing job, clearing all my gutters and downspouts thoroughly. He walked me through the work he had done and pointed out some trouble spots that I was not aware of. The next day, their Operations Manager Bill text me to to ask if it would be okay if they stop by to perform a "routine" quality check on the work performed the previous day. I hired Master's to clean my gutters and install gutter covers on the front of my house. Brian was at my house at the specified time and worked super quick to get me an estimate. I was able to schedule my gutter cleaning and gutter cover install a few weeks out. Tyler arrived on time and worked very quickly with the cleaning and install. They payment process was smooth and easy. Both Tyler and Brian adhered to COVID protocols and wore masks and stood more than 6 feet away from me at all times that we were interacting. A few days after the gutter install, Brian came back over and informed me that the wrong size gutter covers were installed. He let me know that a wrong box was picked up before installation. He told me that Tyler would be coming back out in a few weeks in order to reinstall the correct size gutter covers. On the day of the reinstall, Tyler was here early and worked quickly in order to get the issue fixed. Tyler even sent me a video of what the gutters now look like from my roof. The covers look great and we are super happy with them. I would absolutely hire Master's again when I need my back gutters cleaned after next winter. read more
