Not five stars, as I had to ask they clean debris in yard that was from roof, also we had a small disagreement over whether to put my home made screens back on, in the end they put those back but I agreed next time to leave those off. Gilbert is great. I had been following him on Instagram for some time knowing that I would need to use him for my gutter cleaning after my large tree in the front yard dropped all of its leaves. I texted Gilbert and he gave me a quote. He provided a few days that he was available. The date before my scheduled appointment he reached out and asked if right then was good. It did happen to work for me and he was over in 15 mins. Gilbert and his employee worked super fast. He showed me pictures of my gutters before and after. He even re attached a downspout for me that had lost a screw. I really appreciate the honest work. He told me that my gutters were about 40 years old and probably had never been replaced. Today, he found a cracked concrete tile which he mended, and he took a before and after photo of the crack. They are very efficient and clean up everything before they leave. I asked whether or not we should consider installing some type of gutter guards. He said no, they are expensive and not necessary for our house with few trees next to the house. Gilbert cleaned my gutters yesterday and I have to say he is one of the happiest, prompt as well as through person I have ever worked with. First, I contacted him for a quote. I received my quote within an hour of my messaging him. Second, we set up our appointment and on the day of our job he was running a little behind - he immediately texted me to tell me when he would be at my home. He wasn't late at all and what I find is lately people who do home repairs don't communicate at all so to get a text with a status of time was really a nice touch. Third, Gilbert did an amazing job. Through too in that he cleaned our gutters so well that I heard flowing water in them when it rained last night - something I only have heard right after we got our roof done....we have a lot of trees and our gutters do overflow when leaves / debris get in them. I also liked that Gilbert gets right to work, gets his job done and is personal all at the same time. He also takes Venmo which is a huge plus - most vendors here only want checks and we prefer Venmo , it is just faster to pay people.
