Gilbert and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing our gutters. It was a tricky job as we have a lot of gutters and needed quite a bit of flashing added. Gilbert and his team showed up on time, worked hard, and carefully cleaned up after the work was done. They even used a magnet to carefully comb our yard of any metal scraps to make sure the area was dog safe before they left. We needed a downspout added in an area that didn't have one and Gilbert worked with us to figure out the best place to add it while being mindful of my aesthetic preference for where to place it. Our new seamless gutters and the downspouts they made look amazing! We're so happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gilbert to family and friends for gutter work. Gilbert and ream arrived on time . They worked quickly but safely. There were a couple unforeseen issues that Gilbert wasn't ready for, but he adapted quickly and did a complete job.... Not five stars, as I had to ask they clean debris in yard that was from roof, also we had a small disagreement over whether to put my home made screens back on, in the end they put those back but I agreed next time to leave those off. Gilbert cleaned my gutters yesterday and I have to say he is one of the happiest, prompt as well as through person I have ever worked with. First, I contacted him for a quote. I received my quote within an hour of my messaging him. Second, we set up our appointment and on the day of our job he was running a little behind - he immediately texted me to tell me when he would be at my home. He wasn't late at all and what I find is lately people who do home repairs don't communicate at all so to get a text with a status of time was really a nice touch. Third, Gilbert did an amazing job. Through too in that he cleaned our gutters so well that I heard flowing water in them when it rained last night - something I only have heard right after we got our roof done....we have a lot of trees and our gutters do overflow when leaves / debris get in them.
