I saw that she did my pathway and garage for additional also and wish she didn't do it. I didn't know I was going to see all of these imperfections after all of it. First this I noticed was the holes, I let them know after and she told me after contacting "many" concrete specialists, that the concrete wasn't "mixed well" then I started examining the whole driveway and saw even more imperfections. She told me this is the reason they take before and after pictures. I know that my driveway didn't have all these marks and holes. She argued with me back and forth and were willing to fix in their words the "micro holes". I had to defend the people who did my driveway plus myself. She wanted to have her , her husband and their concrete guy to be there and fix it. I said no because I don't have the mental capacity to go back and forth with 3 individuals against just me. I completely regret using them. I'm glad other people had better experiences. UPDATE: All pictures were after the pressure washing. All the marks are marks from the pressure washer. Alina is still trying to argue through this review. Alina was only willing to fix the holes on the driveway after I showed her more marks from the pressure washer that she left. After all the arguing, I felt uncomfortable for Alina, her husband and someone else to come by and tell me that the person who did my driveway did a bad job. They did refund me, but it will cost more to fix all the imperfections she left. This is my experience on their service.

Called SVM after learning this and got an appt for replacement today (Thurs). Nikitia called prior to appt & said he could come sooner and I said great. Not only was he here sooner he got the job done quickly. Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. As a side note, when replacing a washer or dryer do not let the installer run a dryer hose behind a washer as if it becomes unbalanced it will damage the hose creating a fire risk.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.

When he left I put out a Facebook advertisment for him, describing my experiance and giving him a glowing recommendation! Then the rains came..... I had one gutter on my two story home which is pretty much hidden behind a chimney, it was one that was previously plugged and was still overflowing during the storm. I called Troy when the weather eased and let him know he missed one, that I needed him to come back and clear this one gutter. He said he wanted $120 to come back out, inspect the gutter and decide if my issue was something he overlooked or if it was due to the storm. It took 20+years for that gutter to plug the first time, but only one storm this time?.... Wierd! Anyway, Dude told me to go to hell and my homeowners ladder isn't tall enough for me to do it myself. Trevor responded very quickly and agreed to get them cleaned a day before the rain was going to hit. The night before, the forecast changed with rain starting the day of our job. Trevor said he was still ok to do it, if we were ok. And he did an excellent job of it, unfazed with the drizzle, which was near continuous. He took before-and-after pics/videos and the difference was day and night. One of the downspouts had something stuck in it. He tried very hard to loosen it up, but that didn't work. It got dark by then and his pressure hose pump won't start. So we made a gentlemen's agreement - I'd pay him in full, and he will swing by to take another crack at it next time he was in our area. I contacted several solar panel cleaning companies and ultimately chose Pure Solar Clean based on…read moretheir reviews and the initial interaction I had with them. Ross called me back within 15 minutes and provided a reasonable quote. He mentioned that most customers typically have their panels cleaned three times a year, but since we only wanted a one-time cleaning, I appreciated that he did not pressure me to sign up for additional services. He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled. In my experience, the initial interaction was positive, but the follow-through was not.
