Exterior Pro earned every one of these five stars. Alina and Oleksandr arrived early and were friendly, professional, and meticulous. They took before-and-after photos, tested the entire gutter system, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus, they were half the price of the other quotes we got! We are so glad to have found a trustworthy husband-and-wife business we can rely on for years to come. Exterior Pro will be our go-to for annual gutter and solar-panel cleaning. We could not recommend them more highly! read more

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided on getting my driveway cleaned by them. She came by, didn't asked much questions and washed my driveway way. I saw that she did my pathway and garage for additional also and wish she didn't do it. I didn't know I was going to see all of these imperfections after all of it. First this I noticed was the holes, I let them know after and she told me after contacting "many" concrete specialists, that the concrete wasn't "mixed well" then I started examining the whole driveway and saw even more imperfections. She told me this is the reason they take before and after pictures. I know that my driveway didn't have all these marks and holes. She argued with me back and forth and were willing to fix in their words the "micro holes". I had to defend the people who did my driveway plus myself. She wanted to have her , her husband and their concrete guy to be there and fix it. I said no because I don't have the mental capacity to go back and forth with 3 individuals against just me. I completely regret using them. I'm glad other people had better experiences. UPDATE: All pictures were after the pressure washing. All the marks are marks from the pressure washer. Alina is still trying to argue through this review. Alina was only willing to fix the holes on the driveway after I showed her more marks from the pressure washer that she left. After all the arguing, I felt uncomfortable for Alina, her husband and someone else to come by and tell me that the person who did my driveway did a bad job. They did refund me, but it will cost more to fix all the imperfections she left. This is my experience on their service. read more

I have been on the fence about getting our concrete power washed again. It was done about 2 years ago so it wasn't horrible but there were areas that slightly bothered me. Even though we have a power washer, we have been so busy. All of a sudden, I start to see these ads for exterior cleaning on my social media feed. For about a month, their reels kept popping up and the content was great so I let them continue to show up. Then I looked them on google to see if the customer satisfaction matched and many happy reviews were a good sign. In the times we live in, you have too many options to choose from. Usually, I shop around but I just happened to be lucky this week and Alex and Alina were very close by and they came by within 3 hours of my DM. I told them I'd get back to them since I wasn't sure if I was needing a major refresh just yet. Anyways, that interaction went well and they were so nice and didn't pressure me into anything at all so it didn't take much time for me to text her back and ask when their next availability was. From the moment they replied to my message, Alina and Alex showed up to my door with an estimate and refreshed my entire space within less than 3 days. Alina and Alex were very kind and professional - I was given a courtesy reminder and they showed up on time. Alina sent me a bunch of photos when they completed the job and she does a great job at sharing their work as they are in action. They make a great team and I highly recommend them for any exterior cleaning you may need. We got our driveways, walkway, porch, stepping stones, retaining wall and backyard patio done. Once I need my windows or gutters done, I'll definitely give them a call. Thanks again for stopping by today and wish you both the best! read more

Communication was awesome. Alina was very responsive to my Yelp message and even gave confirmation texts to confirm appointment and address. Alex did an amazing job cleaning our solar panels. We have a two story and I couldn't even see all our panels. He sent pictures before of all the panels and the after. He even told us where our shingles were either out of place or cracked. It was very helpful as I obviously am not on the 2nd story roof of our house. I would highly recommend using this company. read more

Easy to schedule service. They use soft brushes to wash the panels. Service did not take long and resulted in a 17% boost in solar power production. Great Company to work with. Alina was responsive when obtaining a quote and remained so throughout the entire process, including when they arrived. Also, they were very reasonably priced. Exterior Pro Cleaning power washed my 20x11 cement patio today and we couldn't be happier with the results! Alina was quick to provide a quote and booking via Yelp. The cost was comparable to quotes from other businesses. They came out today and got the job done efficiently! They are very professional and courteous. They ran the hose from my front driveway, through my entry way and straight to the backyard (this is the only way to access). They were so considerate with keeping my floors clean during the service and afterwards. I highly recommend this family owned business! read more

We hired Solar Pro Cleaning after our solar meter was reinstalled so we could maximize solar production. Found on Yelp, Alina reached out promptly and scheduled a next day appointment. Yelp did provide other quotes, but Solar Pro Cleaning was the first to respond and ended up having the best quote too. Today they showed up a little early (they cleared it with me), completed the job on time and the results made our panels look brand new. I'm excited to see our solar production maximized. We did ask how often should panels be cleaned, and while at least once a year is the recommended, Solar Pro Cleaning offers a quarterly membership to ensure our panels stay at their best for life. I recommend Solar Pro Cleaning be your first choice. They left a flyer and also offerpressure washing, gutter cleaning, moss removal, both for residential and commercial properties. read more
