They also took the time to clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. These folks were reasonably priced, great communicators, quick to complete the job, and suggested a solution to help a particular downspout from getting clogged. They also inspected my roof and let me know it was in great shape, which is always reassuring to hear entering the winter/rain season. I've had my gutters cleaned by others in the past who just used a sort of blower to blow the crud in the gutters out -- and it would go everywhere and they wouldn't clean that up. Those others also charged extra to clear the drain spouts. These folks were very tidy and the drain spouts were included. Quick response and able to respond before the next storm. Gutters hadn't bee cleaned for 15 years and downspouts were clogged. Took before and after photos and I couldn't believe the difference. After they completed the cleaning, they ran water to verify the downspouts were clear. They took about 4 large bags of junk from the gutters and downspouts. The gutters at my sisters house were in need of some long over due attention. Usually, she's on top of things like this; but the gutter cleaning has gotten out on the back burner for several months. The gutters actually had grass growing in certain spots. So I went on yelp on came across this company and decided to request a quote. I provided them with the specs of the home and they were able to provide me a quote and the next available appointment which was 3 days later, which was fine because a few other companies I called didn't have availability until the end of the month. The appointment was today 12pm-1pm. Roberto and Maria noticed me that they were in route and came promptly on time. They explained what they were going to do and got to work. I had other work going on inside the house with the electrican and had to leave momentarily, so I let them know and they continued working along. By the time I got back they were cleaning up the debris and hiding down the last gutter. They provided before and after pictures of the gutters and they looked great. They also brought it to our attention that two gutter hooks were broken and causing the gutter to hang downward on a section, so they offered to replace them for a minimal fee.
