On New Years Eve, my neighbor texts me that my front gutter is sagging... What to do!?? Quick search through 'good neighbor' groups referred me to Gilbert the Gutter Guy with excellent reviews. 24 hours later, I know why! I messaged Gilbert with a few photos of my sagging gutter, and within 3 minutes, he responded back, "That looks pretty bad. We should take a look"... and he gave me a fair quote for cleaning all gutters. Soon, he texted back "how about tomorrow between 9:30-10 am" - "tomorrow" being New Years Day!! That kind of service is unheard of today. He arrived at 9:30 today, and spent 2 hours on my roof, cleaning all gutters for our 3800 sq ft 2-story home, explaining the repairs that he recommended. Obviously, that would take more time and money, but he got rid of all the mud, leaves, moss, and other gunk that was causing several of my gutters to be non-functional, as well as a risk to the house. Gilbert turned the stress of a potential disaster into something I can handle with his responsiveness, efficient, and excellent work. If you need gutter or roof work, get a hold of Gilbert the Gutter Guy!! read more

First of all if you've tried to get anyone in this industry to pick up and be responsive to questions or a quote good luck... until I dealt with Gilbert. Looking for quotes he was quick to respond, was even responsive when he was on vacation which is unheard of. He gave me a very fair quote ( I got 3 of them ) and a date and time he could do the work. He communicated with me and showed up on time!!! This is also rare if you are having any work done on your house. He walked me through exactly what he was going to do and sent me pictures via texts as he was on the job. I can't say enough about his professionalism and work ethic. I would highly recommend Gilbert. read more

As soon as I reached out, Gilbert was very resposive and professional in his communciation. He had a last minute cancellation so he was able to come out and clean our gutters and roof on the same day as I called. What I really liked, was how he took before and after pictures of the gutters, so I could see what a difference he made. Him and his team were respectful of our property, careful on our terra cotta roof, and made sure to clean up after themselves when the job was done. I had contacted Gilbert the Gutter Guys requesting a quote to clean the moss off the roof, clean the gutters and replace one downspout. When he initially came out he noticed that we needed some roof repairs first and suggested that the proper thing to do was to get that taken care of first. I appreciated that professional attitude. After that was completed, he then came out and cleaned the moss off the roof, cleaned the gutters and replaced a downspout. Gilbert also took the extra time needed to clean some downspouts that were even more plugged than expected. Throughout the process from initial contact through the final project (and clean up), Gilbert was a PROFESSIONAL! I am highly recommending Gilbert the Gutter Guy. Little late posting my review for Gilbert but we had him out about a month ago to install gutter guards and clean our roof. He came recommend from friends and I see why he was! Most companies love to take your money if the job is really needed or not, but not Gilbert. He got on the roof to inspect it and after he came down he explained to us that cleaning the roof would be a waste of money that it would be a few years before we even need to think about getting it done. There was only 1 place where the flash needs cleaning and he would take care of it no charge. So he cleaned our gutters and installed the guards as planned, he even registered our gutter guards for us and our broom came in a few days not a few weeks! All of this for a fraction of the price of the big guys!!!! All around 5 stars, can't wait till he starts installing gutters later this summer, we are going to have him back out to install them on our new patio!! read more

After a hard rain, I noticed that many of my gutters were clogged and I couldn't reach the ones on the second floor. I found Gilbert online and got a reasonable quote for cleaning and repairing of one loose gutter. He was able to schedule me in quickly, communicated great by text, showed up with his team early for our appointment, and got the job done fast. All I can say is wow! We just bought a house and the previous home owners were gutter negligents - never had a professional clean their gutters. Prior to Gilbert, we had water pouring over the gutters with every rain. We heard the constant drip of water for days after - clear signs of a terribly clogged gutter. We needed help bad.
