I hired Gilbert off a community page that recommended him. We were hoping to get new gutters on our new home but the quote came in $$$$, so we opted to repair what we had and get them cleaned since we knew there was standing water/sludge. We wanted the gutters cleaned, a few repairs and removal of the cheapo gutter guards and quote for new ones. Gilbert came out looked at the house, told me he'd be happy to do both parts of the job but didn't want to quote the gutter guards until he'd cleaned them. Definitely fair! He was super prompt on arrival, very friendly and communicative. Upon cleaning we discovered the gutters were worse off then we thought, and Gilbert showed me a few photos. He was honest in his job and told me he would not recommend us investing in gutterguards until we did in fact replace the gutters. We've got a few years left on the gutters but it wouldn't be worth the cost of the guards for those years. He also went far above and beyond and cleaned up a ton of nails that a roofer had left on our roof. We will be calling Gilbert again when needed and will recommend him to others read more

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Gilbert. He provided me with a quick quote and we scheduled a gutter cleaning. I did not realize my street was being resealed that day and Gilbert was unable to access the property on the day we had set. He was very understanding despite having a busy schedule. They arrived on time, were very courteous and conscientious. we have called on Gilbert for years. no one does a better job of gutter care and cleaning than he does. Last fall when he did our gutters, he alerted us to all of the moss that was growing on the roof and how it can spread and cause damage to the building itself. We asked if he could clean it and he indicated here could, in the spring and after most of the rainy season is over. He evalutter it a few weeks ago and we negotiated over a quote and scheduled today as the day. While he was evaluating it, I mentioned that I powerwash the two overhangs in the back on a yearly basis but, since I'm a senior, my husband won't let me climb ladders so, while I can clean the underneath, I can never get the top of them. Thus, the dirt returns faster. I asked if, while he cleaned the roof, he could spray off the tops of the overhangs. He immediately said yes. When he and his team arrived today (right on time), he estimated 4 hours. I hadn't mentioned the overhang to him again. He and his team worked diligently for hours; then, I heard what sounded like water on our back glass. This wonderful man had his team not only pressure wash the tops of the overhangs but pressurewash all of it! It looks brand new!!! Plus, he saved me a couple of days just trying to clean the underneath! I was in tears. What a lovely, kind thing for him to do. He showed us before and after photos of our roof. Before looked like a roof that you could grow a garden on but after, our roof looked brand new!!! So does our overhang. As mentioned, we have used him for years, have recommended him to many people, and will continue to call him every time we have a need. He and his team are detailed, thorough, and quality in every way. We definitely recommend him. Found Gilbert through recommendations on the NextDoor AP. I have had other companies clean our gutters, but they didn't take care of issues with downspouts. We needed the gutters cleaned and this downspout taken apart to unclog it.
