I've been utilizing Gilbert's services now for over three years or more. I first became aware of his highly rated gutter cleaning services from a referral I found on Nextdoor. I count him one of only three home services/ businesses I've had come to my house that I would schedule again. Now I schedule him every fall to clean off my roof ( house and detached garage), clean out the gutters, seal leaking seams in my gutters if needed, and most recently to clean my 48 solar panels. He installed his 'special' gutter guards on my house and garage about 2 1/2 years ago and they are great at keeping out most of the oak tree debris that no other guards were able to do. He brings all of his own equipment, cleans up everything neat and tidy when he leaves, is very thorough and has always exceeded my expectations. He is genuinely friendly and promises and delivers excellent customer Service. Costs for services are very fair and reasonable! Gilbert always arrives when he says he will which is kinda rare these days. If I could give him more than five stars I would! Gilbert responded quickly to my call and I was able to get a quote the same day. After setting a date for him to come out, he left, although he offered to do my solar panel cleaning and pressure washing of the driveways in my yard the same day. I declined that for several reasons. He arrived promptly at 9:00 AM on the date we set and he set out to work. I am SO impressed with his work! The solar panels were cleaned beautifully from 8 years of dirt. The concrete was pressure washed of dirt and moss and the whole yard looks much better. He happened to be in my area a couple of days prior to my scheduled appointment and he was thoughtful enough to text and see if I would like to have him come by then. We scheduled a routine gutter cleaning for our 2-story home. Gilbert and one of his crew showed up right on time and finished in just over 30 mins. Gilbert is super friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He also showed us photos of some moss growing that I wouldn't have otherwise noticed. Gilbert was able to solve a problem with one of my rain gutters. I had a really difficult time finding someone that would do repairs or be reliable enough to replace the gutter a a fair price. We were going to have the house painted and wanted to get everything cleaned up including the gutters and the roof. Gilbert and his crew came over and did an amazing job and cleaned up everything and made it look like new again. I own a termite company and we see a lot of dry rot in the eaves of homes. Gilbert showed up early and cleaned my two awning tops from debri and the gutters on the awnings and the house, my valleys on my roof were full of leaves and he cleared them.
