Lighthouse came out to Rancho Murieta to clean out our dryer vents and rain gutters. The price was right and Gabe and Cory did a great job!

Contacted Lighthouse made earliest available appointment which was about a two week wait. Two very polite guys came out said they didn't have the expertise to wash our windows because it has been newly remodeled and had some construction overspray, etc. I appreciate they didn't barrel forward and damage our new windows. Set up the second appointment with the "experienced crew"-had to wait another 5 weeks! Appointment was for 8am nobody shows up no phone call! Lighthouse didn't answer when I called. Finally a different guy shows up over an hour late no apology no crew. Completely different vibe from the first very polite team. Ask him when the rest of his team is coming he rudely says no idea maybe in the afternoon?! I had changed my entire day around for this cleaning and waited nearly two months. The Lighthouse crew arrived at the early end of the time bracket they gave us. The were careful and efficient, cleaning 55 windows and screens in about two hours. They left no evidence that they were around our home or inside every room. They touched up a couple of minor streaks before they left. We recommend Lighthouse and plan to use them again. read more

They were friendly, helpful, polite but still got right down to business. and if cuteness and smelling good count, then add that in, too. the company also does dryer vent cleaning, which i confessed we'd never had done before. Gabe offered to check the vent to see if it even needed cleaning, because it would cost less if they did it while they were there...than if we made another appointment. he quickly discovered that the vent was pretty clear and needed no work. he explained that the hose to the wall was short enough to prevent kinks and curves and therefore the lint didn't get clogged. for that, he called us 'lucky.' can we add honest to the long list of plusses? read more

Dave and Pablo cleaned the more than 50 windows in my house yesterday. Lighthouse was easy to schedule, I had a short timeframe I needed to work within. Both Dave and Pablo were friendly and both worked nonstop the entire time they were at my house. My windows and screens have never been so clean, they did an excellent job! This morning I discovered they even cleaned a small window on the door that goes into my garage that was absolutely disgusting as the door barely opens. Did not expect them to do that. A company with integrity! We scheduled dryer vent cleaning. When the team arrived, they discovered that our vent did not need cleaning yet. They showed me the camera images so I could see for myself. They could have easily just done the cleaning and charged us full price. Instead, they only charged a reasonable inspection fee. We have used Lighthouse for window cleaning before, and been very satisfied.
