I've had Lighthouse clean my windows now for 4-5 years. They always show up on time and are super respectful and courteous. Every time has been great from customer service to amazingly clean windows, save for once. So I called with my concern and they came right back out to address it and went above and beyond to make it right. What a great local company that employs local people and still has the highest regard to customer satisfaction and service. read more

The window cleaning turned out very nice. Erich was efficient and did a thorough job inside and out. This is the 2nd time we have used Lighthouse and will continue to do so. read more

Yes, I will use them again. Lighthouse showed the moment they said they would and finished when they said they would. Windows look great. I found them via my neighbor who has used them for several years. Prices have increased for really any and all work done in your home. But i feel the value here was worth it. read more

I chose this company as the great reviews were current. There were a few spots which were missed( not so surprised as my screens and windows hadn't been cleaned in 4 years!) Lighthouse came out promptly and pleasantly corrected the imperfections. Also a few other items (which I didn't originally request) were cleaned which I really appreciate. My windows absolutely sparkle now and I'm very happy. I would definitely recommend Lighthouse Window Cleaning. read more

The man that came to clean did a pretty good job, though it wasn't perfect. I did notice a few splatter spots on the inside of the kitchen window. The man was very courteous though, and was happy to re-clean the window. However, I noticed when he left there were still a few spots left on it. read more

The short version - these guys are great and should be hired immediately if you need your windows and gutters cleaned. They were communicative, prompt with arrival and incredibly thorough with their work. The long version - same as above, but I'll give you more detail. Paul and Carlos were both incredibly respectful to us and our home and treated our property with a level of respect most contractors don't provide. They had zero issue removing their shoes before they entered, something that seems trivial, but many contractors seem annoyed with. & they never had to be reminded once, despite going in and out of the house north of 20 times. Paul get's a special kudos for discussing everything with me once they arrived and for also being the most effective worker I've ever witnessed. If everyone operated with the same urgency and effort that Paul displayed, most of the worlds issues would be eliminated overnight. & the most incredibly part was that, despite the display of speed, he STILL managed to clean the windows and gutters better than other companies. It's rare to see that type of speed and efficiency at the same time, but Paul nailed it. He was even kind enough to quickly clean the mirrors in my garage gym, which is now a problem because I will never be able to match that crispy clarity ever again! All in all, great experience with Lighthouse and will definitely be using them at least once per year to clean the windows and other items. Thanks again! read more

Desperately in need of gutter service before the Winter storms start to arrive, I searched around Yelp for a business to meet my needs. Lighthouse Window Cleaning was quick to respond to my Yelp contact and after describing my needs, I was given a price of $300 for a 4000+, one story home. Ok, seemed a bit pricy, but I am in no way going up on that roof and I know the gutters are absolutely filthy. Scheduling was quick and easy with Tessy and I got hooked up for a week out appointment. She was nice and efficient. Paying by credit card over the phone after the job was easy too. Chad arrived right on time, in fact 10 minutes early and surveyed the job. The job took him about 2 1/2 hours to fully complete. I really thought he'd do a complete water flush of the drains to get all the soot out, so I had him do it a second time, as after the first time, there were still pebbles, dirt, etc., in the drains. I thought it would take longer to flush out ALL the debris from the length of gutters on our home. He seemed to take pride in his work and assured me that they are clean. Not "Clean enough to eat out of," as he asked me if that's the way I wanted them, but I believe clean enough for roof water to easily flow through them during the coming storms. Maybe I should have asked for the "Clean enough to eat out of option." :) Our gutters are all cleaned and ready for the Winter storms, but I was however a little dismayed by the dumping of a 5 gallon bucket of mush, leaves, rocks, sludge, etc., etc., that came out of our gutters right into our front bushes. We pay people to keep them cleaned out, not to dump stuff into them. We have 2 very large trash cans on the side of the house. All he had to do was find them or just ask. :( That stuff that was trapped in our gutters can't smell good either. read more

After a couple of houses catching fire in our neighborhood-and buying a 30+ year old house...decided that we should look into dryer vent cleaning. Happen to get an email from Lighthouse Window Cleaning that also does vent cleaning. Had an appt within a weeks time Well..the 2 men showed up - early (yay!). Proceeded to use the snake camera etc. found out to our dismay that the vent is super clean--because there is a hole or non connection that is sending lint etc into the interior wall!!!! Thank goodness we opted to get our vents cleaned! Now we are fixing this issue...but a big shout out to this company for explaining to us what the issue was and how to fix it. I HIGHLY recommend this company. True professionals! read more

Hired lighthouse for a gutter cleaning, as our gutters were fully stuffed with leaves. Was looking for a new company and selected lighthouse based on favorable reviews. Highly recommend. Extremely professional. Logan did a great job. He did not cut any corners. Every window was cleaned inside and out, tracks cleaned, every screen was cleaned and put back. When he got done, I told him it exceeded my expectations. Every window looked perfect. I expected the windows to look good, but I did not expect each and every window to look perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have already recommended them to a friend who lives in Roseville and he is going to use them and I recommended them to my Sister who lives in Orangevale and she is going to use them. Lighthouse has enough 5 star reviews that they don't need another, but they deserve all of them! We initially found them on yelp to clean out our gutters. They were fantastic so we had them come back the next couple of years. When we were getting our house ready to put on the market, they cleaned all the windows as well. The office staff (Tessy) is awesome and each of their employees are fantastic. Just the other day, we had some massive rain storms, and on the second story, we had a gutter that was flexed and water was pouring out over the edge. We called Lighthouse and they came and cleared the clogged drain the very next day. We asked how much we owe them and they said there would be no charge. There are a lot of great local small business companies, but it doesn't get any better than this one! read more

Lighthouse came out last year and took care of my gutters which were packed with years of crap. They did an excellent job (I forgot to review, sorry). They came out today, 08/01/19 and cleaned all of my solar panels which have never been cleaned since install about 3 years ago. Sean, Thomas and Austin were total professionals and extremely friendly, doing quality work. I would absolutely recommend this local business for your gutter, window and solar power cleaning needs. They also do power washing and other stuff. Just give them a ring! read more

So Bright! I just moved into a new home and the windows were filthy from all the dust from painters and contractors coming in and out. Once all the dust settled I called Lighthouse Window Cleaning and they were able to give me a super affordable quote for my 2 story house and had great availability too! Some other companies were going to make me wait weeks for an opening! Austin was right on time and finished all my windows (I have around 20 and some that are not super easy to get to in the slightest) in less than 4 hours! Austin was super courteous and professional as well. I felt very safe with him in my home and he was even super nice to my pup too! Now my windows are clean and the light comes through beautifully! I love my new windows! I would highly recommend going with lighthouse and recommend Austin if you can! read more

WOW! Nick was personable, professional, and provided superior customer service! He arrived on time and greeted me with an upbeat and friendly demeanor. As mentioned on previous yelps, he showed me a video of my clogged vent with a special camera. I was shocked to see how impacted it was since I have had other dryer vent companies come out in the past to clean my vent. The other companies never showed me a video, so I know that it wasn't properly cleaned in the past based on the amount in the line. Nick also took before and after pictures of my roof tiles and was very careful as maneuvered through my house with equipment. I would highly recommend Vent-tastic if you want your dryer vent properly cleaned the first time. In addition to excellent customer service, he is reasonably priced! Give Nick a call today! read more

Highly recommend Lighthouse Window Cleaning (and gutters too). Very efficient communication with the owner from receiving a quote, scheduling a work date, and the actual date/performance of both the gutter and window cleaning on my 2-story home.
