Called SVM after learning this and got an appt for replacement today (Thurs). Nikitia called prior to appt & said he could come sooner and I said great. Not only was he here sooner he got the job done quickly. Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. As a side note, when replacing a washer or dryer do not let the installer run a dryer hose behind a washer as if it becomes unbalanced it will damage the hose creating a fire risk.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.

He even repositioned a concrete roof tile that had shifted out of place and reconnected a gutter hook that had come loose during the inspection. Afterward, he sent me a link to clear, high-resolution photos from the inspection. Most importantly, he was honest and straightforward in letting me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance work at this time. They set clear expectations from the start and communicated well throughout the entire project. They worked hard and were completely responsible and accountable. At one point they accidentally broke a skylight, but instead of cutting corners, they went above and beyond to get it repaired properly and made it right. They also cleaned up thoroughly after every single day of work, which we really appreciated. The finished roof looks even better than it did before. I also want to recognize Jose and Adrian. When the inspector required additional work on the roof, Jose took the time to clearly explain the cost differences so we knew exactly what we were paying for and why. I had a lot of questions about the cost breakdown for the sheeting, and it was pretty confusing to me, but Jose was so patient and kept explaining it different ways until it finally clicked. Adrian set us up with our initial consultation and spent over an hour working through pricing with us to get us a great deal. He respected my budget and kept it at the forefront the whole time, which made me feel truly seen and heard. Anytime I had a question or needed help with financing, he was there for me. This whole team was trustworthy, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Highly recommend!!!

I have struggled with doing a review for Bobby's Gutter Cleaning & Repair. They came recommended…read moreby the roofing company I trust. Bobby, the owner, is very personable, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable priced. He came out in July and gave me a quote to high pressure wash my roof, repair 11 leaking gutter seams and install aluminum gutter filters. Work was performed in August and then we received about ¼" of rain in September. I was surprised when 5 of the gutter seams and 1 of my downspouts were leaking! Good thing there is a 1 year warranty. Bobby responded quickly and scheduled the repair. One week later, I found a bag of metal screws was left on my lower roof. Overall, I am happy with Bobby and his employee Nate, but I feel the attention to detail by other employees was lacking. One of the branches on my plant was damaged as they dragged the hose around, some of the lower tiles - which were removed to accommodate the gutter filters - were not repositioned correctly, the 6 leaks and finding the bag of metal screws. I feel hopeful the improvements will be beneficial with our upcoming wet winter, but curious how my gutters seams will hold. On a personal note, if you have your roof power washed, I recommend you unhook your downspout rain barrel and cover your sprinkler valves - it was my mistake not to cover them and it caused more work for myself.
