After reading all the positive reviews, I decided on getting my driveway cleaned by them…read more She came by, didn't asked much questions and washed my driveway way. I saw that she did my pathway and garage for additional also and wish she didn't do it. I didn't know I was going to see all of these imperfections after all of it. First this I noticed was the holes, I let them know after and she told me after contacting "many" concrete specialists, that the concrete wasn't "mixed well" then I started examining the whole driveway and saw even more imperfections. She told me this is the reason they take before and after pictures. I know that my driveway didn't have all these marks and holes. She argued with me back and forth and were willing to fix in their words the "micro holes". I had to defend the people who did my driveway plus myself. She wanted to have her , her husband and their concrete guy to be there and fix it. I said no because I don't have the mental capacity to go back and forth with 3 individuals against just me. I completely regret using them. I'm glad other people had better experiences. UPDATE: All pictures were after the pressure washing. All the marks are marks from the pressure washer. Alina is still trying to argue through this review. Alina was only willing to fix the holes on the driveway after I showed her more marks from the pressure washer that she left. After all the arguing, I felt uncomfortable for Alina, her husband and someone else to come by and tell me that the person who did my driveway did a bad job. They did refund me, but it will cost more to fix all the imperfections she left. This is my experience on their service.

On this occasion, I happened to meet with him and we scheduled to have our windows done. The price was very reasonable, which was a motivator for have someone else do it. On the scheduled day the employee arrived on time and immediately started working on all of our exterior windows and screens. The work was done quickly and to our satisfaction, but that's not why they got a high rating. The owner had noticed that one of our windows had fogging, we believed it was from age as they are the original windows on our house. He scheduled another time to come back as he wanted to try something different to see if that would clear it up. On that date, there was a scheduling miscommunication, but he came out and a window that had been stained from hard water or whatever was now looking like brand new. It was because he went above and beyond that we now have this higher level of satisfaction. If he had said nothing or done nothing we would simply thought it was an old window that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend this company and we do plan on using them again in the future.

He provided a flat rate price quote. It was reasonable and fair. We set up an appointment and he stated he would just need access to my green waste bin for proper disposal. This was not a problem at all. On the day of my appointment, Thomas communicated his ETA and was on time. He got on the roof to look around and noticed I had a slipped/loose tile and one cracked tile. He immediately called me and texted follow up pictures of the crack and BEFORE picture of the gutters. He mentioned he could perform the repair which was a small add on cost. I asked how it would be done. Thomas explained for the crack tile--he cleans it first with a wire brush and seal it with tile secure sealant from ABC roofing supply. For the slipped tile--- he removed, cleaned, sealed and placed it back near the valley. I authorized the repairs with the gutter cleaning services. After everything was done, Thomas sent me AFTER photos of the work. He told me he was able to clear the gutters (see photos) and clear a few of my clogged downspouts. The green waste bin was almost half full and he made sure to leave the house clean and yard with no leftover debris. He accepts electronic payments so I was able to Venmo his company immediately. I contacted several solar panel cleaning companies and ultimately chose Pure Solar Clean based on…read moretheir reviews and the initial interaction I had with them. Ross called me back within 15 minutes and provided a reasonable quote. He mentioned that most customers typically have their panels cleaned three times a year, but since we only wanted a one-time cleaning, I appreciated that he did not pressure me to sign up for additional services. He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled. In my experience, the initial interaction was positive, but the follow-through was not.
