The team was reliable, communicative, and clearly took pride in their work. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what we discussed. If you're looking for a concrete contractor who can handle both demolition and new installation while keeping the project neat and professional from start to finish, I would absolutely recommend Herrada's Concrete.

Communication, promptness, schedule, and cleanup all went well. One of the key parts of the work was the slope. Walter assured me that his team would slope the concrete 2% (bldg. code req.) away from my home for drainage. However, when rainfall came, I noticed considerable amount of water ponded on the surface of the concrete and it did not drain. Turns out, the concrete was not sloped at all in some areas and less than 2% in other areas =( I brought this to Walter's attention and he said he would fix it by installing an overlay. It's been more than 3 months of reaching out to him, him saying he would come, and still no show. Now, he is not responding to me anymore.

By 0800, the gear was unloaded and the team was in full-on work mode. I do a lot of DIY jobs with crews. After a half hour, a huge worry burden was lifted off my shoulders. This has never happened to me before. I had a very large brick wall repair job. Luis and his team were a well-oiled machine. Each knew their job (all experts), and the work hummed along--busy, busy, busy. Literally no screwing around or fun time. I was unconditionally amazed and thankful. The job was completed earlier than expected, and not only were no shortcuts taken, they did more than we agreed upon. All debris was picked up and put in the trash. The area was washed down. The cleanup job was impeccable. You would have never known they were there, except for the beautiful work they left behind. Lastly, I took five bids. This company was not the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive. I cash-tipped each worker for a job well done--impeccable.
