We shared all of our ideas with him, and he was able to bring them to life while also offering thoughtful suggestions that made everything come together seamlessly. His entire team was respectful, punctual, precise, and paid such great attention to detail. During the sod and concrete layout, Eduardo took the time to make sure we were completely happy with everything before moving forward. That level of care and communication really stood out to us. Eduardo's professionalism, personable nature, communication, and genuine attention to his clients are things we truly appreciated throughout the entire process. Thank you, Eduardo and team, for bringing our backyard vision to life! We absolutely love how everything came together and appreciate you so much.

I hired Eduardo from EA Landscaping to replace my clogged landscape drainage, install a cement…read morepatio, and general landscaping. Eduardo is a licensed contractor #1149955, but I do not recommend him at all. We signed a contract, in which he said he would do detailed work. I got anything but that. He and his workers continually cut corners and did shoddy work. On the first day he cut two medium sized trees, including roots, and removed a cement walkway. He put the trash and debris on the street and just left it there overnight. No consideration for me or my neighbors. I had to insist that he remove the trash and debris from the street. The next day he removed the dirt and cement but not the tree debris. The next day he removed the tree trunks and debris after he saw me and my neighbors unhappy. On the third day, Eduardo and his crew showed up at 0530 hrs to pour the cement. I told him I didn't believe it was a good idea, but he said he would get approval from the neighbors; which of course he didn't. My neighbors were very upset with Eduardo and me. One of my neighbors came out to speak with him and even called the sheriff. Once again, no consideration for his client or neighbors. The whole purpose of the my project was to replace the landscape drainage. Eduardo replaced some but wanted to use some of the old drainage, which I knew was clogged. I insisted that he not use the old drainage and replace all drainage. Eduardo was not happy and things got worse. Eduardo continued to cut corners and refused to purchase simple material, such as drainage inlets, inlet covers, or drippers. In one of my 6 inch inlets, he refused to put a new one in and just cut a hole in the current one to run the new pipe. Very unacceptable. Eduardo also left two of my 6 inch inlets about 2-3 inches above ground, which as you can imagine; this will not help with flooding and renders these inlets useless. I will have to pay someone else to fix this issue. Eduardo did a shoddy job on my drip system. He refused to use the proper material for the drippers. He just put dripper nozzles to the main line and on the snake lines he did use; he did not put nozzles on them. Amazes me this type of contractor is allowed to have a license. Eduardo put several drain inlets and had them covers with pieces of pipe. He said he would come the next day to put the covers on and finish the job, that was two weeks ago, and he has not returned. I have filed a complaint with the contractor license board and BBB. I just want the community to be ware of this contractor and his unethical work ethic.

I had a project that I've been putting off for a long time to change our our backyard. We wanted to put turf down for our dogs and clean up some out of control growth. Like anyone should I got multiple quotes. Let's just say, Andy DESTROYED the 3 other quotes I had received for this. Andy's quote was so good, I was skeptical of the work that would be done. Now here is where I will agree with some of the reviews, the response is a bit lacking with Andy, but thats via email, you want to get connected, phone/text is the way. From quote to work this entire project was done in a couple of weeks. The backyard looks amazing, like it's a completely different house. Andy's team was professional, fast, and some of the most hardworking guys I've met. Andy was here with them putting in work as well. I cannot recommend this guy enough for your projects, he'll not only save you money, but, he'll make your landscape look amazing and get it done quick. Thank you Andy and team for making our backyard usable and something I want people to see, not avoid. I have to add, we had some people come by to pick up stuff and as soon as they saw the backyard it was flooded with compliments. Truly made me enjoy my backyard again, thank you.

They made sure we were all on the same page with pricing, work to be done, timing, and expectations with our garage conversion project. We got a bit lucky with the timing for ours and ended up getting a full crew assigned for a chunk of it which led to finishing in ~4 weeks instead of the 6 they originally estimated. Also worth mentioning that their crew was respectful and super hard working. Noticeable attention to detail across the board with Soto. The end result exceeded our expectations. Super happy with the new space and would highly recommend these guys to anyone (already have to family and neighbors!).

Augustin has competitive rates and will go through his quote to explain all items and clarify any questions regarding the scope and type of work that needs to be done and does not begin work until all questions have been answered. His crew were always on time and conducted themselves very professionally on the job site. If one of them were not able to answer a question, Augustin can be reached very quickly over the phone/text to get the matter cleared up. All of our projects have been completed on-time or if there was a delay, he would explain the reason for the extension so there were no questions. Also, all financial questions are answered as soon they come up and if there is a need to increase the budget (or use an item/material that is more expensive then originally planned) Augustine will go into detail for the reason there needs to be a change and is open to negotiate the difference in cost. I would not hesitate to use Soto Construction for any work that we have planned for the future.
