Angel and Alonzo with Nevarez Concrete delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. We hired them to install a walkway leading to our ADU, and the results are nothing short of beautiful. The craftsmanship is clean, consistent, and clearly done by a team that values precision and pride in their work. They were incredibly detail‑oriented -- measuring, re‑checking, and making sure every curve and edge aligned perfectly with the layout of our yard. You can tell they care deeply about the final product and want it to look great not just today, but for years to come. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire process easy. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and were respectful of our property throughout the project. They also worked with us on pricing, which we truly appreciated. They were fair, flexible, and transparent, and that made a huge difference. The walkway has completely elevated the look of our ADU entrance, and we couldn't be happier. Nevarez Concrete is the kind of contractor you feel lucky to find -- skilled, honest, and genuinely pleasant to work with. A solid 5‑star experience all around. read more

Nevarez worked our project in a timely manner and made sure we liked what he did for us. We wanted to cement our backyard and he gave a competitive price point and was able to work with what we wanted. The concrete turned out fantastic and he was able to give the concrete a slight slant for water to collect at our drain. We wouldve liked to give him 5 stars, but there were some communication issues that led to one of our dogs running out the gate when one of us workers didnt properly close the gate. We have 2 gates and they were both left open. For future customers, just make sure to be clear and double check communication with him. Otherwise, his work is good and he knows his stuff read more

I contacted Angel after seeing his reviews on Yelp. Angel and his crew did a lot of work at my house. They poured a large patio and half court basketball court. Work is solid (he has a great crew that works with him). Pricing is fair. Angel is responsive and reasonable. Angel made sure to complete our projects exactly as detailed in our contract. Overall happy with the quality of work Angel and his team were able to provide. read more

Angelo came out and reviewed what I wanted to do and gave me a good price so I just keep adding on. There was demo of my old patio and part of my driveway that was braking up. He came out with a couple crews and small tractors demo and remove the concrete and dirt. Then formed up and we made a few small changes. Came out great, stamped concrete for the patio. Project done a couple days early. read more

We are extremely pleased with the work we received from Angelo and his company, Nevarez Concrete. We needed to demolish and remove our existing patio and wood deck, and install a new patio, walkway, and mowing strip. We received estimates from four contractors. The quote we received from Nevarez Concrete was very competitive, and Angelo had some excellent design ideas. He's a man of his word, his crew started on time every day, and communicated clearly at every step of the process. They also cleaned up our back yard when the job was done. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result! We're glad that we chose Angelo to do our work, and we recommend him and his team without reservations. read more

Angelo responded very quickly and provided a reasonable quote based on my description of the size of the work to be done. He was hundreds of dollars lower than two other firms I contacted. I was quite pleased with the work he and his crew performed, and the clean up they did when finished. I would highly recommend Nevarez Concrete. read more

They gave us the lowest price for a 4 car driveway, with slate stamping. Compared to the highest price we were given, it was 1/2 the cost. They scheduled within 5 days of me approving their estimate, so they were fast, and it only took 2 1/2 days from demolition of the old driveway and finishing the pour of the new driveway. They did an excellent job. Hard-working, courteous, fast, and for a good price. read more

Angel was a pleasure to work with and very reasonable price wise. We needed our 20 plus year old deck repaired and stained as we just had the pool refreshed. Angel was prompt and professional when we first met. Our pool refresh took longer than expected but Angel was cheerfully flexible. Have a look at the pictures before and after. We contracted Angel to do a straightforward resealing of our large stamped patio. Unfortunately, due to a really fluke equipment mishap, our patio was badly scratched. Let me be clear that this was not due to any negligence on Angel's part. It was a very fluke occurrence. Sometimes stuff happens. We did not really discover the problem until Angel had completed the job and we had paid him. When we discovered the issue, we contacted Angel and he took ownership of the problem. He quickly returned and totally restained the entire walkway in a prompt and cheerful manner. Not only is he an excellent contractor, he's a cool human being. read more

Mid December I called to have an estimate to re-landscape my backyard. Angel arrive (see card). I had my backyard all designed out for all the contractors to give me a proper estimate. Angel stated that it was a large job and he wanted to come back in a few weeks to spend time estimating my project. I said ok. Upon his departure, I acknowledged he had my number which he confirmed. 3 weeks has passed and Angel has made no contact with me. I strongly felt when he left, my gut feeling was he had No interest in bidding this job. Even if I am wrong, the sole purpose for him to come out was to give me an estimate for my project. if he had no interest in re-landscaping my backyard, he should've stated so. So, now, I have lost 3 weeks of time when someone could have been Relandscaping my backyard by now. I view this company as flaky and unpredictable. What a joke this turned out to be. read more
