I recommend this team to everyone in the Sacramento area. The owner JJ came out to quote us on a…read moreproject so quickly, and he had the best price AND awesome customer service. They got our project done SO quick and it's beautiful. We had our driveway extended, our side yard paved all the way back to our backyard (for RV parking) and had a new patio/area around the pool put in. About 1,450 square feet total. I reached out to 4 concrete places, and All About Concrete was far and away the best customer service. JJ was here each day they worked on our concrete, and he texted me updates along the way which was so nice! Not only did they exceed our expectations on price, timeliness, and quality, but they also tackled unforseen issues and went above and beyond. They carefully lifted our AC unit to replace the concrete under it to match the rest of our patio; they fixed huge drainage problems and put in/replaced drains along our whole side yard (issues caused by our pool company); they bought materials and worked to run our pool overflow line where it needed to go... I felt all these things were above what a normal concrete contractor would provide!

We initially received a quote of about $7,000 for a large concrete project totaling roughly 1,100…read moresquare feet. After deciding to significantly reduce the project down to only around 354 square feet, we were surprised to receive a revised quote of $3,850 -- making the smaller project cost substantially more per square foot than the original larger job. What made this even more frustrating was that we referred our neighbors across the street to this company, and we were told the projects could potentially be poured and worked on at the same time using the same delivery and setup. Because of that, we expected the smaller project pricing to be more reasonable, not dramatically higher per square foot. We completely understand that smaller jobs can cost more due to minimum delivery fees, labor, and equipment costs, but the pricing still felt excessive for the scope of work being requested. After we declined, the quote suddenly dropped from $3,850 to $3,000, which honestly made the original price feel inflated. We felt taken advantage of. Communication was polite, but the pricing process left us uncomfortable and unsure about the fairness and consistency of the estimate. We ultimately chose not to move forward. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple quotes, ask for detailed written breakdowns, and compare cost per square foot carefully before committing.

They were willing to work with my schedule and met me after work and on weekends when needed. They poured a concrete pad for my pool equipment and then built a beautiful retaining wall that allowed me to raise my fence and increase its functionality and aesthetic. In total, six different design-build conponents of my home were successfully completed by Nunez Construction as well as some digging and dirt removal. The crew was fantastic. Demolition took just a day and a half, debris removal was done in a day, framing the next, and then concrete work followed--altogether about 4.5 days of solid work. Siale was also very considerate of our concerns, especially around trash day--he made sure the garbage truck could still access the alley, which we really appreciated. For us, communication was the top priority, especially with a project of this size, and Siale exceeded expectations.
