So, I saw ads about this company and decided to get an estimate to turn this ugly, weed garden into my dream courtyard (hopefully). They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete. We had a dog run installed with turf on the side of our home and wondered for 2 years why we were chasing the smell of dog urine after many enzyme rinses and cleanings. We had Evolawn "Jake" come out initially for a cleaning, and after Jake did some recon, noticed that although the turf was "for the most part", properly installed by the last company for normal use, it was not designed for the day to day potty place for dogs. Jake was very descriptive and prescriptive on what should've been done, from the proper drainage lines, air drains, French drains, the proper "pet" turf, and the education on maintaining it properly post installation. Pricing was very reasonable for having to de/reconstruct the side yard, and the entire process was very transparent as the work that was done was captured by step by step photos and clear communication. Although just installed, we are confident that the result wouldn't get much better than this for a pet turf application. This Company is the real deal and we couldn't be happier we found them.
