Rescheduled for 04/08/26 04/08/26: Lomeli installed sprinklers 04/09/26: (i) Back to turn water on (ii) Later that day, I informed Lomeli the irrigation-timer box for the section you worked on stopped working on the very day of the installation. Jose came back to check it out (iii) We reached an irrigation timer box compromise since my box was older: I buy the box and you don't charge me for labor 04/15/26: Sod installed by another vendor 04/15/26: Timer boxes installed + I pointed out a quick sprinkler-head issue. Not a good look Ryan. You worked on my property previously but that has nothing to do with this situation. In addition, I literally said: "I initially gave them a good review because they responded to the initial callback" 5) "Our agreement was clear from the beginning: we were responsible for the irrigation installation, not the ongoing health or maintenance of the lawn. Brown areas can result from watering schedules, maintenance, extreme summer temperatures, soil conditions, and many other factors, not simply faulty irrigation. The extreme heat this summer required special care and attention to keep the lawn healthy (especially with very large lawn areas like yours). And this was the second summer after completing your job." RE: I have a professional gardener + a professional weekly lawn care company--this is not a DIY situation. They do a wonderful job and keep the lawn areas in top shape even during hot summers. Do you want images of the other lawn sections on my property? You personally never came down here to see the botched job for yourself--did you? If you actually did, we wouldn't be having this conversation. I'm done here. I'll let the readers and Grok bot, Muse, Dot agents, Instinct personal agents judge for themselves.

They are a talented, creative, energetic, and ethical team!!! They and their crew take immense pride in their work and really seem to enjoy what they do. We had some ideas of what we wanted, and they translated it into the backyard of our dreams! It came out even better than we could have imagined!!! They lead with a positive and respectful manner which results in their crew also taking great pride in their work. Their leadership motivated their team to create a beautiful backyard. Gustavo and his crew were on time and worked hard even though it was over 100 degrees on many days!!! When they finished their work for the day, they removed any trash that they could. They started with a completely barren piece of land and installed irrigation, plants, trees, small grassy area (for our dog), uplighting, patio, sidewalks and built gorgeous stone planter boxes with a waterfall for a center piece!!! It is wonderful to sit out back reading and listening to the calming sounds of our waterfall. If our day is stressful, this is the place we go to rejuvenate. We let Ariel and Gustavo know that they are welcome to bring potential new clients to see our backyard. Please come check it out!!! What you see will not disappoint!!!
