One of my sprinklers wasn't shutting off which was a huge issue because I had to shut off all the…read morewater to my yard until it was fixed. I contacted 3 places for quotes, like I always do, and this spot replied first. They quoted me $250 for a valve replacement (standard price I got from all the places I contacted) plus they offered a 3-year warranty on their work. I went with them because they said they could come that night, and I had already had my water shut off for a couple of days by then (like my pool water was already getting cloudy, eek!). There was an issue with scheduling, and they said they ended up saying they would come the following afternoon between 3 and 5. They actually showed up closer to 5:30 or 6. So, I think the communication could have been better. But, they came and completed the repair (replaced the valve) in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail (about 30 minutes).
