Perfect Landscaping led by Bill worked on a big project in our backyard this spring. What an outstanding crew and such excellent work! It was hard to initially visualize what was needed to make the best use of the space and also how to bring everything together. Bill was like an artist with a vision to create something of long term beauty and utility for us. He communicated closely with us, taking our input, and advising us. We also had a time constraint and needed to get everything done in time for a family celebration. Bill and his crew even worked a few weekends to help meet this deadline. My mother in law (90 years old) had him replace their putting green. He broke the sprinkler pipes, glue is coming through the new putting green. He promised to fix all the issues (because she paid him already), He has had many excuses on why he hasn't finished the job. Now he won't return texts or calls. I would NOT use this company. The owners, Bill & Paul, did everything they said they were going to do, finished the project earlier than estimated and kept our budget in mind as the project progressed. They had an excellent crew, with Mike & AJ showing up everyday until the job was completed. Their energy and ideas were in step with what my wife and I had envisioned. We had the general idea of what we wanted, but their contributions put the finishing touches on the job. Whenever we went to buy materials - Bill, Paul & Mike, were there to offer advice and alternate ideas - and stayed within the concept that we wanted, which was useful during the finer details of the project. It was also difficult to find a contractor that did both landscaping and artificial turf installation...not an issue with Perfect Landscaping, they even can design the yard if you need that help. It's rare to find a company that made your project their priority, that is exactly how we felt working with Perfect Landscaping. I've been reluctant to get artificial turf because I wanted it to be installed properly and also to look realistic. I had three different artificial turf companies come over for estimates. My son suggested I check out Perfect Landscaping because many of his friends had praised Perfect Landscaping. I called and Bill, the owner, came over to give me an estimate. I was impressed by not only his reasonable prices but also by the pride he had shown in jobs that he had done previously. The work was done in two days and Bill and his crew of hard working knowledgeable workers did a magnificent job. My wife and I are very pleased with our new lawn. Now I don't have to water, trim or mow it. The turf that I chose from the samples that Bill showed me is one that has real grass color and a bit of brown thatch below the blades of grass. The blades of grass vary a tiny bit in its height since real grass blades grow at a slightly different rate. If you decide to use Perfect Landscaping, remember the name because those who see your artificial grass will want them to do their lawns, too. read more

The owner Bill was very friendly, personable and "hands on". He took his time and did not rush our job to make sure that our artificial lawns in the backyard were installed correctly and looked great. He was very fair with his price as well which was a big factor in our decision. The only thing that we could fault him on was that the clean up after the job was done was not the greatest. However, we were not around at the time when he finished and if we had expressed any concerns or asked for him to clean up more we are confident that they would have done so. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile, explaining the problems that needed fixing and how to protect from future wear and tear (such as keeping any exposed PVC pipe covered to prevent UV degradation). He helped me in new grass in my backyard last year about a month before my daughter graduation just in time for her grad party. Bill was very patient with all our dumb questions and indecisiveness. I was surprised at how patient he was. And even after he is always available and accessible if you need help or have questions. I had a few being the first time I had new grass installed and a year later and it still looms great. His pricing is very competitive and fair for his quality work. You can't expect 1-Start price for 5-Star work. When shopping around many other companies wanted to come after normal business hours and wait it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. But Bill and his team work normal business hours and worked on our project for 5 straight days and knocked it our. A car crashed into my front yard so I needed some landscape repair. Nothing major, just fix some brick edging, replace 2 bushes, and fix the landscape fabric that got torn. I also had some personal work I wanted to do in the backyard. Some grass and flatstone. Kamal showed up to give me an estimate and gave me the impression he either was in a rush or didn't care and wanted to leave. After spending less than 5 minutes looking at both things, he said its a small job and easy to do and he would email me an estimate. A week goes by and I don't hear from him. I give him a call and he says he can't do the job cause its too difficult. Funny how their website says "no job too big or small". If this company can't handle this scope of work, I don't know why they are in business. Don't waste your time calling this rude company. read more
