In the end, the project took 6 weeks. For a simple patio, a small dog run and a rock weed barrier. Lucy tried to sneak fees in and without my approval, had her workers rip out 2 of my bushes. After complaining, they replanted them days later but the plants did not survive. They also damaged my drip system (they did fix it after I brought to their attention) also, the workers left trash in the yard. John was kind and understanding but I will continue to tell my neighbors to stay away from them.

I agreed to use the Ipe wood as it was told to me this is the finest wood and will last a really long time. Now five years later, the posts are rotted, and the whole fence is leaning. I've had to have someone redo my whole layered fence. I wrote to Gary twice, no response! I think a good businessman would come out and repair this. Gary put in 4 posts; new guy put in 7. Clearly there was a little problem with Gary's judgment on what was needed. AND he wanted payment in full before job was done! Not a happy customer here!

Gary listened to my ideas for the brick patio and during the project he was very responsive to my questions and input. He was on site on a regular basis and anytime I needed him to come out. Randy did a fabulous job prepping the area, installing all the bricks, plants, drip and fountain. There was a problem area in another part of the yard that they landscaped as well. This was a large job and a ton of labor. The team was onsite as promised, on time and worked all day. Gary scheduled our daily start and end times appropriately. This helped with some of my neighbors who like to complain but that did not happen. Gary is a good project manager, is very talented, has a ton of experience and has a good team. They had Frank and his team do the hardscape and we were happy with how that turned out as well. We had an extensive amount of work done by Total Landscape Concepts during the fall/winter last…read moreyear. We had a sprinkler system as well as a drip system installed and during this spring we had some issues with a few of the sprinkler heads not supplying enough water to the correct areas. I sent a picture of our lawn area to them and they called immediately and set up an appointment the following week. They came back a week later and completed the sprinkler head replacement process and tested. They weren't the lowest bidder when we initially started to get quotes but this shows the value of our decision as we had fantastic communication and service almost a year later. We couldn't be happier with their services as well as their communication.

I really didn't know what I wanted in the beginning but just wanted our front yard cleaned up, but the more I looked at our yard I knew I wanted something clean and different with grass. I asked Victor what he was able to do and he pretty much said he can do it all and he did not come up short! He provided me a very reasonable quote to redo the front yard and back. He provided some ideas, but ultimately did what was asked and made it beautiful. He did not deviate from his quote when added material was needed or changes had to be made which made it that much more to appreciate the work done! He and his crew worked very hard, and finished the job in a timely manner despite some raining days. Things he completed: -Removed all plants, bushes, roots. -Removed all rocks top soil and mulch -Dug out a path for the stairs -Cement for the stairs and added curbing to the front and backyard -Completed and added sprinkles and drip system to front and backyard - added new top soil and sod to the front and backyard -removed and hauled away all old material. I am more then pleased the way our yard looks and definitely would recommend him for any job! Neighbors have came by many times and have asked for his business because he turned our yard into something I will enjoy seeing for years to come!

Worst contractor ever. They started the job on April 27 and finished first week in June they said 2…read moreweeks to complete job . After the first 2 weeks they started another job and were going days at a time not showing up. Also paid 20% up front then the rest when completed but asked for money twice before finished . When they took out my trees they did not take out all of the roots in the ground and did nothing to the dirt to kill weeds etc before putting the cheapest weed barrier down that after 2 weeks were coming through everywhere (see attached pics) . They subbed out concrete work which looked pretty good which was stamped and colored . When concrete was done there were a couple chips and bare patches of color that the landscapers patched with no color ( see photo). Also lost 30 % of plants died which most of them I replaced myself they replaced some of them but took over a month to do. The reason most of them died is because the drip line either wasn't to the plant or non existent to the plant and when they came back to replace the plants they moved rock out of the way to put a better weed barrier down for an hour a day for 1 or 2 days and told me they would fix it all but never came back to finish all of it. There are many things they did not finish that I let go and did myself but the main issue with the weeds I wanted corrected was all I asked for and they couldn't even do that . Look the guys were great and I trusted them at my home and the design we came up with looks great but the quality and follow through of the work was not great at all. Update All my new drip lines are leaking and most plants have died and I have more weeds than the grass that was removed. Also now that rain has came it is flooding everywhere as they took at all my drains in my front and back yard and never replaced pretty awesome waste of money
