They provided us with a few turf samples as well as an extensive list of referral addresses we could use to inspect their craftsmanship and the quality of the installed turf product. When the day to start the project arrived, Dylan and the large crew arrived right on time as arranged and immediately got to work. They were very professional and skilled. They were able to complete the entire project in one day and cleaned up the "worksite" nicely. We started with what was to be a straight forward driveway replacement. Old cracked/cast in place cement being replaced with pavers. Travis recommended lights and we agreed that was worthwhile based on the scope of what was being done, and this being something we will look at every day, multiple times per day. The pavers were also going to be extended to the front door replacing an additional old sidewalk. We didn't want the least expensive contractor. We wanted someone that was reasonably priced, who would stand behind their work. Bella Rosa is that company. The project turned out better than expected. The lights are icing on the cake. The pavers look phenomenal. All that said, there were a few hiccups along the way. Miscommunications on Bella Rosa's side related to what was discussed initially, and when the crew came out for installation. However, Travis always quick to reply, prompt to meet to work through the details and we were very satisfied. As the front was nearing completion we were so confident in Travis's team, Freddy was the foreman on our project, we added on additional things to the original scope. Including, redoing a flagstone walkway, cleaning out a side yard area, removing a layer of soil, adding stabilized decomposed granite, putting in lights along a back fence line. We can't recommend Bella Rosa highly enough. Travis and his team do very good work. And, when things come up, which is normal in construction, they will stand by their work and resolve any unexpected things. These are projects we could've DIY'd, but the result would not have looked as good, and would've required many months to complete.

Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He's always been helpful and customer oriented. Bought three remnant rolls, 2 were suppose to be 12' long and one was supposed to be 15' long. When we unrolled them the next week, we had three 12' rolls. Called the office and arranged for them to pick up one of the 12' rolls and leave a 15' roll. Delivery days was this afternoon. By 3:20 I called to get an update on the delivery. Without checking any information, I was told they should be here in about 20 minutes. It is now after 5:00, the office is closed and no delivery has arrived.

We had a dog run installed with turf on the side of our home and wondered for 2 years why we were chasing the smell of dog urine after many enzyme rinses and cleanings. We had Evolawn "Jake" come out initially for a cleaning, and after Jake did some recon, noticed that although the turf was "for the most part", properly installed by the last company for normal use, it was not designed for the day to day potty place for dogs. Jake was very descriptive and prescriptive on what should've been done, from the proper drainage lines, air drains, French drains, the proper "pet" turf, and the education on maintaining it properly post installation. Pricing was very reasonable for having to de/reconstruct the side yard, and the entire process was very transparent as the work that was done was captured by step by step photos and clear communication. Although just installed, we are confident that the result wouldn't get much better than this for a pet turf application. This Company is the real deal and we couldn't be happier we found them.
