We had a sprinkler system as well as a drip system installed and during this spring we had some issues with a few of the sprinkler heads not supplying enough water to the correct areas. I sent a picture of our lawn area to them and they called immediately and set up an appointment the following week. They came back a week later and completed the sprinkler head replacement process and tested. They weren't the lowest bidder when we initially started to get quotes but this shows the value of our decision as we had fantastic communication and service almost a year later. We did however had a synthetic turf issue where the turf had imperfections on it, (not caused by Advanced Pavers), Lucy & Edgar handled it professionally working with the manufacturer, the issue was remedied quickly. EVERYTHING!!…read more I had been wanting to transform an area of my front yard by my front porch for over 20 years that was next to my long sidewalk. the area was filled with dirt, huge hedges, and a short row of smaller hedges and a few otter plants. So, I saw ads about this company and decided to get an estimate to turn this ugly, weed garden into my dream courtyard (hopefully). They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete. The work was done beautifully, with a very nice concrete pour which closely matched our surrounding deck. They also redid our backyard sprinkler system, which really needed some (forgive me) TLC. Excellent work there also. These guys were efficient, on time and on schedule, and on budget. Working with this group has been a pleasure, and TLC is in our address book moving forward. These guys are terrible! I live in a condo complex and we…read morepay ALOT of money for below average work. 1- the worker who comes in with the blower, makes my area even dirtier then it was before he arrived. 2 - they leave a mess of leaves, the area does not look cleaner after they leave. 3 - they don't bother to rake 4 - they over trim the bushes by removing the green and keeping the stems and trunks. 5 - they take the easy route every single time. 6 - we have wisteria trees, and their idea of maintaining the trees is to lop the top, which means we never get any blooms and they leave the stems and trunks untouched. I myself could do a better job than these guys. Unfortunately, I'm in an HOA and I don't have any say in the matter. If you want speed, these guys are fine. But if you want quality go somewhere else. They do a terrible job and honestly, I don't think they know what they're doing.
