The craftsmanship is clean, consistent, and clearly done by a team that values precision and pride in their work. They were incredibly detail‑oriented -- measuring, re‑checking, and making sure every curve and edge aligned perfectly with the layout of our yard. You can tell they care deeply about the final product and want it to look great not just today, but for years to come. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire process easy. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and were respectful of our property throughout the project. They also worked with us on pricing, which we truly appreciated. They were fair, flexible, and transparent, and that made a huge difference. The walkway has completely elevated the look of our ADU entrance, and we couldn't be happier. Nevarez Concrete is the kind of contractor you feel lucky to find -- skilled, honest, and genuinely pleasant to work with. A solid 5‑star experience all around.

Communication, promptness, schedule, and cleanup all went well. One of the key parts of the work was the slope. Walter assured me that his team would slope the concrete 2% (bldg. code req.) away from my home for drainage. However, when rainfall came, I noticed considerable amount of water ponded on the surface of the concrete and it did not drain. Turns out, the concrete was not sloped at all in some areas and less than 2% in other areas =( I brought this to Walter's attention and he said he would fix it by installing an overlay. It's been more than 3 months of reaching out to him, him saying he would come, and still no show. Now, he is not responding to me anymore.

By 0800, the gear was unloaded and the team was in full-on work mode. I do a lot of DIY jobs with crews. After a half hour, a huge worry burden was lifted off my shoulders. This has never happened to me before. I had a very large brick wall repair job. Luis and his team were a well-oiled machine. Each knew their job (all experts), and the work hummed along--busy, busy, busy. Literally no screwing around or fun time. I was unconditionally amazed and thankful. The job was completed earlier than expected, and not only were no shortcuts taken, they did more than we agreed upon. All debris was picked up and put in the trash. The area was washed down. The cleanup job was impeccable. You would have never known they were there, except for the beautiful work they left behind. Lastly, I took five bids. This company was not the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive. I cash-tipped each worker for a job well done--impeccable. I was so impressed with Medina's Masonry that I'm having the team redo my driveway next weekend. Seriously, do not look elsewhere. For real. Use them and thank me later.
