Gustavo was easy to talk with on the phone. We didn't have to wait long for an appointment. The technician, Gabriel was prompt and called when he was on his way. He did an amazing job on our driveway, cleaning off a lot of mold. He took his time and was thorough. Payment was easy through Venmo, and was for the quoted amount. I had initially considered renting a pressure washer and doing it myself and am so, so, so glad I didn't. First of all, it took a lot longer to do the job than I had anticipated. Additionally Gabriel had a different attachment for the walkway and porch that didn't make any mess on the adjacent windows, and I never would have known about that. Prestige Pro Wash did a wonderful job and was a great value for the money. I will happily call them again when needed.
