We love these guys. They come over to spring clean our house and when they're done it feels like a brand new home. They are amazingly thorough, leaving our house super clean and fresh every time. We highly recommend them for any cleaning job. Cal Shea right now. www.myalohacleaning.com read more

We needed a deep spring cleaning so I started asking around. Shea and his company kept coming up so I reached out for a quote. They were very transparent on the pricing and there were no surprises. I put a retainer down to hold the date and that went towards the overall price for the cleaning. Shea actually did the work himself with his assistant and were in and out well within the timetable agreed upon. I would include pics, but don't want people to see how dirty things were before, lol. Highly professional, quick, and amazing work done. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend. read more

We were fortunate enough to have Aloha Cleaning Service and their proprietors, Shea and Colton, help us with a deep clean of our remodeled house. The complete remodel of our house left both visible and hidden debris and dust throughout the house, particularly our walls, new cabinetry, new interior doors, new flooring, baseboards and stairs. For us to do a deep clean would have been daunting and time consuming but for Shea and Colton, they eagerly took on this project with enthusiasm and commitment. We greatly appreciated their help and would highly recommend Aloha Cleaning Service. Thank you Shea and Colton! read more

This is a top-notch group here! The initial response to our inquiry was within about 10-minutes and on a weekend. After a discussion regarding services desired versus provided, a date/time was established and they sent an estimate/proposal via PDF. Shea and Colton arrived at our house on-time for the walk-through. They started the initial/deep-clean and after about 4 hours later, our house was in a cleaner condition than when we moved in. We are hoping to get them on a monthly calendar for the upkeep. These are nice guys, very easy to communicate with, and I'd highly recommend them. Be aware, the initial cost of the initial deep-clean is higher than I would have expected, but it was worth the cost to get the home cleaned up! read more

I had high high hopes based on all of the reviews, but boy do I sure feel totally robbed. And for the price I definitely expected quality service but I was very wrong. I was charged $400 for a deep clean that was anything but a deep clean. Basic things were not done, like the microwave was not even touched and trashes were not emptied. Also, the stovetop was still dirty and inside the oven was not completely clean. If these basic things to the naked eye can be quickly spotted, what else isn't clean that I can't easily see is what I would really like to know? I bet quite a bit. Anyways, I contacted the company about all of this and alls they offered was an apology and to come back in two days or a generous $20 refund. I feel totally duped here and would strongly recommend not using these people at all costs. read more

Such a great experience! I normally do all my cleaning myself as I am very picky. But on the suggestion for clean after construction, i called Aloha Cleaning Services. Shea and Colton are the nicest people and I immediately felt comfortable with them in my home. They are so down to earth and sweet. They did an AMAZING job on my house!! It was so clean afterwards!! I will definitely be using them again for cleaning my house, even if just every few months for a deep clean!! Thanks Shea and Colton! read more

3+ years later and we are still using Aloha Cleaning Service to keep our house fresh & clean! Shea and Colton are wonderful, and we always enjoy catching up with them during our monthly house cleaning. Highly recommend this company! read more

We moved to Roseville 2 years ago from the Bay Area where we were fortunate to have a long term house cleaning service. After going through a remodel last year and trying to keep the house clean, my wife decided to try Yelp to find a housecleaning service locally. After her extensive research, she found Aloha Cleaning Service that had great reviews and inquired on getting bi weekly or monthly service. She was told they were not taking on any new clients at this time, so we decided on a deep clean service for the holidays which they provided to us. Shea and Colton came over to inspect the house going room by room noting all items they would clean and spent 7 hours thoroughly going through the home with a deep clean especially after our initial cleaning after construction. If there is one sign of a great job well done it is our hanging pendant lights that my wife said "Now Sparkle"!! Shea and Colton were both very personable, got right down to work and left us smiling from ear to ear with a clean house for the holidays!! A plus that they both lived in Hawaii which definitely fit the bill and gave us a local connection!! Highly recommend and hoping we can get an opportunity for a more frequent cleaning service!! read more

Aloha Cleaning Service - Home Cleaning Near Me

Absolutely amazing service . . . from confirming the appointment via phone and emails . . . to the amazing professional services they gave in helping me prepare the home for sale for the estate. They went above and beyond and stayed until things were more than finished! Shea and Colton are an awesome team, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend that you look no further when pinpointing a great cleaning service. I flew from Pasadena, CA to Lincoln to take care of the estate matters and am so thankful I found Aloha Cleaning Services via a google search for a cleaning company . . . and, the rest is history when I found Aloha . . . so, look no further and give them a call to schedule their very professional services. read more

Aloha Cleaning is awesome!! Shea and Colton do everything with the customer experience in mind. They listen to what you want and they deliver with world class service and results. I highly recommend Aloha Cleaning Service!! Give them a call and get on the schedule. read more

Reply to Owner: Mahalo. We visit the Islands twice a year and have property on Maui. Our experience with the Aloha spirit does not include a lack of trust requiring a $150 deposit without the courtesy of a personal phone call first. We are allowing you into our home without securing your credit card "on file" so trust works both ways. Aloha. read more

This place is amazing. We have Sandra and she is really good. Highly recommend the service very professional on time and consistent, which is very rare for cleaning services. read more

I contacted Aloha on a Friday looking for a one time deep clean of my son's house while he was on vacation. The owner got back to me within 24 hours and after discussing what I needed and how large a house my son had, he emailed me a quote. The quote was thorough and listed exactly what I could expect. They were able to do the house the following Monday at 8 o'clock in the morning. They arrived promptly at eight and started cleaning. The owner and I think one of the co-owners was cleaning with him. I asked them to text me when they were 30 minutes from being done. I received the text and returned to discover that they did an amazing job! The house was visibly shinier and smell fantastic. I walked around inspecting things and couldn't believe how clean they had gotten every surface. They even went the extra mile and clean the inside and outside of some very high two-story windows in the kitchen. I would definitely use them again. As reference, I've had housekeepers cleaning my own house for the last 26 years. I've had different housekeepers, depending on where I lived and feel I understand what level of clean should be achieved. Aloha housecleaning clearly went above and beyond the minimum. You won't regret hiring them. read more

This review is SOLELY based on my experience with the owner via Yelp and not on the actual cleaning service. I had requested a quote for office cleaning. Shea the owner was quick and kind in his response stating that unfortunately they do not service Sacramento. The map at the top right corner of the pages states that they serve the Rocklin and surrounding areas, so that was a little misleading. However, I would still choose to do business with this company based on my interaction with Shea alone ... Thank you for being quick with your response and having terrific customer service! read more

Aloha Cleaning Service - A little misleading as they don't service Sacramento. - Home Cleaning Near Me

I am so happy with the work Aloha did at our home! We scheduled a deep cleaning along with doing all the blinds and the oven at our home. As soon as I scheduled the cleaning Shea immediately got in touch with me and I felt very much at ease. There was constant communication and they made our home sparkling! We loved it so much that we are going to have them clean our home a few times a year. We live outside their normal service area however if we did we would definitely hire them for regular, monthly cleanings. Shea and Colton were so nice, can't wait to have them back for future appointments! Hire Aloha - you will be thrilled with the work! read more

I had a deep cleaning done. When I told Shea ( the owner) I has allergies he modified the cleaning products that were used. The kitchen cupboards were like new. The House sparkled.. So why 4 stars: the missed some of the base boards . Shea came back made it right. Other wise I would have given 5 stars read more

I was searching for a cleaning company to for an apartment move out clean. It was pretty short notice so I was lucky that Aloha Cleaning Service had an opening. Shea was incredibly helpful and clear throughout the whole process. I appreciate that he told me exactly what he was going to do prior to the cleaning and he removed any potential ambiguity about what was going to be cleaned. He was also just very friendly overall. I would absolutely hire them again for any cleaning I need and I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service! read more

We are so happy of the cleaning service Aloha provides. The house looks amazing and has that "fresh" scent all throughout the house thanks to their team. In addition to their amazing service, I am appreciative of how responsive to email they are. From the time of first inquiry, arranging a cleaning service, and then follow-up services, I could always count on Aloha to email back as soon as possible. This is a very reliable business. Thank you, Aloha! read more

Great response time and customer service. I will contact this business in the future.

If you want your house to be spic and span, look no further! Shea and Colton did a deep cleaning on my home in December. They did an impeccable job. Literally, not a dust bunny to be found! That's saying a lot, as I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and live on 3 acres, with a lot of dust. My house was shining when they were done! Aloha Cleaning is efficient, friendly, easy to work with and does a fantastic job cleaning. You won't be disappointed! read more

Shea and Colton are very kind and honest people. We were warmed to know they're from Hawaii. Not only did they complete an exceptional job at deep cleaning our house from post-construction, but they were wonderful to work with and mindful of my wants and concerns. They even tackled a mess I couldn't scrub out of my brand new flooring! They genuinely care about the work they do and are so meticulously detailed, I couldn't recommend them enough! read more

Can you say "Sparkle & Shine"? I've used Aloha on both my own personal home. My wife and I recently did a remodel on our home and it was a complete disaster. Shae did his Post Construction Clean up and made it look brand new and sparkly! I was so impressed that I've added him to my team. As a real estate broker, I need a great cleaning service for my client's homes before we put them on the market. They have to be spotless! I've burned through 3 different cleaning services in the past 2 years alone. So when I hired Aloha initially, I was very skeptical and scrutinized everything. But Shae has passed the test with flying colors. They are accommodating and flexible for my schedule, extremely personable and professional, and a pleasure to work with. I like my listing photos to shine, and Shae and Aloha are an integral part of making that happen. Like I said, "Sparkle & Shine"! read more

I realize that the deep cleaning service request would be a challenging job. Getting the initial quote together was difficult on my end because I was having to coordinate from out of town. I got a quote in February but it looked like an onsite walkthrough would be needed based on the scope in order to get a more accurate estimate of the cost and we were only able to schedule the appointment in person this month due to mutual scheduling conflicts. After the walkthrough, Shea said he would send a revised quote. I had to follow up nearly 2 weeks later since I hadn't heard from him only for him to say he would not be able to help with the service quote. I would have preferred a more timely and direct response from Shea, saying he was not interested in revising the quote for the job. It would have been the more courteous approach. I do want to acknowledge that initial communication was positive and the first quote was pulled together quickly. It was the later communication breakdown and lack of follow through that made an impact. This along with not clarifying that the initial quote would not change. This experience reinforces the importance of getting 3 bids for services not only for cost comparison but because at least one vendor will most likely flake. Good lesson learned. read more

I want to thank Shea at Aloha Cleaning Service for the beautiful job in cleaning my house. Shea was very accommodating to me to work me in to his schedule since we had a wedding at our house coming up. Shea has warm and delightful spirit and I was very comfortable meeting him and having him in my home. He was very thorough and efficient in his deep cleaning and very careful with some of the fragile items I have. I don't think I've seen my house that clean since we moved in when it was brand new! I read previous reviews when selecting him and they did not disappoint. Thank you so much Shea! read more

Josh and Shea are all-around fantastic. As people, business owners and cleaners. I adore them, let me count the ways: As people: Kind, honest, truthful, humorous, supremely nice and of course total sweethearts. As business owners: They have a vision they are working toward to expand services and grow the business, they answer the phone, offered extremely reasonable rates (we ought to talk about raising your rates!), confirmed that they would be there. As cleaners: They arrived early, stayed late, and did a phenomenal job! The floors gleamed, the appliances sparkled and Shea even changed a lightbulb for me, ;-) while he concentrated in the kitchen /laundry room and Josh concentrated on the restroom/bedroom. They both worked extremely hard all afternoon and were enthusiastic and pleasant to be around. I myself was packing my car with a last load of stuff from the living room. That I still had belongings in the home did not bother them and they even helped me drag a few items to the trash. As a team they are dynamos and I hope everyone hires them! I only wish I hadn't found them so late in my 16yrs in Sac. Best of luck to you guys, you are the greatest!!!! xoxo Monika read more
