We scheduled for a deep clean and we got a deep clean. The team was there for over 10 hours. They had their work cut out for them and they did not disappoint. A few things were missed (fans and some other little things) but after what they accomplished in our son's room- so minute!!! We now have them coming every 2 weeks and are so happy with their service!!! Worth every penny! read more

Customer service was great, the cleaning staff were professional and courteous. My only complaint is that I was expecting more attention to detail considering a ~$885 charge for a 1300 sq ft house. (I.e. Sticky spots left on kitchen and bathroom cabinets, corners of the floors were left dusty/dirty, etc.) The business kindly offered to come back and do a touch up, but I declined. read more

Our elderly neighbor who has no family or children has been struggling with her health. Currently in a rehab care facility. She hasn't cleaned her home in over 3 years. Linnseys reached out to me and donated their time to come and give her apt a deep clean before she gets home. We are so grateful for this cleaning team. The ladies were so kind, compassionate and sweet. We are forever grateful they took the time to do this for someone in the community in need. Thank you! read more

The rates for this place are wild. I had 800sq ft I needed cleaned and I live here alone. I was quoted $320. It wouldn't have taken more than 2.5 hours so that is over 100/hr. I'm sure that they are great at what they do, but that's just egregious. read more

Madeleine was the best! She takes pride in her work and is very thorough. Never have I felt more comfortable with someone in my home cleaning like I did with Madeline. Also very happy with the response time with communication and appointment flexibility. I highly recommend Linnsey's! read more

Contacting Linnsey was easy and follow-up was super fast! I had a difficult job for them. Cleaning my 96 year old grandfather's home that hadn't been cleaned in 3 years (or more). Linnsey met me (social distancing and mask on), and gave me a great price. The day of cleaning, two fantastic women showed up, Martina and Abigail!! Wow, these two were so professional and fun to work with. It took poor Martina 8 hours in the kitchen, but the results were phenomenal!! I sincerely thank you both for making my sweet grandfather's home look and smell fantastic. I will be calling if we need service again. I sent these pictures to the rest of my family and they were all stunned. Beautiful job!!! read more

I had Linnsey's Cleaning come out a week before my Christmas party and they detailed my home from top to bottom. I never thought my house could get so clean. Looked like a model home. Girls were so nice and attentive to every detail. The team cleaned areas i would not even think of. They used their time week and efficiently. Was so worth the money and recommended them to my friends. I was so pleased and it really elevated my party. Linnsey always called me back and really put me at ease. I'll forever use Linnsey's Cleaning and highly recommend. read more

I used Betty and she did a FANTASTIC job. She goes up and beyond. Sweet lady, and she loves animals, which is a bonus!

We had our home deep cleaned today and it was incredible. By far the most detailed cleaning company I've ever used. The customer service all the way to the cleanings was very impressive. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I highly recommend Linnsey's cleaning services. read more

Nicole is very efficient, thorough and friendly. She asks if there is anything else she can do in addition to the work requested. Also, she does not waste time talking or using her phone. She tackles the job with a sense of urgency. I am very pleased with her work ethic. Thank you for sending Nicole. read more

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The house cleaners themselves do an amazing job every time, I have never had complaints about the quality of their work however, dealing with the business itself was a nightmare. The hassle of scheduling and dealing with their customer service is not worth the price of the cleaning service, I did not feel valued, heard, or respected. After speaking to one of the cleaners it would appear they are mot only under paid but overworked. One cleaner in particular expressed frustration over the fact that due to the incompetence of the businesses payroll team she has not been paid in 4 weeks due to "complications". All in all inexcusable business ethics and I truly feel sorry for their workers. 0 stars. read more

Linnsey's was great. We were in a jam because the lady we hired to clean before closing day pulled a no-show. Even though they were booked for the week, they squeezed me in. The gal they sent (I wish I remembered her name) was awesome! She was fast and thorough. Don't hesitate to use this cleaning service. read more

This is my second time using Linnsey's cleaning service! Both times have been for a "move out" cleaning. Linnsey came and did a walk through to give a cost for the extra deep move out cleaning. Everything was arranged and the day before I received an automated text reminder that the "girls" were showing up the next day. The team of ladies arrived punctually and proceeded to do an amazing deep cleaning! Seriously every surface was cleaned to perfection! I would and do highly recommend Linnseys! read more

Linnsey's service has made my life easier and more comfortable knowing that they do a good job and that I don't wake up facing "dreaded housework."! The helpers do a great job and are always willing to go the extra mile. read more

I was hired to do carpet cleaning for a home in Rocklin. Sometimes home owners will hire multiple companies (floor cleaning / house cleaning) and can turn a job into a nightmare. Linnsey and her crew were super respectful and communicated perfectly to make sure everything worked in a way for everyone. I was very impressed and I definitely recommend anyone looking for housekeeping or cleaning services in Placer County to check out Linnsey's Cleaning Services. Thank you Linnsey for all your help! My elderly parents were willing to allow us kids to spoil them and hire a cleaning service. We searched for services in Auburn and came upon Linnsey's and called. Michelle answered right away and took some preliminary info and said we would receive a call back soon. Within hours we got the call, shared details of what was needed and even got an appointment for the coming week Thursday am. WOW! Molly and Amber showed up and literally worked around my parents detailing every surface of their 400 sf home. My parents were so pleased with their professionalism and kind demeanor not to mention the fabulousjob they did!!! If clean is what you need, go no farther than Linnsey's. You will love the results!!! read more

Overall, we are happy and would recommend Linnsey's Cleaning Service. We had Linnsey's come out to do a deep clean of our home. Two people were sent, one in the morning and one joined later to help with the rooms upstairs. We were very happy with the cleaning of our downstairs, but there were some significant things missed upstairs that are included on their deep cleaning checklist. We noticed some of them right away and the ladies were happy to address them. However, there were more and more spots we noticed after they had already left for the day. It seemed that the person who cleaned upstairs was having an off day/distracted/rushed. It was not a deep clean (completely missed under our bed, didn't clean window tracks, left major areas of our office dusty, etc.). I'm sure they would have addressed these items if we had noticed the day-of, but I feel for a deep clean at this price, the customer should not be expected to audit that closely to ensure checklist items were done. I expected a better attention to detail for a deep clean. The great thing about Linnsey's is their customer service. They were very receptive to our feedback and insisted on coming back to re-do the areas that were missed. We very much appreciated this and would recommend them for this reason. They will make sure you are satisfied with the job. We debated on whether to give this service 4 or 5 stars, but opted for 5 because of the great customer service. However, it is an inconvenience to have to call out so many misses and schedule another time for them to come back out to address those misses. I think Linnsey's can improve their process by simply incorporating an after-clean walkthrough of their checklist instead of relying on the customer to call things out. Just have the cleaners go over their checklist before leaving. They could do this with or without the customer, but either way, it would prevent such misses. People forget things, that's human. That's why checklists are so useful. You just need to actually use them. read more

Heather is a awesome cleaner I'm requesting her next time ! Thanks, my house looks great !

Linnsey's cleaning service is a great company, the employees take the time to get to know our home for rotation cleaning service which is needed, and is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will work with modifications, they don't rush clean and they have great protocols to keep things at a high standard. Nothing but gratitude for this service!! read more

They did really great work on our house. I would highly suggest them to anybody looking for great cleaning services.

We had a great person, Victoria. But the rates have gone up 3 times within a year from 135.00 180.00. Just too much for us.

I have been using Lindsey's cleaning for about two years now, and I would highly recommend. The cleaners pay attention to detail, and the house looks and smells wonderful after. Nicole did an excellent job and worked hard on every area of the house. read more

When I came home from work I was so pleased to see my brand new home! She did an extraordinary job and her attention to detail blew me away! She dusted in places I had never even thought of and she went above and beyond in so many ways. She folded my towels and even folded the toilet paper like you see in hotels. I have already recommended her to my family members and will definitely use her services again. She even drove all the way to Sacramento to clean my house! read more

Linnsey's Cleaning Services - Just look at this oven!!! It looks brand new! So thrilled - Office Cleaning Near Me - Granite Bay, California

Not what promised. Zero call back. Owner/ manager? Difficult and inflexible and rude. Girls were awesome but missed a-lot. Disappointed.

I recently started using Linnsey's for my regular house cleaning. I have a large house and there is a lot to clean. It was very easy to sign up and get started. Emily is the crew member for our house and I couldn't be happier. She is a sunny, pleasant person and does a thorough, professional job in a surprisingly short time. I very much recommend Linnsey's. read more

Excellent service! They did a fantastic job! Really paid attention to detail! Would highly recommend Linnsey and her crew!

Highly highly recommend this cleaning service, Absolutely worth every penny! Vivian did an absolutely fantastic job (not to mention she's an absolute sweetheart) and I will definitely be calling them again. I asked for a deep cleaning and I actually got a VERY deep cleaning! She worked her tail off and I couldn't of done a better job myself. I've tried the cleaners you hire by word-of-mouth reference that aren't necessarily an actual, "business" just to try to save a buck and I promise you it's not worth it. Go with this cleaning service & if they do as good a job as they did on my house you will not be disappointed. Oh & what a nice touch, to my surprise, when the owner called me minutes afterwards to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction! Now that is good customer service! read more

I had Linnsey's crew clean approximately 3 times and then gave up. I was told that they would take care of "everything" and that their people were "professionally" trained. Meh. I warned Linnsey that I was picky. After the first cleaning I walked in the door and it didn't smell clean. I did the first thing I always do - wiped the kitchen floor with a wet paper towel which came back filthy. I called - no offer to come back, just a "We will be sure to do better next time. ". The next cleaning was a little better - not perfect but better. Third time - the housekeeper came in (1 person) and cleaned for 2 hours exactly. Gave me a checklist with everything she had done - no way. I went into the bedroom and she had made the bed wrong. She asked if there was anything she did incorrectly and I told her "Yes you didn't make the bed correctly." She said ok and walked out the door. When I called to cancel I was offered an alternate technician. No offer to come back and make things right. I don't care how well you train your technicians - 2 hours is insufficient to clean a house with 1 person. Way too expensive for what you get. read more
