I had Michelle's cleaners come out twice for deep cleans. Overall, the cleaners were very nice and did a pretty good job. Unfortunately, I believe they left large scratches in my oven and on my microwave (see pictures). All of my appliances were about 1.5 years old and had zero damage before they came. I did point out the scratches on the microwave to Michelle, but she stated they could not have caused by them because they use soft cloths to clean. However those scratches were NOT there prior to the cleaning. Same with the oven - I honestly never have cleaned inside my oven before today. The only people to have cleaned it previously were Michelle's team. There are extremely deep scratches in the bottom of my oven that could only have been caused by scrubbing with something very rough. It's really damaged and the only people that could have damaged it are the cleaners. It's very very disappointing. read more

Not recommended at all! First of all let me start with Michelle the manager on the phone who promised to send people for deep cleaning is totally rip off and rude as you can imagine, she sits on the other side of phone at home and doesn't do anything except charging you as you please for the work which have zero value. She never showed up at my house! Just sent two girls who is constantly on their headphones and if you ask something they won't even hear it! In the middle of Cleaning I asked girls to wipe out the couch, she started to text me that I'm asking too much and it will be extra hours, fine with me but it takes 2 min. Then the juicer came along which takes 5 min to clean for them it's too much. Stay away from rip off & unprofessional company my recommendation. read more

We just bought a new construction, had some significant water damage and that was a huge mess. I had a really hard time trying to keep the toilets from turning red and leaving a ring every 3-4 days. Wonderful company! After some shortfalls with my previous cleaner and some changes of hands, it was also time for me to change cleaners and Michelle responded with a sense of urgency to my request for services and gave an estimate immediately. This estimate blew all other estimates and my previous cleaners fee out of the water, to which I thought "ok, at the very least I know I'll get an affordable clean". Boy was I wrong... I did get an affordable clean but I had no idea the level of attention to detail and care that would come from such an affordable cleaning service. My house looks better than it ever did with my previous cleaners who charged a much higher rate. Cristina was the cleaner who came out and she walked the house with me even after Michelle already did, just to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for.
