The women who cleaned did such a good job and were so nice that I kept their number and just hired them again since we are now putting that home up for sale. Again, this company did an amazing job! The home was spotless and smelled wonderful when they were done! Before they arrived, the stainless kitchen sink was stained and looked awful. After they cleaned, I couldn't believe how that sink looked! It gleamed and looked brand new! I was SO impressed! I Clean Eco does great work at a reasonable price! I told them specifically not to throw anything away. They did it anyhow. They threw away two of their wash cloths, , my lip moisturizer, and many other things. They used a non-recyclable plastic bag. I have monthly cleaning service from I Clean Eco and they truly do a wonderful job. Not only are they extremely thorough, they're also very trustworthy. I used to be so stressed trying to keep our house clean- it's a 5bd/3ba and I was spending all my time on weekends and evenings trying to clean. I decided to book I Clean Eco for a one-time deep cleaning. They came in left the house cleaner than when we first moved in. They offered the monthly cleaning and I decided to go for it and it has been life changing for me. They're flexible with scheduling, but we usually go for Saturday mornings and then have a family day away while they're working. I could definitely stay at home, but I prefer to keep out of their way and my husband is kind of sensitive to cleaning smells. They use our keypad code to come in, do their work, then leave and lock up when they're done. Whatever cleaning supplies they use seem pretty green since there's no discernable odor when we return home, which is a big deal to my husband. They even made the doll's beds- my daughter was thrilled! :) I'm super happy with the service and intend to continue using them for the foreseeable future. read more

I wish I never went with Lidia and her team. In the beginning, Lidia was very responsive and accommodating with plenty of scheduling options. However, this doesn't excuse the poor experience and work. I requested a construction cleaning / new home move-in cleaning for my new build home that I was moving into early August. I was out of town, so we left a key out for her team so they could start between 6-7 am. When my wife arrived around 9am or so, she called me saying she couldn't tell what areas were done because they were still dirty. My wife asked one of the cleaners, and when they directed her to the master bedroom, she found the window sills were still dirty; the kitchen counters were dirty; the baseboards were dirty; and the bathtub was dirty! This was the case for the other rooms as well. And the LVP floors were never steam cleaned (which we were told was included). They were mopped with the same swiffer pad for the whole house. I called Lidia and shared my wife's comments with her. She was responsive and apologetic and said she would call her team. My wife then tells me that the cleaners were visibly upset after getting a phone call from their boss. Their entire demeanor and attitude changed. It made my wife extremely uncomfortable. And for some reason, one of the cleaners went outside (with his booties on, for whatever reason) to clean the exterior windows. We never asked for this service. It was so very random and odd, because the house is in a construction zone and there isn't a need for the windows to be cleaned with all the dust. We were crystal clear we just wanted an interior cleaning, which is what her service offered was. Because of this mistake, and all the trouble, Lidia offered to take a measly $20 off the total. She also offered to come back with better cleaners because, as she said, "some cleaners aren't that great and others do a better job." Well...then why on earth are you sending these type of cleaners to our home in the first place? This was frustrating. Lidia needs to have better control of her cleaners It felt like very disingenuous work, where the cleaners were trying to take advantage of it being a "new home" and figured it didn't need a deep cleaning, or much effort from their end. I felt pressured to pay the full amount and after much back and forth Lidia took $60 off total off. She had her baby crying in the background and I just felt soft in the moment and agreed to pay. Looking back though, I feel fully taken advantage of and shouldn't have paid anywhere near the full price. Over the next week of moving in my wife and I found plenty of areas where the house was dirty still. Would not recommend at all. I wish I would have paid a little more and went with a more reputable service, even if the cost was more. Live and learn read more

I did not receive what I requested. 2 ladies showed up - the owner had rescheduled the time twice so they did not come at the original promised time. I needed move out cleaning. On the positive side, they cleaned the stove and oven, window tracks, windows cleaned on the inside, ceiling fans and shower. What I also requested was floors to be vacuumed and mopped, refrigerator cleaned, and the blinds cleaned. The floor was vacuumed and I was promised the floors would be mopped but the ladies only used a slightly damp swiffer so the floors were still dirty and you could see the spots that had been there before they came. They did not clean the blinds and I was told if I wanted the refrigerator cleaned it would cost more money. The owner called me several times to ask what I wanted done even though we had a conversation just 2 days prior and I clearly stated what I wanted. At $80 and hour I expected more. I paid $320 and felt I probably should have paid a total of maybe $100, if that. I cannot recommend this company. So, the service requested was not completed, the quality of the work of what they did do was fine and the value was way out of line. Next time I will keep searching for better references. read more

I'd recommend I Clean Eco. They were reasonably priced. Two cleaners showed up promptly at 10 and finished at 1, the punctuality was a bonus. I decided to take a star off because at one point one of the ladies was sitting on the edge of the tub and on her phone. Who knows how long she was doing this, a minute? More? It's a tiny bit concerning when you're paying by the hour. They did a great job on the glass showers. There were a couple of missed spots on the counters but really no big deal but that with the sitting on the tub is why I didn't give the full 5 stars. Overall I'd recommend them! read more
