She actually said my house was pretty clean but just needed a deep cleaning according to "standards" rental management can charge for every little thing. Absolutely amazing service. Spoke with Sonia and had her come in to do a walk through. Her price was so reasonable I thought I may have misheard her. She had two cleaners out within a week and they both did fantastic job and were some in less time than quoted. They actually were able to clean my teenage daughter's bathroom, which was completely embarrassing to show someone. She likes to dye her hair and combine that with soap scum that she never cleaned up... well you get the idea. Typically I would supply a before and after photo, but as I stated, it was pretty gnarly and very embarrassing. Needless to say, everything (including the beast's bathroom) looks amazing. The person in charge sent out a crew of 2 ladies to clean my home. They left parts not vacuumed, they didn't wipe ally of surfaces, overall it wasn't cleaned well and I was unhappy. The owner of hen sent out another 2 ladies a few days later to fix the original cleaning, but even those ladies did not clean properly. They didn't even take the hose out of the vacuum to be able to get to the crevices in the house. The floors were still not wiped well. It seems like they just wanted to rush and half do everything just to get paid and leave. read more

So I found this company on yelp, good reviews and high star rating so I chose them. Sonia came out to give me an estimate. I explained to her this was for me moving in a rental that had no cleaning done and the people who lived here before were nasty so I needed a "deep" cleaning done, I also stressed the fact that I have a little dog who is my baby who puts any and everything in her mouth and to make sure there is not anything left on the floor, especially in the kitchen. Needless to say, after I moved in I noticed spots on things that easily I was able to wash off with soap and sponge. I found glass on the floor by the dishwasher and a dirty q-tip that I specifically pointed out to Sonia when she came for the estimate. I found dirty areas on the doors to the bedroom and bathroom that Sonia boasted about that her people cleaned because it was so dirty, she made comments like "how does a door get that dirty" yet I had to go behind her work and clean with antibacterial wipes. I did reach out to her about the glass and q-tip in the kitchen and she offered to reimburse $40 dollars but honestly the $460 she charged me was ridiculously high and I should have got way more reimbursed, I will not refer this company nor use her again. Very disappointed in the "deep" cleaning they did! UPDATE: Just saw Sonia's response.....first off....she never offered to come back and do anything, second I'll admit the tracks in the sliding doors were cleaned well, however it doesn't take away from the less than stellar job they did on the rest of the house, I had to clean drippings from the stove drawer underneath because they "missed" a few things which were Sonia's exact words, as well as AGAIN, cleaning stains on doors that I was told was done. Yes I had thought the job was done well until I had the chance to look closer once I moved in which was just a few weeks ago, way after the job was done. It wasn't 13 to 14 hours and if it was......what the hell were they doing??? Again I had to come behind a "cleaning" company I paid and do cleaning they should have done! I can post my review whenever I feel like it, who says it has to be when you say so? S House Cleaning has been cleaning my house for about 6 months. After the 3 months I met with the owner to discuss her service, rates, hours spent cleaning. She told me that they allocate 3 to 4 hours to clean my house, they had been staying for 1 1/2 to 2 hours per visit, this is a rate of $80 -$106./hour. I explained that i felt her rate was to high and that her cleaning service was not good. She changed her cleaner saying that the quality would improve. It did not. The appointed start time was 9am- both housekeepers would arrive 2 to 6 hours late. Quality of their work is not good, I would have to ask over and over to have the same tasks done.
