Sonia, because you had access to a key to my home and to protect myself , my name will not appear as a customer of yours. I refuse to have anyone come to my home and clean because of the ridiculousness of my experience with your company. Your Cleaning service should be called 'wipe a little for 10 minutes and run'. read more

We have used Sonia's team for 4 years and have had a great experience! The day they come is my favorite day of the month. =) We've met a lot of her team and everyone does great work, is friendly, professional, and good with my kids and pets. Over all the years, only once or twice we've noticed something accidentally missed and Sonia always immediately goes above and beyond to make it right. We love this cleaning company and can't recommend them enough! read more

Highly recommend. 10 stars. Look no further. I've used Sonia and S House Cleaning at least a dozen times now to turn over rental properties between tenants--deep cleans on large homes--and every single time, she delivers. She treats each house like it's her own. I never have to double check her work because I know it's going to be spotless. She's punctual, communicative, and professional. Her pricing is fair, she shows up on time, and she gets the job done--no drama, no shortcuts, no missed corners. Just clean, consistent, high-quality work every time. Finding someone this reliable in the home services world is rare, especially for deep cleaning during high-stress tenant turnovers. Sonia is the one I call every time. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up when they say they will, and leaves your place looking immaculate, S House Cleaning is it. read more

Sonia and her team did an amazing job cleaning my 1500 sq ft home after my move out. They exceeded expectations on all fronts. I'd say the house was even cleaner than when we first moved in! Highly recommend. read more

We had Sonia's house cleaning for at least a year, and were really pleased with their service. This was our first time hiring a house cleaner and they exceeded our expectations. They were on time and polite, even when we didn't have all our toys picked up. They were easy to communicate with (call, text, or email). Most importantly, they cleaned so many parts of our home thoroughly. They saved us a lot of time, and allowed us to do fun things out as a family and come back to a clean home. They cleaned so many parts to list, but we really appreciated the bathrooms and kitchen. Further, they helped organize some of our kids clutter in their rooms. This was like extra credit that they didn't need to do but helped. Go with Sonia's House cleaning, you won't regret it. read more

The housekeepers we've had from Sonia's have been well trained, thorough, conscientious, timely and pleasant. If I notice something is not done quite to my standards, I politely ask them to touch up the area in question. They have always been gracious and immediately take care of it. We've used S. House Cleaning for 4 or 5 years and would recommend them to others. read more

We've been with Sonia for years. She always ensures we receive a reliable, quality service. We've had trust and piece of mind; keeping the house up has become a non-issue with Sonia. Her crew has been remarkably stable over the years, with hardly any changes to our cleaning staff. We have been highly satisfied with our service...recommend! read more

Sonia and her staff did a great job cleaning my rental. She actually said my house was pretty clean but just needed a deep cleaning according to "standards" rental management can charge for every little thing. For reference I had a 2 story 3bed 2 1/2 bath with loft and laundry room one living room with open floor plan to kitchen and almost 1800 sq ft. It was $460 but well worth it. I got my full deposit back! read more

Always on time and thorough in their cleaning. There are circumstances in our home that could have made cleaning difficult but everyone was kind, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend S House Cleaning to anyone in the Sacramento area read more

A++ across the board. I have used S House Cleaning twice now and have always been impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and price. Sonia was super responsive and constantly communicated expectations and timing for cleaning our house. It was a simple process to deal with and we were very happy with the results. Our house looks new again and with having 2 kids always keeping it dirty, it was great to have them come in and deep clean. I would recommend anyone looking for a great deep house cleaning to look into S House Cleaning for their services. read more

The cleaners are fantastic, I have a certain girl that comes to my home every 2 weeks and does an immaculate job..she is sweet and she is thorough. Always on time and always cleans impeccably..Sonia the owner always follows up to make sure I'm satisfied with the cleaning. read more

Absolutely amazing service. Spoke with Sonia and had her come in to do a walk through. Her price was so reasonable I thought I may have misheard her. She had two cleaners out within a week and they both did fantastic job and were some in less time than quoted. They actually were able to clean my teenage daughter's bathroom, which was completely embarrassing to show someone. She likes to dye her hair and combine that with soap scum that she never cleaned up... well you get the idea. Typically I would supply a before and after photo, but as I stated, it was pretty gnarly and very embarrassing. Needless to say, everything (including the beast's bathroom) looks amazing. Definitely considering a monthly service starting the New Year. Highly recommend! read more

Always timely and high quality cleaning. We've been with Sonia for years. It's worth it to have a trustworthy business you can count on.

This is an overdue review for SH CLEANING . I reached out to the office and got an answer immediately . Sonia was extremely easy to deal with and she was able to give me a quick estimate without much hassle on the day of the cleaning, all the ladies did a terrific job staying very late to make sure the house is clean. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the near future. read more

I have had S House Cleaning services clean my house for three years. In all that time I have been completely satisfied. Sonia focused on providing quality house cleaners and providing consistent cleaner assignments which I particularly valued. When on occasion she had to send a less seasoned cleaner, she would show up and check their work. If my assigned house cleaner was sick or even going to be a little late I was contacted and informed at the earliest. Sonia was always reachable and responsive. I would recommend S House Cleaning to anyone looking for a high quality and reliable house cleaning service. Thank you Sonia for being such a great service provider. read more

Everything is thorough and well done. Professional, timely, responsive. Very appreciative of help.

Very easy to assess my needs and schedule. Apartment cleaning went great and met all of my expectations. Best price after getting quotes from multiple other businesses. read more

Amazing cleaning service. Very pleased with the ladies who have come to our home. Polite, thorough, very detailed. Great customer service from the office staff. read more

The person in charge sent out a crew of 2 ladies to clean my home. They left parts not vacuumed, they didn't wipe ally of surfaces, overall it wasn't cleaned well and I was unhappy. The owner of hen sent out another 2 ladies a few days later to fix the original cleaning, but even those ladies did not clean properly. They didn't even take the hose out of the vacuum to be able to get to the crevices in the house. The floors were still not wiped well. It seems like they just wanted to rush and half do everything just to get paid and leave. read more

I was very impressed with S House. They came over to do an estimate and then came to do our house as I wanted to do a deep cleaning. They were so nice and came in and got straight to work and I loved the outcome, the house is so clean and now I'll be using them once a month. Very impressed and loved working with them read more

It was my first time using a cleaning service. I needed a deep cleaning done at my house prior to an event I was hosting. S House was able to clean on a date that worked best for us. I had such a great experience, I am referring them to a couple of people I know that are looking to have some cleaning services done at their house as well and I am definitely going to reach out to S House Cleaning when I have another event. I scheduled an estimate through Bre, who was very pleasant. Estimate walk through was by Sonia and she was also very pleasant. Finish product came out excellent! Thank you, S House Cleaning. read more

So I found this company on yelp, good reviews and high star rating so I chose them. Sonia came out to give me an estimate. I explained to her this was for me moving in a rental that had no cleaning done and the people who lived here before were nasty so I needed a "deep" cleaning done, I also stressed the fact that I have a little dog who is my baby who puts any and everything in her mouth and to make sure there is not anything left on the floor, especially in the kitchen. Needless to say, after I moved in I noticed spots on things that easily I was able to wash off with soap and sponge. I found glass on the floor by the dishwasher and a dirty q-tip that I specifically pointed out to Sonia when she came for the estimate. I found dirty areas on the doors to the bedroom and bathroom that Sonia boasted about that her people cleaned because it was so dirty, she made comments like "how does a door get that dirty" yet I had to go behind her work and clean with antibacterial wipes. I did reach out to her about the glass and q-tip in the kitchen and she offered to reimburse $40 dollars but honestly the $460 she charged me was ridiculously high and I should have got way more reimbursed, I will not refer this company nor use her again. Very disappointed in the "deep" cleaning they did! UPDATE: Just saw Sonia's response.....first off....she never offered to come back and do anything, second I'll admit the tracks in the sliding doors were cleaned well, however it doesn't take away from the less than stellar job they did on the rest of the house, I had to clean drippings from the stove drawer underneath because they "missed" a few things which were Sonia's exact words, as well as AGAIN, cleaning stains on doors that I was told was done. Yes I had thought the job was done well until I had the chance to look closer once I moved in which was just a few weeks ago, way after the job was done. It wasn't 13 to 14 hours and if it was......what the hell were they doing??? Again I had to come behind a "cleaning" company I paid and do cleaning they should have done! I can post my review whenever I feel like it, who says it has to be when you say so? I don't want anything from your "business", I just know I won't ever use you again or refer anyone to your "business". I'll cash your BS 40 bucks and call it a day!! I give HONEST reviews, don't get mad because I called you out on your lazy job read more

S House Cleaning has been cleaning my house for about 6 months. After the 3 months I met with the owner to discuss her service, rates, hours spent cleaning. She told me that they allocate 3 to 4 hours to clean my house, they had been staying for 1 1/2 to 2 hours per visit, this is a rate of $80 -$106./hour. I explained that i felt her rate was to high and that her cleaning service was not good. She changed her cleaner saying that the quality would improve. It did not. The appointed start time was 9am- both housekeepers would arrive 2 to 6 hours late. Quality of their work is not good, I would have to ask over and over to have the same tasks done. It has been a very disappointing experience. read more

Sonia is so awesome. All of her housekeepers are so professional, and our house is always clean. I would highly recommend this business.

Sonia & her team have been cleaning 3 of our rentals in the Sacramento area for the past 6 months. They provide excellent quality in their cleaning services, are always responsive and responsible, on time, and take feedback very well when you provide it to them. They charge a fair market price and I can trust the team with an excellent quality clean even when I'm not on site. I would recommend S House Cleaning as the go to cleaning service for anyone with a home in the Sacramento area! read more

Sonia's House Cleaning provides outstanding service! My husband and I decided this was the year to enlist the help of a house cleaning service. We were so glad we were connected with Sonia who came to our house to assess our cleaning needs to determine the most appropriate pricing and the cleaning schedule that worked best for us. I especially enjoy that we have an assigned cleaner for our home who has been an absolute delight seeing each time our house is cleaned.
