Owner is very prompt on responses and cleaners are very professional and did an amazing job. They took a very clapped out 3 bedroom apartment in davis owned by 4 boys and made it look brand new again before move out. Highly recommended. read more

Maria's Cleaning did an excellent job in cleaning two apartments for me. I was moving out of an apartment and into a new one and they were able to do a move in & move out cleaning. If I had any questions, they were easy to communicate with via text. They were responsive and were able to provide me with an invoice which I needed for my property manager. The cleaners took their time and did not rush. One of the cleaners, Olha, did an amazing job and even asked me to check everything and to let her know if there is anything else I would like her to clean again. Great customer service and I will definitely hire Maria's Cleaning again. read more

Despite a little scheduling mishap I will say that my rental property was cleaned very well! Definitely worth the money! I would plan to be out all day if possible, so they can just work the full day. read more

It was my Mom's birthday recently and as usual, she told us not to buy her anything. So instead of a material gift, my sister and I thought having her house professionally cleaned would be thoughtful and appreciated. After inquiring with numerous cleaning businesses on Yelp, I noticed how responsive and professional Henry, from Maria's Cleaning, was and quickly received a quote from them of $280 for a whole house deep cleaning. For reference, the house is roughly 1,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fast forward to the day of the house cleaning, Gala, our cleaner, was scheduled to arrive at 1:30PM. However, 1:30 came and went but no one showed up. We waited 5-10 minutes before I reached out and asked if anything was wrong. In fairness, Henry responded quickly and said there was an "unforeseen delay" and that she would be over in 5-10 minutes. Well, 10 minutes passed and still no one. Gala didn't arrive until shortly after 2:30PM, almost an hour after the scheduled time. Gala arrived and we helped her with her many cleaning supplies/equipment into the house, and she got right to work. She started with the bedrooms, and worked her way towards the front of the house. One slight problem was that Gala doesn't speak the best English and when my Mom asked her to focus on certain parts of the house, we weren't quite sure she understood us. However, she forged through and methodically went through the house. Gala probably didn't finish until close to 10PM, however, after she left we noticed a lot of missed areas, dusty corners/ceilings/walls, and some areas completely untouched. Honestly, we were surprised only one cleaner was sent as it felt more like a 2+ person job and as Maria's Cleaning wasn't the cheapest quote I received, I did have higher expectations for their services with a fee close to $300. Sadly, we were disappointed with the tardiness and overall with their cleaning services. read more

Would definitely recommend Maria's Cleaning. They were very responsive and were able to get book an appointment in a timely manner. Service was great as well! read more

They did a great job. It was a nice reset for my place. They also sent multiple people, making the job fast.

Maria's provided fantastic service. Both girls who came were respectful, kind, and efficient. I asked for a deep clean and they did a wonderful job. I had to work from home during the clean and they were really conscious of that which was sweet. I'll definitely use them again. read more

I've used Maria's Cleaning over the past few years. Most recently Vera did a full deep clean of my apartment in midtown prior to me moving out. I had been in my apartment for 10+ years so it was quite a job. Vera did such a great job, was very detailed and made sure I was happy with the final result. Scheduling is easy and pricing is affordable. I will use their services again in the future! read more

Maria’s Cleaning - Home Cleaning Near Me

Initial response time was quick, and good communication throughout the booking process. I was able to reschedule my initial cleaning a couple of days before the schedule with no problem. Lesia arrived promptly at the scheduled time for the deep cleaning of my home. I work and go to school full time, so keeping my home clean has been on the back burner for over 2 years! Although Lesia's primary language is not English, she has a translation app she used to communicate with me. I am very satisfied with her work! She worked efficiently and diligently. My home is brand new! I will try to keep up a regular cleaning schedule myself now that I have a clean slate. However, if I struggle, I will not hesitate to use Maria's Cleaning services again, and I highly recommend requesting Lesia! read more

I reached out to them and requested same day cleaning. I was worried at first cause there was only 2 people. But Azuecna & Manuel were amazing. They were very thorough with the cleaning and was very professional. I am going to be a repeat customer for sure. Being a busy mother with the baby it's so hard to keep up with chores. Truly life savers and very affordable. Thank you for making it happen that day. I was worried i wouldn't get help on the same day. I don't suggest anybody to book same day. It just happened that they were able to squeeze me in on their schedule that day. I appreciate it. Truly grateful to you guys. See you again soon. I know i just requested last week but i might reach out again in 2 weeks. I have people coming over and finding you guys will surely help lessen the things i need to do. The cleaning was SUPERB! They both were efficient and very thorough. Everything was spotless. read more

And they are responsive when I need to follow up about anything. Would definitely recommend. read more

Once again Maria's came through in the clutch. Requested a move in service for my client and they obliged last minute. Did a really great job cleaning and my client was very happy. I am always very pleased with their work!!! Will definitely use again. read more

I would not recommend this company. I had my house "deep cleaned" yesterday (Friday). I spent half of my day cleaning what they did not. After the 2 women left I discovered... Dusty blinds A Dirty bathroom mirror Dirty baseboards throughout the house & Kitchen cabinets were not cleaned (as promised) Dirty dishes from the sink that they placed in my dishwasher and left them there without running the dishwasher. That is totally unacceptable! We did not receive the cleaning services promised & will never do business with this company again. This service was NOT worth $450 & I am highly disappointed. read more

Cleaners came and left after 30 minutes after I took my dog for a walk. They stated there was empty beer cans all over the place and that the people inside the house where drinking. We are all sober people inside the house so that was quite a shock. read more

Very disappointed. Should have checked the legitimate reviews before hiring. Was supposed to be a deep cleaning. So many areas neglected. Broke several of our window shutters. When confronted they denied it and claimed that "it was already that way" when she got there. Be careful about using them. Work is subpar and they will deny claim over anything damaged. read more
