They were responsive, polite, and even offered to clean an additional bathroom at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I paid for a deep cleaning, but what I received felt more like a quick surface job. Treena was initially very communicative and nice. I received a quote to get my home cleaned which was a new build, empty home. When she arrived she was very friendly and ensured me that every inch would be cleaned. She said I didn't have to wait around while she was cleaning and I left. I told her to message when she was almost done. I don't get there in time of her leaving, but after inspecting the home, not much was cleaned. I reached out and she offered to come back to clean, initially I said okay, but after we kept looking and seeing things not done. She stated that her staff didn't do those parts. Well your staff represent you and your company. That is something she should have ensured prior to leaving. It was a waste of $400 plus I tipped $50. I went through every part of the home to re clean. And honestly it was not cleaned. It's a new build, but dust was still everywhere. I messaged her this morning and she isn't as fast as responding anymore being that I asked for a partial refund, explained everything that was done, and the trust isn't there no more. Still no response. Everyone has their experience, but mine wasn't great and I would like a partial refund. She offered me a $80 refund, I asked for 50%, refund she agreed and refunded me. She offered to come back and clean, but trust is broken. After cleaning this weekend behind her, I just had to write this review because she did not even work the $250 she kept. I would even like the $250 she kept because every place I ended cleaning on my own, she claimed to have cleaned, she did not cleaned or it was not cleaned properly. Proceed with caution honestly, everyone has their experience, but mine was one of being taken advantage of. Just because it's a new build, does not mean the house is clean, it's very dirty. Would not recommend. Added: this is my experience and it was not a few areas missed. It's unfortunate that I had to clean the entire home myself. We just bought a place in Elk Grove, not knowing how disgustingly dirty it was until we did a final walkthrough. My husband is one to never hire cleaners to do the job as he was raised to clean himself but he agreed that we needed it professionally done. He put his trust in me to find the best cleaners. We first hired someone I found on Google with the highest reviews and ratings who ended up wasn't able to complete the job (it was too big of a job for them). I sent a request on Yelp for a quote and received a response from Onsite Premium Cleaners. I gave Treena a call and she happily volunteered to come by the same day to give us an estimate and boy, are we glad to have found her! My husband and I had a good vibe and knew she would take care of us. She assured us that we can trust her and that she will make the house like new before we move in. We live 3 hours away so it was impossible for us to drive back and forth for the cleaning. She informed us we didn't need to be there and she will come by multiple days to work on the house. How amazing is that? The house was disgusting, it was years of dirt/dust buildup everywhere and hard water calcium buildup in every bathroom. We really thought it was a loss cause with the showers and faucets but Treena worked her magic! She was able to remove most of the calcium! During cleaning, she would send photos of the progress. My husband could not believe that she made the faucets looked like new. There was a scratch in the sink that she somehow removed??? The hard stains were removed from the shower doors so we aren't afraid to use it! It was mind blowing. We were so excited to see the end results. Unfortunately, when my husband came to check out the place, he was left disappointed. He found some missed areas in the house where they were dust build up and the floors were still dirty.
