Alex from Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning was recommended to me probably 8 years ago by a dear friend. I haven't used any one else since her recommendation. I am selective about who I have in an out of my home . Alex has always been extremely respectful, he always calls prior to his arrival. He is very personable and he's most importantly one of the hardest workers I've met. He's very knowledgeable regarding carpet cleaning. I have a dog who is not perfect and a very thick carpet that is white. He constantly makes my carpet look almost brand new. I have him clean it twice a year and it is always a pleasure when he's here. He's never rushed and always thorough. I would give Alex and his cleaning abilities a 15 out of 10!! I can guarantee you won't use another carpet cleaner after Alex comes to your home. The only regret you'll have is that you didn't find him sooner!! Oh his prices are reasonable also! read more

The work was exceptional!! My carpets are 5 years old and they now look brand now. I had used Stanley Steamer a couple times before but I wasn't happy with the work, I'm glad I ventured out and found these guys!! read more

He was awesome to explain areas he would focus on and it made a big difference. Our carpet is bit on the older side, but it looks amazing after the clean. Pricing was clear and very reasonable. My husband scheduled a cleaning for 3 different rooms online and Alex showed up ready to take on the day. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked about the history of our carpet. After a long discussion about our pets, high traffic areas, using pet cleaning solutions on our carpet, Alex got to work. We came back after about 2 hours and were surprised to find our carpet completely clean. It was so clean that it looked like a different shade of beige. Our carpet is taking a little longer to dry than we expected, but it is clean!! read more

I'm super pleased with Alex's services! I moved to a new house, and unfortunately the carpet had lots of stains I couldn't clean myself, then I found Alex's company on Yelp to help me out. He moved the furniture over the carpet with care, he was super knowledgeable about the type of stains and carpet, plus he left a fan with us for a couple of days to help drying the carpet. The carpet smells good and it looks super clean now. He was able to do it all in about 4 hours. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning. read more

Alex was great. He lives up and embodies his business name as he was extremely thorough. He took a very methodical approach to tackling our pet odor issues, tailoring his work to our needs and what products and treatments we have previously attempted. He did a great job explaining exactly what he was going to do, then got it done quickly but efficiently. He was very transparent and forthcoming about the issues, his recommendations, and even stated that if we weren't satisfied he would come back and try again if needed. I highly recommend his business and will definitely be calling him again when it comes time to get our carpets cleaned again. read more

Oh my goodness I am blown away by how amazing the service was! Alex came by and did an awesome job. The first thing he did was look around the home and give me a quote. He did not try to upsell me at all - and he even educated me about carpet cleaning! He was very respectful to both me and my cats and I wanted to thank him for that. The quality of cleaning was crazy good for the price as well. I feel like my home is brand new! I will definitely be contacting him for future services. Thank you so much Alex! Our carpet was in bad shape but Hi-Tech was able to get it clean. They spent 2.5 hours working on our upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway and stairs. I don't recall the technician's name but he said he was the owner. Good value. Highly recommend. read more

Since I moved to West Sacramento last Year,, Alex has cleaned my carpet so that it stays amazingly golden and clean. He has removed spots from high traffic areas that I did not think could come up on my golden sand colored carpet. He has also given me great advice as I plan to replace my carpets soon on what to look for to make cleaning and maintenance seamless! I also appreciate how he makes sure our dog is safe from his paws being impacted by the cleaning materials. Alex is timely, responsive, And I highly recommend him. After checking Alex's glowing reviews on Yelp, we decided to contact him regarding cleaning our carpets. Alex is very personable and truly knows his art. He began with walking our whole house and discussing our options. We came to a VERY fair estimate and we gave him the thumbs up. Our house is almost 3300 square feet and 80% of it is carpeted. Alex advised him of the game plan for the job and told us it would be 3-4 hours to complete. This man is a machine. He works by himself because he has such high standards that he's not sure if any employee could meet those standards. He completed the job in 4 hours and let me tell you, his work is phenomenal. Once he was finished, he told me that if any spots reappear for us to call him and he will come back ASAP and make it right. We used to solely use Stanley Steemer, but I really like to support the local entrepreneurs, so good bye Stanley and hello Hi-Tech. Alex will be the only carpet cleaner at our house from here on. You won't be disappointed with his work, I guarantee it. read more

Alex has been cleaning our carpets for several years now and I'm disappointed that I have not sung his praises earlier than this, so here goes. We have a two story home that has high traffic with three children and two furry friends. The entire house is not always in need so Alex will do a walk through with me to determine my concern areas and from there he will also make his assessment, once deciding on the areas that need attention he goes to work. Once his work is completed he gives us all a pair of plastic slip-ons to keep our feet dry if we need to move from room to room and he is always prompt, communicative and an all around professional. His assistant Carla will confirm the time and date a few days before the appointment and then you can sit back and watch your carpets be transformed and he does stairs as well. If your asking, yes he has Venmo read more

Couldn't be happier with my experience today with Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning. Alex was recommended by a neighbor and now I know why! He's been in the biz for 16 years and really knows his stuff. He came out short-notice the day after I called him for an emergency cleaning, confirmed the appointment the day of, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and did a great job on the carpet. It hasn't looked this good in years. And his price was more than fair. Definitely recommend. read more

Superb job! Very professional and great job done!!! My dirty carpets look like new again!!! 100% Recommendation!!!

Alex and Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job. I like how Alex walked the areas for treatment beforehand and confirmed the quoted price was the same. Alex was friendly and took care of our floors, furniture and corners by protecting them while cleaning the carpets. read more

Truly Excellent. Alex is incredibly attentive, rapidly responsive, time and detail oriented. Super nice guy with a very techical background that shows in how he understands, analyzes and describes types and conditions of carpet. I've worked a with a few carpet cleaners through the years and obviously went searching when the next need came because I wasn't really satisfied. I satisfied now and I won't be searching any more. read more

Called Hi-Tech as a referral from a neighbor to clean the carpets in my brother's townhome prior to sale. Above average (great!) communication, quick service, personable owner that did the work. I felt comfortable to be able to leave Alex in the house alone while I ran to do other business. He got all the tough stains out and left it in nice saleable condition. I've always been a little disappointed with any carpet cleaning service that the edges didn't come clean. Wishful thinking...consistent vacuuming may avoid that issue. Thank you, Hi-Tech, very nice job. I will hire you again! read more

Hi-Tech has made me a very happy customer. We have a 150 pound drooling Irish Wolfhound. His drool leaves rust colored stains on our cream coloured carpets that are very difficult to remove, and at 62 years old it takes me all day just to clean a 5 ft. section of carpet. I decided to check on Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to give my old back a break. Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning had high marks and good reviews. When I called, they were pleasant and thorough in their questions regarding my carpet concerns. The quote was reasonable as well. Alex arrived at our home on time as scheduled. He looked at our carpets and asked more questions before starting the job. I was impressed as no other carpet cleaning co. had done this in the past. Alex was at our home for 1 1/2 hours and he worked hard the entire time. Our carpets looked great! However, the following day a couple of stains came back up. I called Hi-Tech and Alex came back that very same day. He went beyond cleaning the remaining stains and recleaned all of the high traffic areas at no additional costs. The carpets still look amazing one week later. I am very impressed with Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning and would highly recommend them. read more

Alex genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in the service he provides. During our pleasant conversation, I learned a lot about the mechanics and chemistry of carpet cleaning (and about our carpet :) ). Alex is courteous, genuine, and professional. When I asked if he could clean a rug that sits on laminate flooring, he advised against it to avoid damaging the floor. I appreciate honest people with strong work ethics. Highly recommended." read more

Alex did an amazing job. I'll definitely use him going forward. He also educated me on types of carpet and how they wear.

Alex was very kind and wonderful. We are turning over our house to new tenants, and the previous ones had three little dogs and a cat! Bless their hearts, but their pets certainly marked their territories in every room. I'm not mad about it. The house was well lived in for the last four years. Alex was able to get it all cleaned up! The house looks and smells amazing! I am always going to use Alex for our carpet cleaning services! Thank you again, Alex! read more

We were overdue for a carpet cleaning and I searched Yelp for a quality company with excellent reviews and reasonable prices. Hi-Tech was an easy choice. I was able to make an appointment over the phone within a reasonable amount of time to clean my downstairs. The owner operator Alex is a great guy. He's efficient, friendly, hard working, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, polite, and reasonable. We had some deep stains as well as a few dog urine stains. He politely said he's not a miracle worker and explained the science of cleaning carpets as well as stains. I really appreciated that gesture because most people don't care and just want to get in and get out. Overall, he did a great job and truly exceeded my wife and my expectations. I'll definitely hire him again and look forward to having him touch-up our downstairs when I have him do our stairs and upstairs. Thank you Alex for taking pride in what you do and being the epitome of a wonderful small business owner. I appreciate you and will definitely do business with you again. read more

Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

This was the second time I got my carpets cleaned in 6 months. The first time I went with another local company with good reviews. The guy treated and cleaned 5 rooms in less than an hour and charged me $700 (I had dog urine spots). It seemed to be ok but very soon the smells came back. I decided to try this company also because of the good reviews. The owner Alex was very friendly and actually charged me less than quoted online. He spent over 2 hours treating and cleaning 3 bedrooms for less than $200. I couldn't be happier with the quality of this company. For sure this will be my go to carpet cleaner and the only one I will recommend to friends. read more
