I called for an appointment two weeks from moving out of our rental (I lucked out and missed the spring cleaning rush), Marina was amazing on the phone, she was able to give me a really close estimate, set up for Frank to come out to give me a formal estimate and set our appointment. When Frank got here to clean he was able to get all of the pet stains/smells out. I'm convinced the floors look better than when we moved in here. I love that this is a small husband/wife company. Frank gave us a lot of good information to consider for flooring when we go to install it in our new home. Thank you Frank and Marina for making carpets one less thing I need to worry about! read more

Great customer service, prompt, and fairly priced. Highly recommend. Carpets looked so much cleaner afterward!

Frank was great. He was personable and professional. Came and gave a free estimate. The price was fair and reasonable. I made an appointment with his wife Marina, who was wonderful and handles the office, for Frank to return, luckily the next day. Frank did a great job, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. read more

We hired Frank to clean carpets in two large bedrooms with carpeted closets. Frank arrived on time with all appropriate equipment, was able to move the beds and clean under them, as well as removing multiple pet stains. Frank finished on time, and we were able to resume normal household activity soon after. The carpets look beautiful; we are very pleased with Frank's work and highly recommend him. read more

I contacted Frank and Marina to see what it would cost to patch a small area in my carpet and to tuck/stretch the areas where the tile and carpet meet. Marina was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. She was friendly and she helped me make the appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. Frank showed up as scheduled and he gave me a an estimate that I was more than happy with. Additionally, I had him give me a quote on what it would cost to clean the carpet in some of the rooms in my house. His prices were incredible. He came back a few weeks later and he did the work. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The areas he repaired look perfect. I cannot see the section he patched. It blends in perfectly. The rooms he cleaned look new again. I cannot say enough positive things about Frank and Marina. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them. read more

This guy's a pro. He brings along several special-purpose power tools that enable him to get the job done in a timely and effective manner (to my eye, anyway). He came recommended by a friend, and he's been in business forever (more or less). He offered my wife good counsel on the types of flooring that she could choose from. He put new flooring in our kitchen, and left the room cleaner than it was when he arrived: No scraps or other detritus for us (the clients) to take care of. He's got a power tool that moves your refrigerator (without tipping it) from here to there as though by levitation. Seeing that done is almost worth the price of the ticket. :) He charges per hour about what you'd expect to pay a skilled auto mechanic. Start to finish, the wife and I were completely satisfied. read more

I called to get some information, Marina was extremely helpful and quite pleasant! We discussed what I needed, she gave me a quote, scheduled Frank to come out a few days later. Frank arrived on time, again discussed our needs and got to work. About 1 1/2 hours later, my 25 year old carpet looked great! They were dry by late afternoon however we elected not to walk on them until the next morning. Furniture is back in place and we couldn't be more pleased! Thanks Marina and Frank! read more

Frank came today to clean my boyfriend's carpet. What a great job he did! There were some tough stains, all of which were removed. He also suggested types of carpet to get when replacing down the line. Such a pleasant guy (his wife was also very friendly via phone). Did I mention punctual...was hoping he'd be early, and was. Great response and great service. Couldn't be happier with both. Carpet was cleaned and repaired better than I thought possible.

Frank did an awesome job!! Very pleased with his work and great customer service from both him and his wife. Will call again when needed.

Frank did a great job cleaning our carpet in our home and an even better job on cleaning the interior of my daughter's truck. With several years of dogs in the truck and mud and dirt from horse stalls, the truck was badly stained. Frank spent extra time cleaning and as a result, I was able to sell quickly. Frank also pointed out some carpet issues in our home that I was unaware of. Marina was diligent and called to make sure I was satisfied with result. I will definitely call Frank and Marina with any future carpet concerns. read more

Frank and Marina are top notch! Marina is an absolute sweetheart and I enjoy calling to schedule our cleanings when we have them done. Frank is always a pleasure to talk to and in my opinion is a ninja at what he does. We have used a handful of different companies over the years and have never gotten results like franks. If I ever have the opportunity, I always refer them to friends and clients. Frank cleaned our carpets yesterday after my son got sick on them and I had to leave for an appt when he got here. He even made sure my doggies were loved on and let out before he left. If only more companies had the care and concern they do! Love them!! read more

Installed new tile and attempted to install tack strips and re-lay the carpet where it now meets the tile. It didn't go well. Frank and Marina are a class act company. Marina is the best customer service person I've dealt with in a long time. Frank is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, was on time, and went the extra mile to help me. My carpets are 30 years old and I thought they might even fall apart. But Frank resurrected them and I was pleasantly surprised how clean they were! The cleaning chemicals did not affect me as they have from other rug cleaning companies. The carpets were dry in no time which I really appreciate, You MUST call them next time you need your carpets cleaned or replaced. I guarantee they won't disappoint! read more

I live in Elk Grove and wanted to review Franks carpet care so I asked Marina if I could do a review on Yelp. She is an amazing woman, first of all when you make an appointment Marina greets you with kindness and was just very helpful. She explains the prices and what the customer should do before her husband Frank shows up. He arrived exactly as planned and got started right away. Frank explains everything before he starts cleaning your carpets and my carpet has a new color...the color is CLEAN - BRIGHT and BEAUTIFUL. I had him do my entire home and was thrilled with how it looks. Bright and so clean in spots that I thought there was no hope for. I worked in my yard while he cleaned the house and with all the windows open an fans going you could smell the most wonderful smell coming from my home. When I walked in and he was done it was just amazing how bright and beautiful it looked. I am thrilled with his work and how friendly and professional they both are. Frank's Carpet Care - Carpet looks like new! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

My family moved here to Elk Grove about 12 years ago. Not knowing anyone that cleaned carpets, we searched the internet for a carpet cleaner. The first company which shall remain nameless, did an OK job, but within a month, the stains were starting to reappear. As you can imagine, my wife was not very satisfied. The next time we were in need of carpet cleaning, we asked all of our friends who they recommended. Several of them recommended Frank's Carpet Care. My wife and I were very pleased with the results. Frank was very friendly to my family and our small pets. Frank was timely and finished the job on time and price that was quoted. We have referred several friends to them and all have been very satisfied. We highly recommend you use Frank's Carpet Care. You won't be disappointed. read more

I had my carpet cleaned today. Frank was on time, knowledgeable and very thorough. I was able to get service within a day which was extremely helpful as I am putting my house up for sale. Frank's wife booked my appointment and she was a hoot. She told me if Frank woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was a bit cranky just tell him to leave. She said just because you booked him you can tell him to get out. Of course, she was kidding, but I am a sucker for a good sense of humor and quality work. I received both... Thank you Frank. read more
