A friend recommended Mendoza's Cleaning to me, and I'm so glad they did. I have them come to my home every month for maintenance cleanings, and they always do a wonderfully thorough job. My house is left looking spotless and smelling fresh. The entire staff is consistently friendly, professional, and experienced. I truly appreciate their excellent service! read more

I hired Mendoza's on relatively short notice for a move-out clean. The communication was easy and direct and the apartment was spotless! Would recommend to others! read more

Alicia and her team do such an amazing job! Keeping a sorority house clean is never an easy task, but they do it every week.

The women working for this company are very polite, but I feel sorry for them because they lack the necessary tools to do their jobs; they don't even have decent uniforms to wear when visiting clients' homes. They are the face of the company, and the CEOs really ought to be more concerned about this. read more

Bummped the price evenhough I told her 700 sq ft of my house is already cleaned and did not need her services for those room.

They did an excellent job, team of three ladies were great, took less than 90 min for them to clean my small 1100 sq ft home and pricing is very fair as well, I highly recommend them. read more

Very disappointed , 1st time and last time customer. Requested a move in cleaning and receive a semi clean home. House didn't smell clean, floors in bsmt were showing dust. So many skipped places like pantry room, entrance/door of another room. Unfortunately this was our experience . Although I'd had experience with them before, and it was much better back then! read more

Absolutely AMAZING service. We hired Mendoza cleaning company to do our deep cleaning and they didn't miss a single detail. From the moment they all walked through the door, they got straight to business. We will be using them bi-weekly from now on. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. read more

Nice staff, very accommodating & willing to clean my difficult floors. I will absolutely be a return customer.

The ladies were absolute rock stars! We were still mid panic packing as one often does with moving and they handled it like pros. Excellent communication and greatly appreciated mendozas help and fitting us in. Highly recommend them. They are well worth the money. Even more so. Our place looked better than when we first moved in! Thank you thank you thank you!!! read more

I have been using Mendoza's since last Fall. They come bi-weekly to clean the house. Dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and put new sheets on the bed mostly. Other things as needed or on longer cycle. I work from home and have meetings most of the time they are here. They always check to see if I want the office cleaned before leaving if I am not in a meeting. Communication has been great. Occasionally rescheduling is needed and Mendoza's has always been flexible. The quality of the work is a good value. I always appreciate coming home to a clean and fresh smelling home. read more

Responding to Alicia's reply: As you can see from the attached text messages, she NEVER mentioned any additional charges for cleaning inside the cabinets. That's another lie she gets caught in. What's the purpose of advertising a "deep clean" when in reality you're performing a regular cleaning but charging a premium price? That's called false advertisement. Again, as you can see from the text messages, I never once got upset about pricing. I simply questioned the lack of communication regarding increased in pricing and even apologized for my misunderstanding of it. If I were upset, why would I have included a $100 tip on top of services paid? Now, prior to leaving for my 3 week honeymoon, I told Alicia NUMEROUS times that I would be reaching out after I got back to provide whatever documentation she would need for the insurance claim. She made it sound like it would be no problem, accepted responsibility for damages caused, and never gave any indication of a due date by which documentation was needed. Again, as dated screenshots show, labor is estimated to be $800-1000 and materials $1200-1300 for replacement of the stairway. Furthermore, even my flooring contractor and the flooring manufacturer point of contact believe that pictures of damages provided to them are due to YOUR company, Alicia. The fact that Alicia chose to ghost all forms of communication until called out on a public forum tells you all you need to know about her. Untrustworthy, unreliable, and dishonorable. read more

The staff was very professional, detail oriented and thorough. Great job done and I would highly recommend Mendoza Cleaning!

Great cleaning service! They did an excellent job for a quality price. I will definitely use in the future.

Today was our first experience with Mendoza's Cleaning and we are simply blown away by the incredible service and work done by the team. Since it was our first appointment, a deep clean was suggested and deep clean is an understatement. These amazing ladies cleaned every nook and cranny that we did not even expect them to be cleaning. Our apartment has never been so spotless. The team went beyond our expectations with the attention to detail. If we could give ten stars, we would! read more

I have never been a fan of cleaning. As a kid, I was forced to clean as a punishment. As an adult, I just don't want to do it...and I'm ok with that... :) It's not that I'm lazy or dirty, it's just that the time spent cleaning can be spent spending time with family & friends. As my wife and I teeter towards 40 years on this planet, we are thankful for the privilege to exchange money for time. Coming to this realization led us to utilizing the cleaning services provided by Mendoza's Cleaning. For almost a year, we have used their cleaning services. Having our time back from not having to clean our home is priceless! On a bi-weekly basis, Mendoza's Cleaning arrives at our home. Staff are generally on time, and the owner does a great job of communicating if staff are running late. Staff are polite and are extremely efficient (it generally takes them an hour to clean three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms). After a couple of cleanings, we noticed that the staff picked up on our patterns of organization. The really cool thing about Mendoza's Cleaning is the attention to detail that the staff exhibits. My son loves how the staff arranges his stuffed animals on his bed, my wife loves the way staff arranges her hair care products, and I love how staff rearranged the items on top of my nightstand + dresser (I can actually find things now)! If you want your time back, but still cherish the refreshing smell of a clean + organized home...I HIGHLY recommend Mendoza's Cleaning! read more

5/5 star experience from booking to cleaning (and now even 1 wk post). Alicia was the most responsive and scheduling process was easy. On the day of the cleaning, she sent 3 of her team members to deep clean our 1100-1200sq ft home, which was embarrassingly dirty from years of dust and pet hair build up on baseboards and very dirty bathroom. I wish we had taken before and after pictures becuase I am still in awe with how clean and detail oriented they were. I initially periodically checked our pet cameras since it was 3 strangers in our home but after seeing how meticulous they all were in the first 30-45min, I knew very quickly I could trust them and went to work out on our patio for the rest of the time. My partner came home during and saw they even moved our couch to clean behind it which we did not expect. It took a little over 2 hrs and the price was very reasonable for the service provided. I would have even paid more for the work they did, which I provided in tip. Before they left, they made sure to check with us if everything was ok which it exceeded our expectations and even still now. Hopefully we will be able to maintain this cleanliness but would definitely hire again in the future. Thank Mendozas cleaning! It has really made a difference in how our home feels waking up and coming home after long days. Everything is really so much brighter. read more

Very satisfied with the move-in cleaning service! The price was reasonable and the cleaners really took their time. I appreciated the email ahead of time that listed the areas that would be cleaned, and the employees allowed me time to check the house before they left. Quick, helpful and responsive! Value and services seemed very reasonable. Looking forward to using this service moving forward.

I requested info on a one-time deep clean and Alicia got back to me right away. We scheduled the same week and her team was here early with no issues. I am so happy with the results. I've never had my place deep cleaned and wasn't sure what level of cleaning to expect. They beyond exceeded my expectations. Everything looks amazing and was done absolutely wonderfully. I have a small apartment but it had fallen into pretty bad shape and this team cleaned it up so well. Really grateful, thanks so much read more

I was looking for a reliable cleaning group for my parents house since I live far away and I couldn't keep up with their cleaning. Mendoza's cleaning brought a crew of two to my parents house today. My brother called me and expressed how amazing the cleaning was. From what he shared, they did a phenomenal and thorough job! In addition to their long cleaning checklist, they cleaned two of their refrigerators, inside and out. They delivered great service from the moment I sent a quote out - responsive and scheduled a cleaning the next day. They followed up with me promptly after the cleaning was complete. Completely impressed! They will continue their cleaning for my parents on a reoccurring schedule. Thank you for your top notch customer service and cleaning work!! I no longer need to worry about my parents house being clean. read more

Fantastic experience and everything was spotless after and smelled great! They are efficient, polite and not intrusive. Dog was able to hang in the other room and was not stressed which is so helpful. Thank you! Have booked a few times a year and will continue to do so! read more

I was looking for a biweekly cleaning service for my apartment and at first I left a voicemail and they gave me a call back, I asked a few questions and wanted to see what is included in their package. After reviewing, I accepted and after they never responded. If they didn't want to move on with the service they simply could've said no or they are not taking any more clients, simple. Their communication is very poor and i'm a little disappointed as they seemed they had great service! read more

Mendoza's Cleaning - No response after I accepted their quote. - Home Cleaning Near Me

Update: the owner Alicia reached out & offered to redo the clean AND pay for the blinds. Instead i had her add the bedrooms to the clean as a covered service. This went very well & the new group of ladies were very thorough this time around, fixed everything that was missed & did an awesome job on the bedrooms. I appreciate Alicia's customer service & quick response. Will hire again for sure. I know they worked hard, so this review is hard to write. I am heavily pregnant & asked for a deep clean since it is hard for me at the moment. I stressed that baseboards & blinds were on the top of my list as far as priorities. I found the baseboards still dusty when i got home. Lidia replied that they cleaned them but "it is difficult", which is why i hired someone else to do them. I also dont think this is honest because loose dust is not difficult. If she had only dusted them, i mightve understood, but they dont look touched. My blinds.... Found one broken after they left & taped haphazardly. Lidia did not mention the break at all. When i opened my blinds the next day (i use them every day), i noticed & asked her. She said it was already broken. She said it was glued together & fell apart when she cleaned them. Even if this was true, she should've mentioned this. And i know this NOT to be true. None of my blinds are glued.... And i checked just to be sure & there is no evidence of glue. I decided not to be too picky yesterday, there were windowsills that were still dusty, she only cleaned 1/2 of my sliding glass door, & i was planning on hiring them back, but i cant put up with dishonesty. They were only hired for main living areas, not bedrooms, so that there would be plenty of time to be detailed. read more

Ordered a deep cleaning. Excellent communication with assistant when setting up appointment. Cleaners were prompt and systematic. They had a hard time with our deeply stained tub, but it smelled amazing so they did their best. They did okay on windows and cabinets, but left streaks and stains from dirty water on the walls. Baseboards half done. The Cleaners left before I could review work, but These were small things anyway. Did an excellent job on oven, blinds, fridge, and odd areas like washing machine and fan. Even organized random bits like a nickel they found on the ground lol. Whole house smelled clean for weeks. Pricey. Not my first choice anymore, but a solid company. read more

They did an amazing job cleaning my property in preparation for a rental. Absolutely using them again. Very nice and responsive.

I was so pleased with Mendoza's cleaning. They did a thorough job, were detail oriented, friendly and on time. I highly recommend them!

Mendoza's Cleaning did a phenomenal job!! We had to book last-minute as we are moving into a new property and were not aware that it hadn't been cleaned. They quickly confirmed our appointment and arrived on time. Their quality of work was fantastic. They cleaned all surfaces in the home, got spots out of walls and baseboards that we couldn't, and left the place smelling and looking amazing!! We will reach out to Mendoza's next time we need a full-service clean. read more

We highly recommend Mendoza's Cleaning. We reached out to three local companies to do a "move out" clean on a guesthouse on our property, and Mendoza's is the only response. They were HIGHLY affordable and very flexible with scheduling, as I had to change the proposed date of service several times. Alicia was gracious and accommodating throughout the process. Two cleaners arrived on time, immediately got to work and finished is just over 2 hours for a 1-bedroom apartment. The place looks SPECTACULAR! They did such a good job on the deep cleaning.
