I work from home so I was concerned about making sure that I wasn't disrupted and that was not an issue. when the crew is done, the supervisor came back and did a walk-through to make sure that everything was complete. they were everything that I could ask for in a cleaning company. After that initial deep cleaning, I set up a regular schedule. It's so nice not to have to worry about finding the time to really do a thorough cleaning. My husband and I have always wanted to do a cleaning service or a deep clean and we've tried before with friends of friends looking for work and it's never been great. (I mean, we were thrilled to not clean it ourselves but other than that, it was just not great). We tried Grace Cleaning just last week for the first time for a deep clean and they were AMAZING! Wow. Just...wow! These cleaners did such a great job! I have a Great Pyrenees and 3 cats so there is usually a LOT of animal hair around the house. In addition to that, things can get dusty quick. Since this was my first time with them, I decided to use the "Deep Clean" option and I've very glad I did! I currently live in a house where I can't find any animal hair or dust anywhere! I'm a little overwhelmed just how much dirt was removed and cleaned and I could not be more grateful to Anastasia and the other two cleaners she brought with her. Some of the services they provided were of course dusting, but to do so, they have to remove items off the shelves that I have. I have a lot of knick knacks and items around the house. They handled these with care and placed everything back to where it originally was. This kind of service means that they are really going down to the details and making sure things are clean but also not disrupting your home. After everything was cleaned we did a walk through and they loaded the dishwasher, made beds, cleaned off surface dust, removed toilet bowl rings, vacuumed, mopped, threw away trash and generally worked very hard to make me feel great about my home. They did in just under 4 hours what would have taken me 16 hours and a weekend. It was fully worth the money. I am seriously considering to have them come on a regular basis and to do the "Standard" cleaning to keep up with the animal hair and dust. We are moving out of California and getting our house ready to rent (I am already in Oregon) So everything has been left to my husband to take care of and he has been super busy!! Anastasia was extremely professional, taking care to explain everything and ask if I had any questions. It was clear they have a standard protocol to make sure the customer is satisfied--they first go over what should be cleaned, and at the end they walk through to make sure you review their work, offering to re-do anything that is not up to snuff (so any reviewer saying the cleaning wasn't satisfactory only has herself to blame for not speaking up).
