The two ladies came on time and got to work promptly. They were super patient with my executive dysfunction due to how messy my house was. Usually I'm decently clean. I've only ever paid for a cleaning when I moved out of my apartment, so that was an empty apartment, with a different cleaning service. I didn't know how it worked when I had an actual mess going on inside, but they were super understanding about explaining the process. I was impressed by how quickly they cleaned, and they did it well. Thank you Cleaning Grace for always providing quick and quality services.(: read more

We have used this company several times over the past few years and they always do an exceptional job. They are very thorough, hard-working, and communicative about what you want prioritized before they start cleaning, and then they walk you through what they did at the end. They are reliably on-time, thorough at their job, and reasonably priced. Very good service for the money. We will enthusiastically continue to use this cleaning service! read more

The very hardworking team that cleaned my older mother's very dusty house today was outstanding. The home needed a serious deep clean, and the team worked so hard and carefully. The "home office" was very communicative and quickly responded to all questions. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any housekeeping needs! The deep clean of the 40 year old refrigerator/freezer was epic. read more

This was such a pain working with this company. We had to have them come out multiple times because they did not clean the oven properly and they still charged us. I would not recommend this service Edit: I went ahead and sent a screenshot of my receipt. Asking me to remove my review because "You never served me" is unprofessional and inaccurate. read more

The people meant to clean were on the phone for a bit. My rental company had to hire another cleaner for the whole house. So we have to pay for different cleaners after paying $500+ to this company. Won't be using them again. read more

We hired this company for a move-out cleaning and the home was left very clean and well done overall. After the service, we noticed that one of the outlets was broken and it wasn't mentioned to us. While the cleaning itself met our expectations, better communication about issues noticed during the job would be appreciated. read more

I hadn't looked into a cleaning service before but decided to try it. My first experience with "Perfect Cleaning Co" was so negative I wasn't sure what to do. I came across "Grace" cleaning company mostly due to their using of good, safe cleaning products. I am so happy to have found this company! They do an excellent job making sure everything on their checklist is complete. Since using them I haven't found any missed area of the home after a cleaning. I get back and it looks/smells so clean. Reasonable prices and great overall customer service. I would absolutely recommend this business to others! read more

Was looking for a company to do a move-out cleaning for a house we were renting for a couple of years and so I sent a quote request for this project on yelp and found Cleaning Grace. They were very clear with their pricing and sent what the cleaning covered. They responded on a short notice as well and did a splendid job cleaning the house. Overall, this company has reasonable pricing and were very responsive and clear in their communication. I would highly recommend them for those who are needing a move-in/move-out clean and deep cleaning services. read more

I have been needing a cleaning service for a very long time. I was fortunate that a friend had done a lot of research. Just a couple months ago and recommended Cleaning Grace. she had gone so far as to getting references and making phone calls to current clients. Based on the work that she had done and her experience with them, I was convinced that I should use them for my two bedroom apartment. I initially had them out for a deep cleaning. It was awesome! I had a new desk coming in so it was really concerned about making sure that the place was professionally cleaned before delivery. they were quick to respond and set a date that worked. when they arrived, the supervisor did a walk-through of the house and explained what they would do and asked if there was anything else that I could have them take care of. I work from home so I was concerned about making sure that I wasn't disrupted and that was not an issue. when the crew is done, the supervisor came back and did a walk-through to make sure that everything was complete. they were everything that I could ask for in a cleaning company. After that initial deep cleaning, I set up a regular schedule. It's so nice not to have to worry about finding the time to really do a thorough cleaning. They are far more efficient than I am. it is a great value! read more

My husband and I have always wanted to do a cleaning service or a deep clean and we've tried before with friends of friends looking for work and it's never been great. (I mean, we were thrilled to not clean it ourselves but other than that, it was just not great). We tried Grace Cleaning just last week for the first time for a deep clean and they were AMAZING! Easy to book, great communication, and just an incredible clean! I think this is the cleanest our home has ever been! Every baseboard, corner of the room, ceiling fans, just spotless! We will DEFINITELY be using again. We have considered monthly cleanings before and always given up but we are either going to start monthly cleanings or do deep cleans four times/ year, we haven't quite decided but most certainly going with Cleaning Grace! read more

Overall great experience. Everyone is very professional, prompt, and thorough in their cleaning. I do a once a month cleaning and I am very satisfied. read more

Excellent customer service! We've been using them bi-weekly for about 5 months and rarely have any issues and if we do they are quick to resolve the problem. For example we have tile floors and the products they were using to clean were not working very well. We brought this to their attention and they changed everything the next visit to accommodate and find a solution. The cost is comparable to others I've researched for similar services. read more

Wow. Just...wow! These cleaners did such a great job! I have a Great Pyrenees and 3 cats so there is usually a LOT of animal hair around the house. In addition to that, things can get dusty quick. Since this was my first time with them, I decided to use the "Deep Clean" option and I've very glad I did! I currently live in a house where I can't find any animal hair or dust anywhere! I'm a little overwhelmed just how much dirt was removed and cleaned and I could not be more grateful to Anastasia and the other two cleaners she brought with her. Some of the services they provided were of course dusting, but to do so, they have to remove items off the shelves that I have. I have a lot of knick knacks and items around the house. They handled these with care and placed everything back to where it originally was. This kind of service means that they are really going down to the details and making sure things are clean but also not disrupting your home. After everything was cleaned we did a walk through and they loaded the dishwasher, made beds, cleaned off surface dust, removed toilet bowl rings, vacuumed, mopped, threw away trash and generally worked very hard to make me feel great about my home. They did in just under 4 hours what would have taken me 16 hours and a weekend. It was fully worth the money. I am seriously considering to have them come on a regular basis and to do the "Standard" cleaning to keep up with the animal hair and dust. Just blown away by the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the actual cleaning. Thank you very much! read more

I just wanted to say cleaning grace was phenomenal. They literally came at the last minute and they did a great job. The two ladies that came their professional, their respectful and they gave me a detail of what exactly they were going to do and they got right to work they were efficient and the owner of the company kept in contact with me and gave me updates and the prices were amazing. I would highly recommend them on whether it's a deep cleaning as what they did for me today and I will do a ongoing continue service. They did everything that I requested and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them. They are very communicative they text which was great for me and I work from home so it was great having them here as a first time me being able to be home to help them if they needed it but they were very independent. They didn't require much guidance and they just literally did everything. I asked I couldn't recommend them enough. You would not be disappointed with their work. read more

Excellent experience! Today we did a deep cleaning and I will be planning to have a monthly regular cleaning. The crew of 2 plus 1 supervisor worked hard for 2 hours and did everything I asked for and more than I expected. My dog and I were home the whole time and they worked around us. Very polite and everything is sparkling. I did my research prior to hiring - I asked for references and they gave me three customers to call and I felt very good about giving them a try. So glad I did! read more

We are moving out of California and getting our house ready to rent (I am already in Oregon) So everything has been left to my husband to take care of and he has been super busy!! We knew we would have to hire a company to come in and do the deep cleaning of floors and cabinets and I had gone on Yelp and found Grace Cleaning, with really good reviews except for one that left a one-star review, you can always tell by reading someone's reviews if they are fair reviewers and he was not. Anyway, my husband had reached out to our neighbor's cleaning co. and they wanted a ridiculous price ($650) Our house is completely empty. The only things that needed to be done were the floors, fans, cabinets, and one-bathroom shower. So I contacted Grace and I liked the quote that I was given, I liked the reviews. We had some work going on so we could not have them come until it was taken care of and with very short notice they came and did an amazing job! My husband called me and said he was very pleased and sent me photos and the floors and everything look amazing. We are ready for our renters Thanks again Grace Cleaning Company! I would highly recommend them! read more

Requested a deep clean of a large house that hadn't been cleaned in some time - lots of cobwebs, dust, dirt in hard to reach places. The team from Cleaning Grace was timely, polite and did an excellent job for a fair price. They even throughly cleaned out locations I didn't expect them to make much of an impact on. Would definitely recommend, and thank you very much for your work! read more

Great job cleaning the floors. I am very satisfied. Happy with the service they have provided.

Amazing communication first off. They were able to accommodate my company needs with little information provided. We needed a bathroom cleaning for our commercial building, and all I was told on the matter was that it was gross... so that's all I had to go on and that was all I could give them. They took what little information I was able to give them and knocked it out of the ballpark :) They did a phenomenal job on the cleaning! Thank you again! read more
