Hired this company & took a chance since there was very few reviews. I booked a deep clean with possibility of regular monthly cleanings and was quoted $220 plus $50 for oven cleaning for the deep cleaning which I agreed to. I live in a 3 bed home and advised them we only utilize our master bedroom and bath. Our two other rooms were not utilized and told them I would like detailed cleaning in the empty room as I'm 6 months pregnant and wanting the baby's room deep cleaned. I have a dog that they said they preferred was not in the home to interfere with cleaning so I was able to make arrangements with a dog sitter. Our first appt I canceled after they notified me they were running late. They said typically deep cleans last between 3-5 hours (noted for later) & it would have put me out of my home past 6pm. No biggie, I gladly rescheduled. Had to rearrange dog sitting but no biggie. Things happen! The day of, the lady Brianna texted saying she was on her and arrived promptly. Three young girls showed up and they explained the deep cleaning process. When I arrived back home, I felt my home was "standard cleaned" and I found my home to not be deep cleaned based on the expectations on their website. Multiple interior windows in my home were not cleaned and the tracks were definitely not cleaned at all. Kitchen counter tops were surfaced wiped around things on the counter and the backsplash was not touched. I actually ran my finger across the back splash and it was dirty & crumbs were left behind. I have a raised platform where we put our knives on and under still had crumbs. It could have simply been moved over to be wiped under but that was not done. The kitchen sink still has water stains by the faucet, nothing was moved over to be wiped around and the grout was not cleaned. But the stove top looked amazing. Oven was not cleaned but realized I only paid the $220 which did not come with oven cleaning. The empty bed room that will be our babies nursery was poorly cleaned which is crazy because it's an empty room. The room was at best lightly vacuumed (kinda). We had a vacuum and small trash can in the corner of the room that was not touched to be moved over to even vacuum that corner of the room. Under the crib wasn't even vacuumed! They just went around stuff. Again - not a deep clean to me. My master bedroom was ok. It's a small room with a big bed and two dressers. They didn't remake the bed, no biggie. Base boards were cleaned up until the dresser & bed and they didn't clean behind the dressers or bed at all Barely surfaced cleaned the top of the dressers. Small items left on top were not moved around to be cleaned under. Master bath is smaller and did great on the toilet and grout on floors. Still some water stains on the fixtures & no spot cleaning done on walls. I am upset I didn't receive the service I was expecting. I will say this is our first in home cleaning service & my expectations were purely based on their expectations listed on their website. My home was at best surfaced cleaned however there was nothing DEEP cleaned about our place. Maybe they should change their expectations on their website. read more

ServClean came out to do a deep clean. The house had been neglected for some time. I originally spoke with the owner LJ and he was personable and professional. We had four women arrive to clean while we were at work and when we came home at first glance everything looked great. However a few small things were overlooked such as top shelving wasn't dusted or the top of the fridge. I reached out through text with my findings and LJ responded immediately. He had the girls come back out the same day to clean the areas they missed. He was apologetic and explained him and his manager were sick and generally one of them is present for quality control. I appreciate his quick response and the young ladies are professional and nice. I will be moving forward with them on a biweekly basis. I highly recommend reaching out to ServClean. First impressions are important. When you request services, you're going to be bombarded with texts. What stood out with ServClean from the beginning was that they were willing to take the time to talk over the phone and also come to my house so that we would be on the same page when it came to cost and expectations. He was also very understanding, as he understood that this was a difficult thing for me - my having difficulty getting rid of stuff and now being an empty nester trying to get my house back in order and not knowing where or how to start. The gals are pros at what they do; they're very careful about paperwork and things they're not sure of, so they set aside or bring to your immediate attention. I was overwhelmed when it came to my room and couldn't be of much help deciding what to keep, but the gals found a way to organize and find a place for my stuff. They're affordable and my house looks SO better than I imagined it would. I would highly recommended and would use their services again. read more

ServClean carpet cleaning did an amazing job! I originally reached out to just get a rug cleaned and deodorized, but they told me their minimum charge is $150. I asked if they can include my stairs and they said yes! They worked in a timely matter and got all the stains out of my carpeted stairs and completely cleaned and deodorized my rug!
