The shelves are great quality. From time of quote to installation was a few weeks. Install was on time and was a smooth process. Very happy with my roll-out shelving. read more

They provided us with good ideas to solve the kitchen cabinet storage issue we had, the work was quick and neat, and the price was very reasonable, much less than I thought it would be. They came out when they said they would. The only issue, minor, was that after they provided the quote, it was difficult to get hold of anyone to let them know I wanted to go ahead with the project (left emails and messages) but nobody got back to me. I had to call a few times and finally someone answered. But that was the only issue. Very happy with the results. read more

Very professional with great follow up. Installation was quick, clean and smooth and cost was affordable. Excellent experience overall. Love my cabinets. read more

Sliding drawers made the organization much much better than the old shelving. Keep in mind you will lose quite a bit of width.

We are so pleased with our new roll out shelves from All Organized. It feels like we have a brand new kitchen! Paul came out and gave us a quote and Hugo arrived early and had them all installed in less than an an hour. We had been considering ordering our own from Home Depot and putting them in ourselves but this was way easier and it's a very professional design. We wish we did this years ago! read more

We love the roll out shelves and believe they did a good job. My only issue is the bare and switch. The discounted package deals listed in the HomeMag were about 50% less than what we actually paid. For 12 roll out shelves we actually paid around $2200 for the medium upgrade--not even the top of the line. Other than that I would recommend them--they should change their advertisement though. Again it is my opinion that it felt like bait and switch. Perhaps you should look at your advertisement to see if there is any room for improvement instead of being defensive. read more

All Organized came out and I hired them to put drawers in all my bottom kitchen cabinets. It was done within a week and I love it. The price was very reasonable as well. The service was excellent. I liked them so much I had my closet done with complete organization. I love it too read more

Only downside is they never ofered a repeat customer discount. read more

I requested service to one of my drawers that was previously installed by them. The drawer is hard to pull out and push in. Spoke with Hannah who was of no help. She wanted me to take pics and email. Then pull it in and out...blah blah blah. I'm taking business elsewhere. Too many hoops to jump through just get a service call. Thanks for the precious minutes I will never get back. read more

Excellent craftsmanship and very meticulous execution. Worth every penny. The installer was very friendly and helped me clean behind my refrigerator before installing a hard to get to corner drawer in my kitchen. He also reinforced the upper shelves with heavy duty brackets at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company for the quality shelving and integrity. read more

I couldn't be happier with All Organized. They measured and a week later the shelves were installed in 2 1/2 hour. We had cabinets cut and installed on the doors in order to have larger roll out shelves. Everything came out amazingly. You can't tell that the cabinets were ever cut. Roberto was great! read more

When I first contacted this company I was greeted on the phone by a lovely woman and we scheduled a time for someone to come out to take measurements and give me an estimate. Hugo came out and was very personable and helpful. We scheduled a time for the work to be done. A week later Roberto came arrived an hour early and did an amazing job installing my pull out drawers and reinforcing my upper shelves in my kitchen cabinet. Both Roberto and Hugo were very professional and courteous. I would most definitely recommend this company. read more

Great product and awesome service from start to finish! We LOVE our Roll Out Shelves! If I could give 100 stars I would!!

Ordered 30+ pull out shelves installed in kitchen, pantry, baths and linen closets. Price was reasonable. Shelves and mounting hardwear are of high quality. Installer (Roberto) arrived on time and did a top notch professional job - all shelves open and close smoothly. Very pleased. Highly recommend All Organized! read more

Had so many rollout shelves added to our new home, they're all custom and we're very pleased with them. Paul measured and installed himself and the office staff were all very helpful and very pleasant to work with. This are not cheap, but would never do without them in a home so if you think about what that's worth to you over time, I'd say do it! The only complaint is after each shelf was installed he could've taken a small vacuum to clean each one of them as wood dust from drilling holes was left, so expect to clean them yourself unless they change how they clean up. read more

Great experience with All Organized! This was our second experience working with Mr. Upton. We greatly appreciated his thoughts about getting maximum utilization of the drawer space we were changing. All Organized is great! We did about 1/2 of our kitchen in 2016. Paul was terrific to work with from beginning to end and we have been so happy with our rollouts. What a difference they made. This month we decided to finish the rest of the kitchen and some cabinets in our travel trailer. Hugo came out to consult and measure. He was fantastic and made many helpful suggestions. Roberto came out and installed and was terrific. Beautiful clean work and he helped me solve a problem with a troublesome drawer in our trailer. I highly recommend All Organized for your pullout shelves project! read more

Our new home's kitchen, while beautiful and loaded with cabinets, was not very user friendly. In other words, too much bending or getting down to reach items in the back. I missed my pull out drawers in my old house so I decided to call All Organized and get an estimate. Paul was great, not making too much fuss about the fact that I was late for our appt.! He talked about the options available and made quick work of the measuring process. You could tell this wasn't his first rodeo! Installation was scheduled and right on time the drawer pull-outs we're delivered and installed. I could not be happier with the result. They are a game-changer in my kitchen, making it more useful and organized. As a Professional Organizer, I truly appreciate the ability to have my kitchen organized and functional, knowing where everything is and being able to access my things without a lot of wasted space. I highly recommend All Organized to solve your organizing problems. read more

First of all I want to say...I LOVE MY ROLL OUT SHELVES! I appreciated that for both the estimate and the installation masks were worn at all times. Paul, the owner, did the estimate and Hugo did the installation. Both were friendly, efficient, patient with all questions and ready with answers and basically just the kind of folks I like to do work in my home. Timing on all appointments was prompt with a call ahead phone call to offer an ETA. In addition, Chris was friendly and helpful on the the phone when I set appointments up. Just all around happy with the staff. I have only had my shelves for a few days but I love how they look, the quality of the construction and mostly how much easier they will make my time in the kitchen as I get older. I saw these pull out shelves years ago at a home show and really wanted them. I just never seemed to be able to get the stars to align to get my wish. My wife recently asked me if I'd like to look at some pull out shelves for the kitchen. You can only imagine my reaction... YES! We called All Organized and they were very accommodating with regard to scheduling the appointment for a quote. We loved what we saw and made a deposit to get the job started right then and there. When we got the calendar out, that's when the only disappointment associated with this whole transaction happened. They were a month out! Yikes! I wanted my shelves yesterday! We waited the 26 days to get them, and am I ever glad we did. The installer was fantastic! He arrived right on time; at the very beginning of the arrival window, double checked wherever there were questions, and worked very quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend All Organized! Just be prepared to wait! You'll be happy if you do... read more

My quest for Roll Out Shelves all started after I had been in a pretty bad car accident with our daughter and granddaughter (only 14 months old). Daughter and grandchild were thankfully fine. Seems I suffered a concussion, bruising, a hematoma on my temple and memory loss. As the days passed and my head started to heal and my mind became more clear, I realized that "Life is just too short and you can't take it with you". Therefore, I will not be so damn cheap and get the things I want (within reason). Now, about the beautiful Roll Out Shelves. I purchased 22 units. I couldn't be happier. No more getting down on my hands and knees and reaching back into the deep vast cabinetry for that one special cooking vessel! I would also like to mention that Hugo the installer was very professional and conscientious of his work detail. He also finished the job in an hour and a half or less. Thank you Hugo! Thank you to the owners Paul & Chris Upton as you've my my life so much easier! Pam Kooyman read more

I am very happy with our 6 roll out shelves! We have a very large island with very deep shelves. The new roll out shelves will save my old knees and back from having to get down and dig in the back of a cabinet. Hugo came in masked and installed all of our shelves in less than 1&1/2 hours! He customized the height of one shelf to accommodate tall items. He also cleaned up thoroughly. I am very happy with the results! read more

They came for a bid and once it was complete and I said let's do it, within two weeks we're back to install. Pricing was reasonable and the quality is superior. I even had them build in a cabinet that holds two trash cans hide. Behind a cabinet for the same cost as if you bought a nice stainless single can. The two best parts are that is has soft close mechanism so my dog can't get I to it and nobody sees my trash anywhere because it looks like a cabinet. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. read more
