Good experience and value. They refloored our whole house, about 50/50 laminate and carpet plus all baseboards. Worked quickly, done in about a week. Sales rep Don was great and very responsive throughout. We got 4 quotes and they were among the most competitive. They used two different crews, carpet first then laminate. Good showroom as well with lots of options to see. My only complaint is the installers did some extra work to level the subfloor (extra cost) without consulting me first. Don was very apologetic and worked with me to cover their labor cost so I was only responsible for the extra materials. read more

Overall a great experience with NG floors! Don the sales rep was amazing...communicative, respectful, and he was never pushy. We got our engineered hardwood removed and had laminate floors installed. When we initially got our quote, we were told that our current flooring could be sanded down and refinished. We got a quote and we were ready to go. However, the installer came the next week and said it was not possible. Not the end of the world for us but I do think next time Don should have the installer come with him to the initial appointment. This was a bit inconvenient for us, especially being on a time crunch. Once we decided on the flooring, Don communicated on when we should expect materials to be delivered and when the project could start. The team spent about 2 days for the demo of our engineered hardwood and then about a day for the install. When we came by to check on the finished product, we noticed one of our kitchen tiles was cracked and part of the tile near our fireplace was also cracked. We weren't told of this by the installers so I had to call Don and let him know. He was able to take care of the kitchen tile (luckily the previous owner of the house had spares) but he was not able to fix the fireplace tile. We also noticed several areas of the walls near the baseboards that were chipped which were also not reported to us. Luckily, we took careful before videos of the entire house and it was clear that the chips and cracks weren't there prior. Don and his team were apologetic and took care of all the affected areas. Again, still a great experience with these guys and would recommend them! read more

I love my new floors. I got about 1200 sqft of flooring replaced by tiles and laminate. I was very apprehensive about tile work since I was getting about 850sqft of tile with 36x36 size tiles. NG Floors Stanislav worked with me to get what I wanted. Their master tiler Vlad did a terrific job. I love how the tiles are set, grouts lines are thinnest possible. Beautiful work! I don't think there's enough room to talk about how great my experience with NG Floors was so I'll have to summarize, they were super fast to respond and set up a time to come out to give me a quote, within 3 hours coming out to look at the job I received the quote signed a contract and had a time for the guys to come out the next morning. They showed up and got right to work didn't stand around at all, there was an unexpected amount of prep work to make my concrete foundation flat for the flooring install that took and entire extra day but they honored the initial quote, the two guys installing the flooring did a phenomenal job and were very professional and the end product looked fantastic would highly recommended NG Floors for any flooring project. read more

I had previously posted a negative review for NG floors. I have removed that post. Nazer has honored his word and replaced the flooring in question. As a former contractor, I learned that integrity is everything. One can spend years building a good reputation only to have it injured by one unhappy customer. My practice has been that you take care of your customer- even if you disagree that a failure was entirely your fault. The resulting good will is worth the cost. Occasionally, a contractor will take on a "nightmare" job- one which presents unanticipated challenges, and ends up losing money. My floor project turned out to be such a case. In the end, Nazer lost money. To his credit, he was willing to make things right with the customer (me) and I wish him well. read more

My wife and I worked with Nazar and his team on our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier with the end results. The project started back in August of last year when we made the decision to remodel our kitchen. At that time, we met and interviewed 4 different companies and selected NG Floors based on multiple reasons. First, when we met Nazar, we were impressed by his professionalism, his keen attention to details and his ability to listen to our needs. His main goal as he explained to us was that we are completely satisfied and happy with the final outcome of the project no matter how many times he had to redo and redesign the original plan. While Nazar was excellent at listening to our requirements, he was also really good at providing his input and opinion when it mattered. For example, my wife and I initially had our heart set on a particular color for the kitchen cabinets. Nazar worked tirelessly to find the cabinets in the exact same color we were looking for, while suggesting that we could never go wrong with selecting white. After weeks at looking at multiple samples that he found for us, we ended up selecting the white shaker cabinets that he originally suggested. Finally, his final bid was really competitive compared to the other 3 companies we looked at. The project started at the start of the year and it took about 2 months to complete. There were a couple delays due to waiting for the inspectors (electrical and plumbing) to come and provide the final inspection, which Nazar had warned us ahead of time. Other than that, Nazar was really good at keeping us always informed in every step of the project from what to expect the team to be working on and to complete to potential delays and scheduling changes. In addition, we cannot say enough great things about Nazar's entire team. Everyone that came and worked on our kitchen was extremely professional, polite and respectful of our house. We had the sense that they all took care of our house as if it was their own house. When we pointed something that needed adjustment, they immediately took care of it with absolutely no question asked. Finally, we were also really impressed with Nazar's wife who helped us with selecting the pendant lights and the knobs. She also pointed the color mismatch of the faucet we had originally selected. Without her advice and input, our kitchen wouldn't be the same. We really appreciated her great taste and judgement. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Nazar's team work on our kitchen remodel. I had my flooring done by this company. Prior to the installation, I was informed the labor came with a 5 year warranty and a lifetime on the material. Upon the projects completion, I informed the owner there's issues with the installation. He assured me this would get fixed. I had also requested a quote to get my counters & cabinets done. Fast forward to almost 3 months now and he has ghosted me completely. Doesn't respond to any of messages or calls. This business is not reliable and do not keep their word. I will be reporting this business and taking this company to smalls claims since the owner doesn't want to work with his customers. I have several txts that show all the times I've reached out to him to resolve this issue and I've been nothing but courteous and patient. The owner is a fraud.
