NG Floors did an excellent job replacing the old carpet and installing new laminate flooring in my new home. The work turned out beautifully, the quality was excellent, and the team completed everything efficiently. Don, the project manager, was communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive. Compared with the other estimates I received, NG Floors was easily the best value for the money. My uncle, who is a general contractor, was pleasantly surprised by how great of a deal I received. I also really appreciated their flexibility with financing. At the time, they did not have an established financing partner, but after I asked about financing options, they went out of their way to build a relationship with a lending bank so I could finance my project. That level of effort meant a lot to me. I would definitely use NG Floors again for future projects, especially now that I know they handle home remodeling in addition to flooring. Thanks, Don! read more

* NG Flooring** I recently had the pleasure of working with NG Flooring, and my project manager, Tobias, was exceptional! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and truly understood the scope of the project and the timeframe I was aiming for. Given the complexities of other projects happening simultaneously, Tobias navigated everything with professionalism and clear communication. He set realistic expectations and timelines, which made the entire process much smoother. The final result exceeded my expectations--the new floors look fantastic! The team efficiently demoed the old flooring, reattached the baseboards, and even installed beautiful tile in the bathrooms. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the service I received. I highly recommend NG Flooring and give them a well-deserved five-star rating! read more

We had an absolutely amazing experience with N G Floors. Stan and his team installed over 2,000 sq ft of wood flooring for us, including a full set of stairs, replacing all of our old carpet and the transformation is incredible. From start to finish, the crew was efficient, professional, and extremely respectful of our home and family. They worked hard, kept things clean, and delivered beautiful results. The difference is night and day. What truly sets Stan apart is his patience and integrity. He dropped off numerous wood samples in different colors, finishes, sizes, and styles, and never once seemed frustrated, even as we went back and forth trying to decide. He even included my kids in the process, listened to their opinions, and made them feel part of the decision. They absolutely LOVE the new floors and were thrilled to say goodbye to the old carpet. The moment that really blew me away? Stan proactively gave me a rebate for materials that weren't used. That level of honesty is rare. I'm honestly torn writing this because I want to tell everyone how great he is... but I also don't want him getting so busy that I can't book him again! We'll absolutely be using N G Floors for our upcoming bathroom remodels. Highly, highly recommend. read more

They were very quick to respond, answered all my questions, were able to meet my tight deadline, and the quality of the work is just amazing! Good experience and value. They refloored our whole house, about 50/50 laminate and carpet plus all baseboards. Worked quickly, done in about a week. Sales rep Don was great and very responsive throughout. We got 4 quotes and they were among the most competitive. They used two different crews, carpet first then laminate. Good showroom as well with lots of options to see. My only complaint is the installers did some extra work to level the subfloor (extra cost) without consulting me first. Don was very apologetic and worked with me to cover their labor cost so I was only responsible for the extra materials. read more

We had N G Floors install new floors in our house and countertops in the kitchen and laundry room and change the tile on our fireplace. Hired NG Floors to install vinyl on our stairs and in office to match the rest of the downstairs. We started with another company, but switched to N G Floors after the first company clearly didn't know what they were doing. N G was able to fix the issues and do a great job. The installer was very nice and worked incredibly hard to get the job done timely and correct. We found the pricing to be very competitive as well. Highly recommend using N G. read more

We had a large tile project with demo. I got three estimates and NG Floors was the lowest. Don, the estimate coordinator, was professional. The estimate was a better value than the other companies. Their reviews are also great so we went with them. I couldn't be happier with the results. NG finished the project ahead of schedule. They paid attention to the small details. The crew was respectful and professional. They arrived on-time every single day. They took extra steps to minimize dust and our displacement. We look forward to bringing them back for kitchen cabinets next year. read more

Excellent service and quick response. They offer the service we need, however, a friend agreed to do it for us instead.

We highly recommend N G Floors. Word of mouth is always the best recommendation. When we saw the complete bathroom remodel that was done for our neighbors by N G Floors we were amazed. Our friends were completely satisfied with their experience. They were enthusiastic about the quality of the work and the skill of the employees. Then they had N G replace their floors, again with an excellent result. Which brings us to why we immediately decided to have our floors replaced by them. Our new floors are BEAUTIFUL! We chose a laminate floor, taking several trips before deciding. They really know the products they sell and we found our estimate quite reasonable. Our floors were leveled to insure an excellent result and we even got new baseboards. Yay! The job was scheduled and employees arrived exactly when we expected them. I can't say enough about their work ethic and skill. We love our new floors. read more

NG Flooring was amazing from the initial visit and quote to the End. Their prices are very competitive and their workmanship/quality is 5. Overall a great experience with NG floors! Don the sales rep was amazing...communicative, respectful, and he was never pushy. We got our engineered hardwood removed and had laminate floors installed. When we initially got our quote, we were told that our current flooring could be sanded down and refinished. We got a quote and we were ready to go. However, the installer came the next week and said it was not possible. Not the end of the world for us but I do think next time Don should have the installer come with him to the initial appointment. This was a bit inconvenient for us, especially being on a time crunch. Once we decided on the flooring, Don communicated on when we should expect materials to be delivered and when the project could start. The team spent about 2 days for the demo of our engineered hardwood and then about a day for the install. When we came by to check on the finished product, we noticed one of our kitchen tiles was cracked and part of the tile near our fireplace was also cracked. We weren't told of this by the installers so I had to call Don and let him know. He was able to take care of the kitchen tile (luckily the previous owner of the house had spares) but he was not able to fix the fireplace tile. We also noticed several areas of the walls near the baseboards that were chipped which were also not reported to us. Luckily, we took careful before videos of the entire house and it was clear that the chips and cracks weren't there prior. Don and his team were apologetic and took care of all the affected areas. Again, still a great experience with these guys and would recommend them! read more

This is the 2nd team I have used Nazar and his team! It was an emergency project after the kitchen in one of my rentals had severe water damage and needed to be gutted. Nazar came out within 2 days, provided a quote within 1 day, and his team started work the following week. They finished a complete kitchen remodel within 1 week, including new cabinetry, new flooring, and new sink and countertop! The kitchen turned out amazing. I highly recommend Nazar and his team! I will continue to use him for future projects. The pictures are before and after in the rental. read more

I love my new floors. I got about 1200 sqft of flooring replaced by tiles and laminate. I was very apprehensive about tile work since I was getting about 850sqft of tile with 36x36 size tiles. NG Floors Stanislav worked with me to get what I wanted. Their master tiler Vlad did a terrific job. I love how the tiles are set, grouts lines are thinnest possible. Beautiful work! They cleaned up after they were done. I would gladly recommend NG floors to all my friends and neighbors for their flooring remodels. read more

We had a fairly short notice need to replace the carpet in a casita rental unit, and Nazar and his group were just so easy and good to work with. They have a nice selection of carpeting to choose from and we were happy with the quick arrival for the one we ordered, and how quickly they were then able to set up the day for installation, helping us meet our deadline for the incoming new tenant. Their pricing is very fair, their communication excellent, and the work quality equally great. We now have NG Floors coming back in September, this time to install laminate flooring throughout the entire 2nd floor of the main house. Highly recommended! read more

I don't think there's enough room to talk about how great my experience with NG Floors was so I'll have to summarize, they were super fast to respond and set up a time to come out to give me a quote, within 3 hours coming out to look at the job I received the quote signed a contract and had a time for the guys to come out the next morning. They showed up and got right to work didn't stand around at all, there was an unexpected amount of prep work to make my concrete foundation flat for the flooring install that took and entire extra day but they honored the initial quote, the two guys installing the flooring did a phenomenal job and were very professional and the end product looked fantastic would highly recommended NG Floors for any flooring project. read more

I had previously posted a negative review for NG floors. I have removed that post. Nazer has honored his word and replaced the flooring in question. As a former contractor, I learned that integrity is everything. One can spend years building a good reputation only to have it injured by one unhappy customer. My practice has been that you take care of your customer- even if you disagree that a failure was entirely your fault. The resulting good will is worth the cost. Occasionally, a contractor will take on a "nightmare" job- one which presents unanticipated challenges, and ends up losing money. My floor project turned out to be such a case. In the end, Nazer lost money. To his credit, he was willing to make things right with the customer (me) and I wish him well. read more

Great company to work with. Naz came out to measure the house and was very professional, brought out some samples for us to see. We loved that he gave us a detailed and line by line quote so that we can see exactly what we were being charged. Their prices were competitive and we ended up choosing them based on how great their communication was and knowing exactly what we were paying for. We ended up going to their showroom, while small, will definitely have something for you. He helped us with our selections and answered all our questions and encouraged us to take home samples so we can see the floor in our house and how the lighting affects the colors. Installation was great, they always communicated clearly with us. We went with LVP throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. They look and feel awesome! Would definitely recommend them. read more

My wife and I worked with Nazar and his team on our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier with the end results. The project started back in August of last year when we made the decision to remodel our kitchen. At that time, we met and interviewed 4 different companies and selected NG Floors based on multiple reasons. First, when we met Nazar, we were impressed by his professionalism, his keen attention to details and his ability to listen to our needs. His main goal as he explained to us was that we are completely satisfied and happy with the final outcome of the project no matter how many times he had to redo and redesign the original plan. While Nazar was excellent at listening to our requirements, he was also really good at providing his input and opinion when it mattered. For example, my wife and I initially had our heart set on a particular color for the kitchen cabinets. Nazar worked tirelessly to find the cabinets in the exact same color we were looking for, while suggesting that we could never go wrong with selecting white. After weeks at looking at multiple samples that he found for us, we ended up selecting the white shaker cabinets that he originally suggested. Finally, his final bid was really competitive compared to the other 3 companies we looked at. The project started at the start of the year and it took about 2 months to complete. There were a couple delays due to waiting for the inspectors (electrical and plumbing) to come and provide the final inspection, which Nazar had warned us ahead of time. Other than that, Nazar was really good at keeping us always informed in every step of the project from what to expect the team to be working on and to complete to potential delays and scheduling changes. In addition, we cannot say enough great things about Nazar's entire team. Everyone that came and worked on our kitchen was extremely professional, polite and respectful of our house. We had the sense that they all took care of our house as if it was their own house. When we pointed something that needed adjustment, they immediately took care of it with absolutely no question asked. Finally, we were also really impressed with Nazar's wife who helped us with selecting the pendant lights and the knobs. She also pointed the color mismatch of the faucet we had originally selected. Without her advice and input, our kitchen wouldn't be the same. We really appreciated her great taste and judgement. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Nazar's team work on our kitchen remodel. My wife and I would like to thank his team for the great work they did in our kitchen. Needless to say, we will use them again without any hesitation on our next house project. read more

10/10 recommend Nazar and his team to anyone that is looking for any remodeling in their home. Nazar took his time with me and my wife during the planning process. He invited my wife and I to his show room where we were able to pick out the kitchen cabinets, flooring, and hardware for the cabinets. I had 3 different bids for contracting and I decided to go with Nazar based on his fair pricing and excellent communication with my wife and I. Every morning, Nazar communicated with me what work was being done that day and when I could expect his crew to arrive. Every single one of his crew members were friendly and went above and beyond with the asks. My wife and I are extremely happy with the kitchen remodel. Definitely exceeded our expectations. I had my flooring done by this company. Prior to the installation, I was informed the labor came with a 5 year warranty and a lifetime on the material. Upon the projects completion, I informed the owner there's issues with the installation. He assured me this would get fixed. I had also requested a quote to get my counters & cabinets done. Fast forward to almost 3 months now and he has ghosted me completely. Doesn't respond to any of messages or calls. This business is not reliable and do not keep their word. I will be reporting this business and taking this company to smalls claims since the owner doesn't want to work with his customers. I have several txts that show all the times I've reached out to him to resolve this issue and I've been nothing but courteous and patient. The owner is a fraud. Do not do business with them. read more
