We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel! Even though Fidel and his team did our kitchen remodel two years ago, there is not a day that goes by that i don't think, "Damn, this is a good looking kitchen!" From start to finish, this was hands-down the easiest contractor I've ever worked with. Friendly, professional, a good watchful eye. I would not hesitate to work with Fidel and his team again! They completely redid our cabinets, countertops, and seamless backsplash. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the layout is so functional--they gave us plenty of great slide-outs in the lower cabinets that make organizing and accessing everything effortless. One of my favorite features is the custom built-in china cabinet with glass doors and under-cabinet lighting; it looks absolutely stunning and displays our dishes so nicely. Throughout the entire process, the team was friendly, punctual, easy to work with, and offered great advice whenever we had questions about design or layout. Everything was finished with incredible attention to detail. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would definitely use them again for future projects! read more

Elite did a great job of taking our crazy idea for a custom library built in with a day bed and making it beautiful. They were easy to work with, responsive, under promised and over performed. We are very happy with the attention to detail and the installation team that went above and beyond to make the tweaks we asked for and a great final result. read more

Amazing work from Elite Custom Cabinetry. My spouse and I decided to build a faux built-in library in our house and after assembling the bookcases and securing them to the wall, we realized we are in a bit over our head. After a quick Yelp search, we came across Elite Custom Cabinetry and Fidel was able to see what was already done and listened to what I wanted to do. He quickly understood what was needed, listened for any design input, even provided some options with regards to trim styles to be installed in between each bookcase. On the day of installation, just a few hours went by and the crown molding, various pieces of trim, and nearly perfectly matching baseboards were installed. Lots of little bits here and there were considered to truely give the appearance of a built-in library. The work was perfect, especially given where the starting line was. When the work was done, their clean up was so good, not a piece of dust was left behind. On top of everything, pricing was very reasonable. For the work that was done, the cost was very fair. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone looking to complete a bookshelf/library project. I am sure they do other types of work but as far as libraries go, nothing but fantastic work. read more

Elite does incredible work. They perfectly matched some kitchen cabinets of mine. They then created incredible looking trim around the windows and doors that looked the same as the distressed look of the cabinets. Highly recommend them. read more

I was referred to this company by my coworker who recently had his kitchen remodeled. After receiving a few quotes from other contractors Elite gave the most competitive pricing out there. Victor and Fidel who are the masterminds behind this company were awesome to work with from start to finish. They took our dream kitchen design and made it into a reality. Aside from the countertops we used them for everything else (demo, electrical, paint, plumbing, cabinet install etc.). The whole project took a little less than 6 weeks which was faster than we expected. There were few hiccups with scheduling and invoicing but nothing that wasn't resolved in a few days. Trust and communication is big and I would definitely use them again for any future work I need done in my house! read more

We have a tiny kitchen and limited cabinets. Plus, my being under 5 feet tall, I couldn't reach about half the shelves of our cabinets. We thought a pantry would be a great idea. There's space below the stairs that we thought would be perfect because it was right across the kitchen. We asked for a bid from another company but their estimate seemed quite high, and it didn't even include demolition fees. We obtained an estimate from Elite Custom Cabinetry (ECC) that seemed reasonable given the amount of work involved. We wanted three doors with several drawers behind each door. They assured us that this was possible. They provided us with photos of similar work for other clients. We decided to use ECC. The photos show the final product. But what they don't tell are (1) how beautifully the colors of the doors matched the rest of the existing wall, (2) the high quality of the pull-out drawers, (3) that each drawer has a slow-close feature, (4) that each door has a push-close feature so cabinet handles are not needed, and (5) the entire construction feels solid and quality of workmanship is exceptional. As for the actual installation, they scheduled a single day for demolition and installation. Demolition was done professionally by hanging plastic draping completely around the work area to minimize dust to other areas. They had constructed and finished the cabinets in their shop. So once demolition was completed, they slid the cabinetry into the area under the stairs. They were done within a half day. Easy peasy. We're thrilled with all the extra space in our pantry. Our kitchen is less cluttered and I'm able to reach everything. A delight from beginning to end. read more

Fidal's claims to have tried to fix the issues is ludicrous. You continued to mask the mistakes your company made and essentially stopped all communication with us when we asked you to provide us with what we paid for or refund us so we could get someone to fix the end cap. Seeing that you won't communicate with us directly, I have to come here. What you placed on our end cap is not the same quality of wood as the mis-measured piece you originally installed, and you know it. What we paid for was expensive and is the reason why you are not willing to make it right as you promised. We paid you over $50,000 and we should not have the crap finishing work shown in the pics and synthetic skin you placed to up cover your mistakes. If you had measured property from the beginning we wouldn't be in this situation. read more

So glad our friends recommended this company. Can't praise them enough. We rebuilt Our kitchen from ground up and they were there every step of the way. During times of shortages, workers stalling and charging double, these guys were really reliable, responsive, helped us with design, customized every drawer From the pictures I sent, helped with advice and materials as needed, and did a beautiful job. Fidel is great at communication, overseeing that all is on schedule , working with us when other materials got delayed and ..... has a great sense of humor and good taste :) Victor is the master all around. I got all I asked for as far as design and customization. And Alma is a great office manager. Overall, very happy and highly recommend. read more

We were very impressed with Victor and team. Not only was their quote lower than some others in the area but the quality of work is very very good- check out our pictures! The came to measure for our custom cabinets 2x and worked closely with us on email to update plans/drawings to ensure we were all on the same page. Build out took 3 weeks or so and when they came to our house to install it took 2-3 days. We had one area we felt wasn't 'right' (how we wanted it), we discussed it and they went back to redid it. Returning 2 days later to complete the install - VERY much appreciate making us happy here and again, the work is stellar. The cabinets look amazing, the finish is very clean, shelves are adjustable. The corner we wanted usable turned out well and the fireplace new finish and tile look amazing. They even moved a wall switch to ensure the new cabinets could work in our space. Strongly recommend these guys - great work! read more

I called Elite Custom Cabinetry, they saw the problem and reattached the cabinets that were pulling away from the wall with the proper hardware and went around to all the other upper cabinets and reinforced them so I would not have future problems with the other cabinets. They were polite and covered the flours and counters to protect them while working. They cleaned up very good afterwards. I recommend them if you need work on your cabinets. read more

I am very happy to write this fantastic review for Elite Cabinetry and the entire team, including Fidel and Victor. These guys are the real deal. A local company run by skilled craftsmen. Fidel and Victor took my design and turned it into real cabinets, to the exact specs that we wanted. They even custom built a hidden "drawer-in-drawer" system simply using pictures I sent them of Ikea's system. I used Elite to install the cabinets as well, and also had them do other general contracting work (plumbing, gas lines, demo, electric, etc). The advantage was I did not have to shop around for a variety of contractors and I did not have to use an expensive general contractor. Their pricing was very fair, and when we ran into some hurdles (there will always be hurdles), they handled it cordially and professionally. Trust is huge, and I would trust this team with any future cabinet or storage cabinet in my house. See pictures. Soft-close Blum hinges, and they even matched the floating shelves they built to our floors. Top notch! Highly recommended! read more

With kids doing home schooling, I wash shopping for new desks that would match the layout and colors of their beds. I had some designed in mind but nothing specific. I looked online but a lot of the desk were out of stock. I provided Victor the measurement and gave him an idea of what I was looking for. He absolutely killed it! The design is elegant, fashioned and ergonomic. The desk drawers are smooth and close automatic. The lines are impeccable and straight. The quality of the material is durable, solid and polished. It took about a week for them to make it, but once the desks were done, they delivered it to my house. The prices for the desk were a little bit higher compared to online, but the quality and the finish make it worth it. read more

I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen. The Elite team is professional and honest. I was really nervous about doing such a big remodel, but the team was knowledgeable and reassuring every step of the way. They have ethics as well. When something went wrong (which things always will with such a big job), they came through to make things right. Fidel was personable and funny and he is the brains behind the design. He suggested things to me to make sure I got the best design for my kitchen and I am so glad he worked with me on all of that. We also loved working with Victor who is the creator of the custom cabinets. They are so well made. We appreciated all the detail that went into these. The paint job is also gorgeous. IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, THEY CAN BUILD IT! Absolutely thrilled to have completed our kitchen with Victor and Fidel. We worked in tandem with them to design our kitchen around a rather peculiar floor plan. With their experience and our vision, the kitchen came out exactly as expected. Looking back at the entire process, I don't think anyone else could have completed the job to our expectations. What sets them apart from other cabinet makers in the Bay Area is that there shop is local and most of the cabinet fabrication is done in house. This allowed minor changes to be done rather quickly without delaying the target completion date by much time. Also, their attention to detail during the cabinet making process was exceptional. The best part about Elite custom cabinetry is their customer service. It is inevitable that any project will run into snags. Fidel and Victor were always very communicative and fixed issues quickly.
