My guess is the other companies wanted to maximize profit. I have used many contractors in the past and have previous experience in construction so when Brandon relayed to me he wouldn't use subcontractors and would be on-site when he said he would I was surprised and relieved. Brandon also took the time to prep our bath remodel area to minimize dust and debris throughout the rest of the house. His attention to detail and not rushing product drying time between steps was something I was worried about but watching Brandon work step by step put my worries at ease. Brandons input and suggestions to both my wife and myself was not overbearing. He was clear that his previous work and ideas were merely to get the wheels turning without pressure. Additionally, I really appreciated the detail in the tile work. He aligned the drain, shower niche, shower tile, and floor tile to where it all flows together. Grout lines are smooth and line up perfectly. The overall experience was a positive one and I have no complaints. We have future construction coming up and I can tell you I will not get estimates from anyone else as Brandon is the go to, honest, and easy to work with guy.

The grout that was put in with…read morethe kitchen back splash is no good, there are holes in it and he never came back to fix the color as promised. The finish on the kitchen cabinets is coming off in places and the bottom trim under them is coming off. The flooring is starting to warp in the seams. Pulled out my stove to clean and they never finished a piece of the flooring underneath it. Also, behind the stove is missing a piece of back splash. And, for reason or another there is a complete piece of the back splash attached to the lower middle of the wall. The kitchen faucet doesn't work appropriately. I guess this is why there was only a year warranty.

All of my communication with Dennis was remote because I live out of state, and he would send me pictures and updates throughout. When they first came to do a touchup and smooth things over they ended up damaging the wall, even more! When I tried to explain to one of their workers that I was not happy, and I wanted them to call the owner Dave outside so I can speak with him. Once these guys get paid for a initial job they are ghosts !
