We have used Don to do both our bathrooms previously and we're so pleased. My rental property needed a full remodel and Don was our first and only choice. PrIor to beginning work he helped to plan the project, suggested materials, vendors and helped defined our scope. Don began the project promptly and dealt with all issues keeping us on schedule through vendor issues and various unanticipated problems. Flooring for entire house was replaced, kitchen gutted and completely remodeled and all three bathrooms had new fans and cabinets installed. As with any large project unexpected issues came up(discovered areas of dry rot) and Don was flexible in working these repairs into the plan. We decided to also take care of the kitchen counter that was not level, which was causing water runoff onto the floor in the family room area. Short story Don is really great to work with. We recently moved and found we needed to remodel our 1990's master bathroom. We obtained bids from 4 contractors, and chose Don to do the work. I like Don, he didn't try to sell me anything he listened to what we wanted and just said this is what I do and this is what it cost. He wasn't the cheapest bid but I liked his approach to the work, he offered options to get us what we wanted at a fair cost. He offered his opinion on colors and styles to help us avoid doing something stupid. Once the work started, there was a problem getting the shower pan delivered (beyond Don's control) and Don kept us informed all through the process so we knew what was going on at all times. Once he started the work he kept to his schedule and price with no surprises. We were so happy with Don's work we asked him to replace our kitchen sink and faucet as well.
