Highly Recommend Roberto! Exceptional Quality & Honesty Roberto is truly the best handyman out there. He stepped in to finish a DIY sheetrock project in our bedroom and bathroom that I just couldn't complete on my own. His tape job was flawless, and his attention to detail is unmatched. Beyond his incredible workmanship, Roberto is professional, honest, and very affordably priced. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent job he did, and I will absolutely be hiring him again for future projects! read more

Roberto from R&M Handyman Services did an amazing job on a few projects that I needed to be done urgently He was professional, very knowledgeable, very honest, hard-working, and will explain in details the findings and what needs to be done as he had to remove a ceiling fan that wasn't properly install when the house was build, and I was changing the fan to a lighting fixture. Therefore, he was very honest what needed to be done he doesn't cut corners. He wants the job to be exactly the way it's supposed to be! Roberto was respectful of my property as well and cleans after each project! I highly recommend Roberto and in fact, I have a few more projects, the kitchen and some remodeling that I will hire Roberto again! read more

R&M handyman services were great all the way around. Roberto was super fairly priced, extremely polite, communicated well the entire time, and got the job done beautifully. He wore shoe covers and put up plastic for painting work to protect surfaces and was so patient with our questions and thoughts. Would absolutely (and do plan to) hire him again. read more

R&M Handyman is excellent. Roberto is professional, knowledgeable, and effective. He replaced two faucets and installed a hidden outlet for a mounted TV. I decided to do the TV mounting myself to save money, and he was kind enough to give me tips on how to do it safely. He arrives on time and answers texts promptly. He also explains the work and gives options. It's so good to finally have a reliable go-to handyman! Thanks and keep up the great work, R&M! read more

I recently had new countertops installed and wanted new tile for backsplash. Initially I thought about doing myself but after watching several videos I decided to use someone experienced in installing tile. I chose this company based on the reviews and photos of work completed. Roberto came to my house and gave me a very reasonable estimate in comparison to others. Once he started the job he was on time and communicated to me of his arrival and departure throughout the job. He was very well mannered and respectful. Roberto also worked thru the weekend to complete the job which was vey helpful to me. I was very pleased with the outcome of my kitchen backsplash and would recommend Roberto to anyone in need of a tile job. I will definitely call Roberto for future projects at my home. read more

I was very pleased with Robertos' work and service. He contacted me the same day I called and came out the next day to install my smoke detector, which I had short circuited. He was pleasant and professional, and explained to me the difference in detectors. He was competent and efficient, knew what he was doing. His charge was reasonable for his work and well worth it. Thanks Roberto. read more

Found Roberto through Yelp after having quite the frustrating experience trying to get a hold of a handyman during COVID times. I know they've all been super busy but no one was answering their lines for future business! He made the process very easy - came out the next day after I asked if he worked on dryrot. We looked over the pest inspection together, and he provided an estimate. I really appreciated how clearly he communicated from the beginning - if any factors changed, he made sure to check in with me so there were no surprises in the final cost. He finished the work in a couple days and even worked extra hours (it became quite dark and I had to tell him to go home!) because he knew it was going to rain the next day, so he wanted to get the work complete. Did a great job on fixing up the house and the total cost came out lower than the estimates from the pest inspection company. Thanks Roberto - I'll be going to him for any future projects. read more

Wow! R&M Handyman Services is awesome! Roberto really helped me out with several different project types including the installation of light fixtures, fans, kitchen exhaust fan, and more. Roberto and his team are very kind and honest about the project scope and cost. They complete projects on time and with skill. He explained all the options and pros/cons while also giving expert, honest advice. Very trustworthy team and performs a great job. I am so thankful for all his help so far. I made contact with Roberto and discussed my need to replace a door. We had an extensive discussion about what I was looking for, when I needed it done, and other supporting tasks. He understood that the door removal and replacement needed to be the same day so I would have a lockable door at the end of that day. This was very clear. The stucco and trim could be done the next day or he could do it all the same day. He was very enthusiastic and felt he could do the whole job in one day. He asked me to text him my phone number and address which I did immediately after the call. We had an agreement to meet Friday at 9 AM at the house. It's not my house so I had to drive an hour and a half to get there to make this appointment. He never showed up. He never called to say he would be late. I texted him a few hours later just to see if he was OK. No response. He totally ghosted me. He knew how important this was to me and he totally ghosted me. read more

I was looking for a handyman to remodel my master bathroom, I found Roberto through Yelp, he had great reviews so I gave him a try. He responded promptly to my request for an estimate, once he looked at the job, he gave me a very reasonable verbal estimate. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, he sent me an itemized estimate of the work and he also helped me order the proper supplies/equipment for the job as well. It was apparent he knows what he's doing. He showed up on time everyday, and he was communicative and responsible. He cleaned up at the end of every day and kept me apprised of his status. He's extremely professional, thorough and very polite. read more

I was pleased with his quick responsiveness to look into the jobs I needed done. I have had difficulty trying to find a "mom and pop" handyman to do small jobs and instead would wind up having to get involved with contractors, etc......but Roberto was very knowledgeable and helpful and offered up advice on some of the problems I had been facing. He is very reasonable in pricing, I thought, but I was pleased. I hope to use Roberto in the future for other jobs that come up. read more

But he was very dedicated to giving us the best result possible so he did more research on the job , came back and executed the process beautiful ! Thank you so much Roberto ! read more

First of all, I would like to compliment Roberto because he picked up the phone immediately when I called. He had a sense of urgency to come out and give us an estimate on some stucco patching repairs the same day. When he got the full nature of our problem, he gave me professional advice that the stucco was not really our problem, and we had a drainage problem. He then came into the house and talked to the men who were fixing our mold problem in the kitchen. The three of them discussed what was going on, and Roberto then gave me the professional advice to get the drainage fixed. That is not something he does. He gave me free, professional advice when it didn't benefit him. If I ever need any sort of handyman work, I would definitely hire him! read more

I found Roberto here on Yelp (thank-you Yelpers!) and I initially hired him to do various repairs at my house including what looked like a leak that was going into the stucco. Well the first time didn't fix everything on the leak so when he came back a second time he only charged me for materials which I appreciated. Other jobs he's done for me include fence repair, wood transom repair and paint, replacing broken tile on the roof and securement. When I wanted him to look at repairing and repainting all the trim on my house, he told me I would be better off hiring someone who had the equipment and expertise for that. Honest and polite, Roberto does quality work and will continue to be my go to as a handy man! read more

I had Roberto come out to fix a pipe that was leaking under my sink and seeping water through the wall. He quoted me what seemed like fair prices, ranging from the best to worst case scenarios. He wasn't pushy or trying to sneak in extra/unnecessary work to the job. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand--because clearly this was a job I was not equipped to handle myself. On the day of the job, he was clean and respectful of my home, even vacuumed up the floors beyond his work space. What stood out for me, also, was that he showed me a hose--unrelated to the job--that had a minor, slow drip. I told him that I could handle it on my own, but since he found it, he said he didn't feel good about leaving it for me (even as simple as it was) and took care of it. It added maybe another 5 minutes to the job, and I appreciated his thoroughness. The ONLY reason I clicked 4 and not 5 stars was his timing. He was 15 minutes late to the time we agreed upon for the estimate, and he called about 2 hours before the job and pushed back his start time another 2 hours (which was fine for me at the time). I certainly will call him again in the future. read more

I highly recommend Roberto who just got my husband and I out of a jam. We purchased a refrigerator from IKEA and accepted next day delivery. We were excited for our fridge to come, but when it did the delivery men told us that they do not install it. It was left in our living room with all of the packaging still on and with a wooden pallet screwed into the bottom of the almost 200 lb refrigerator! I am 8 months pregnant so my husband was pretty much left to deal with this on his own. To say the least, we were not prepared in any way shape or form (didn't have the needed tools or man power) and we were now left without a refrigerator. We messaged numerous handymen seeking help and Roberto responded within an hour and on a Sunday! He was at our place first thing the next morning, completed the job, and even answered some random handyman type questions we had about other tasks in our home. When I got back from work everything looked great and my husband noted that Roberto is very helpful and attentive. We are pleased. read more

I called and ask if he works on a gable vent on my attic. He ask is your house one story and I replied yes. He told me he will be there in an hour and I said sure I will see you in an hour. Roberto introduces himself and I showed him where the vent was, I asked him if he can also replace it with a new fan because the old one does not work. Roberto then goes outside and starts measuring and he told me he will find the parts and text me the price. Next day he texted me $1000 for parts and labor and I was like how much will it be if just a regular gable vent without the fan and he said $400. So then I realized why don't I check at homedepot see if they have it. They did have the parts ranged from $16-$24 so then I called back and told him that I need to cancel because he was charging me too much and all Roberto said "Ok thank you" read more
