Contacted these people to install a new kitchen faucet. He came out and took a look and said he needed to get some connectors or something so he wouldn't be able to install the faucet that day. He mentioned he would grab the connectors and let me know if he could come the next day or a day or two after since he was busy. I said no problem and waited for him to reach out but he never did.
