And I do mean "horribly textured"--when we bought the house, we joked that the walls in our living room and entryway looked like a lava flow. Ron's team took several days to complete the project. They arrived on time every morning, took great care to protect our floors and furniture, and transformed those large, ugly surfaces into smooth, clean walls that looked like they had always been that way. The quality of their work was excellent, and they clearly took pride in getting the details right. They were professional, careful, personable, and efficient throughout the project, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. And when the job was finished, Ron asked one of his associates to repair small area of the wall in our upstairs bathroom--a detail that wasn't even part of the original contract. That work was also top-notch. Ron and his team far exceeded our expectations. We would hire them again in a second, and we would definitely recommend JR Drywall to anyone looking for high-quality drywall work.

In summary, we had a drainage pipe that was leaking, resulting in damaging the drywall it was behind. Ron, within minutes of entering our home, confirmed our suspicions and quickly got to work, starting with the removal of the severely damaged drywall segments followed by the removal of paint. He doesn't do plumbing, but recommended a plumber that he trusted and partnered with over the years. After the pipe was repaired, Ron proceeded to patch up the wall and prep it for painting. His professionalism throughout this multi-day experience was very positive - he shared his thoughts on what happened and why. I appreciated his candor and friendliness. The price we paid for the work was fair and very competitive, something I greatly appreciated.

Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with.
