We had ceiling drywall damage from a roof leak during the rain storm last year and we recently called Mike to request a free estimate to repair the area. He was kind, professional, up-front and honest. I thought the estimate was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I scheduled a day for Mike to come back to tackle the repair. He was timely, clean, respectful of our home and did an excellent job! (Make sure to check out the before and after photos!) Although the main issue was the ceiling damage, I noticed that he took the time to retexture part of the wall where there was some cosmetic damage, which was deeply appreciated. Although he doesn't do painting, he was up front about that part during the free estimate visit, plus it wasn't a big deal for me, since I have years of practice with painting interior walls. Sent a Yelp message inquiry about getting a quote for installing brand new drywall after our mold-impacted drywall was demoed from the hallway bathroom. The respondent to the messages was very dismissive and condescending when I asked questions to understand better why they would not come to install new drywall (we'd provide the materials, we just needed the labor), "It is now out in the internet that you have black mold" as if it's a dirty secret that I shouldn't have shared?
