After I had 2 water leaks repaired by a plumber in my home, one under the kitchen sink, and another in the crawlspace under a bathtub with a leaky drain, I called Mike Crawford at All Dry and Tidy to address water damage and potential mold issues. Mike clearly knows his stuff, and carefully diagnosed and proposed remedies in both areas. He takes a highly professional approach to his work, and laid out everything ahead of time - how he'd proceed, what he might potentially find once he started, and a range of possible costs (best and worst case). Once he started, he showed me the evidence at every step of what he actually found, and refined the plan (including costs and next steps) every day as we went based on that. I first worked with Mike last spring after a few rain storms caused a roof leak and flooding in our home. Fast forward about a year, and we experienced yet another roof leak in the same room. Not surprisingly given our previous experience, my first call was out to Mike. He stopped by later that day (this was on the weekend) and helped us assess. This time, given the nature of the leak he suggested I might be able to take care of it on my own and save some money. We recently discovered a plumbing leak in the crawl space under our kitchen and called Mike Crawford at All Dry and Tidy because it is a local business and had excellent reviews. We quickly learned that those five-star ratings were spot on. We discovered the leak late on a Friday afternoon and called Mike on Saturday morning. He was able to come to our house that same day to begin the damage assessment and returned on Sunday to begin the water cleanup and drying process. From there he visited almost daily for the next three weeks (including on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) to monitor and perform the drying process, and check and adjust the drying equipment as needed. As a result of Mike's work we were able to dry and "save" the hardwood flooring and island cabinets in our kitchen, while having the affected areas in the crawlspace dried, cleaned, and treated for mold. When he had finished, we were completely satisfied with the quality of work and attention to detail.
