This review is a little overdue. We had what we thought was a leak from the pipe in our walls a few weeks ago. Only to find out it was a water from our neighbors refrigerator that flowed under the baseboard and flooded our kitchen floor seeping under the vinyl planks. I reached out on Yelp for someone to come over and take a look to see if water was settling under the floor and causing mold issues. Several vendors reached out and based on the Positive Yelp reviews we selected Premier Pro Restoration to come and inspect our kitchen floors. Jackie at Premier Restoration responded right away to let me know that Fred would come by and inspected our kitchen floor the following Monday. After 5 days the water under the planks subsided but I still was not sure if we would have a mold problem later, so I kept the appointment. Fred arrived on Monday morning which was 7 days since the kitchen flooded. He was very professional. He tested behind our refrigerator and several places under the vinyl planks and reassured us that all the water from a week ago was all dried up. There was no need to worry about mold since there was no longer evidence of water. I highly recommend Premier Pro Restoration if you have any leaks or flooding in your home. They are honest, reliable and true professionals. I forgot to mention this was a free inspection. I have since recommended them to my neighbor who caused the flooding in the first place. We would not recommending using Premier Pro as they came out for a leak into our house in December of last year and I reported a claim to our insurance company. Premier's estimate included that they would use the industry standard pricing i.e. Xactimate. Our insurance company uses the same software. I paid Premier according to Xactimate and our insurance company's estimate once the work was done. Premier is now demanding more money and won't work with our insurance company even through we have given them our insurance agents information and a copy of their estimates and correspondence. read more

We discovered leaks at 2 am from the dishwasher in our kitchen last week. We called Premier Restoration company at 3 am and the technicians showed up at 4 am. The technicians got here with a dehumidifier, fans, and tape to seal the wet room. Badi gave me his cell phone number, so we could call him if there were any problems.
