I contacted Serigo today for a door repair, and while he was here giving me a quote, he fixed a door handle mechanism that is very old. Others have looked at it and have said they can't do it, and that I need to call a locksmith who can work with old locks with parts you can't get anymore. Sergio fixed it in 5 minutes, literally - I went to make coffee, came back and it was fixed. I couldn't believe it! He was so generous about it that he just shrugged when I asked the fee, so I gave him what was fair in my opinion, and I still got a heck of a deal.
